위치 및 속도검출기 없는 BLDC 전동기의 속도제어에 관한 연구 (Speed Control of a Sensorless BLDC Motor)

  • BLDC motor is widely used as a servo motor, because it has high efficiency, high power ratio, low inertia, and easy maintenance. However, position and speed sensors generally attached in BLDC motor increase motor cost, and limit environments of application. This study describes a sensorless speed control of sinusoidal BLDC motor using the d-q transformed instantaneous voltage equation, and presents the result of computer simulation. The sensorless algorithm is applied to the casse of a voltage controlled PWM inverter. The result indicates good dynamics and a robust control in cases of a load change and a system parameter variation.

  • 본 논문에서는 태양광전원용 3상 인버터의 배전계통 연계시의 동특성을 이해하고 해석하기 위하여, dq좌표변환과 원하는 전압의 크기와 위상을 만들어 내기 위해 사용한 비례적분 제어기(Proportinal Controller : PI), 출력전류 제어를 위한 전류제어 알고리즘, 2상/3상 변환 및 인버터의 Sinusoidal PWM방식의 인버터 설계에 대한 이론적인 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 태양광발전의 모델링을 수행하여, Simulation 결과와 산술적 해석의 비교, 분석을 통하여 모델링의 유효성을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 태양광발전의 3상 계통연계형 인버터를 모델링하기 위하여, d-q좌표변환을 통한 상태방정식을 유도하고, 전류제어 알고리즘과 Sinusoidal PWM방식의 이론적 알고리즘 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 배전계통의 상용소프트웨어인 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용하여 태양광발전의 모델링을 수행하였으며, 시뮬레이션 결과와 이론적인 수치해석과의 비교, 분석을 통하여 본 연구에서 제시한 모델링의 유효성을 확인하였다.

  • This paper proposes a new power converter which consists of two identical 3-phase PWM modulators and a novel resonant circuit. A new control strategy is integrated to realize the bidirectional power converter without an electrolytic link capacitor. The power flow between converters is bidirectional and the regenerative braking is inherent. The source side currents maintain sinusoidal waveforms with a unity power factor. It is observed in the experiment that by balancing the active power between the source and load side, the voltage across a small ceramic link capacitor can be maintained within a small deviation from the reference. Simulation results and experimental results are presented to verify the operational principles.

  • This paper presents the characteristics of current harmonics and torque ripple of Brushless DC motor, which is developed the fan blower of vehicles, according to permanent magnet shape input voltage wave form. To investigate the torque ripple and the phase current harmonics, these characteristics is analysed and compared the experimental results. In the process of analysis, FEM is introduced and computed a transient state torque of BLDC with a sinusoidal and a PWM wave voltage.

  • An investigation into power conditioners that interface with photovoltaic array and utilities has been completed. The rating for this investigation is residential system(3-5kW) that interface with a 220V single phase utility connection. As the result of this investigation, a 3kW high frequency PWM IGBT inverter feeding a high frequency isolation transformer with a sinusoidal current wave was selected. The output of the transformer rectified with a diode bridge rectifier four IGBT, used as 60Hz switched, reverse the polarity of the rectified current on every other half cycle of the utility voltage. Even though the high frequency link system used more power semiconductors a net size, weight, and parts cost saying result compared to the other systems due to elimination of 60Hz transformer.

  • In this paper, an off-tine UPS with CVT(constant voltage transformer) is designed and the experimental result and problems of the designed UPS is given and discussed. This off-line UPS consists of triple-port CVT and PWM inverter which acts as charger and inverter. It can be evaluated in low price because haying simple structure. It offers high performance because CVT restricts the short current automatically about two or three times of rated current, has nearly unit power factor and constant output voltage to varying input voltage. The weak points of this UPS are that the output voltage waveform is not perfect sinusoidal and has phase difference to input voltage. The experimental result and problems of the designed UPS is given.

  • In a utility interactive photovoltaic system, a PWM inverter is used for the connection between the photovoltaic arrays and the utility. The DC current becomes pulsated causes the distortion of the AC current waveform. This paper presents the reduced pulsation of DC input current by operating the inverter with buck-boost chopper in the discontinuous conduction mode. The DC current with contains harmonics component is analyzed by means of separating into two terms of a ripple component and a direct component. The constant DC current without pulsation is supplied from photovoltaic array to the inverter. The proposed inverter system provide a sinusoidal AC current for domestic loads and the utility line with unity power factor.

  • For decrease the harmonic current components of the power source, a first method is insert the choke coil that used the choke input type rectifier, the booster chopper circuit and buck chopper circuit. And the several method are studying like as the PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) converter and the active filter type which is used the high frequency switching and the sinusoidal wave formed input current. In this type, there are many problem as a low efficiency, increased the noise, the high leakage current and cost up by the high frequency switching. For improve this problems, the partial resonan method is used on the booster inducter and lossles snubber condenser. This method decreased the distortion factor has lower harmonic components than the hard switching and there is no switching loss by the ZCS(Zero Current Switching) at switch turn-on and the ZVS(Zero Voltage Swithcing) at switch turn-off

  • The configuration of Brushless DC moter is similar to the permanent magnet Synchronous moter. Power transistors are oftenly used to supply the switching by feedback signals of rotor positioning sensors. Brushless DC moter have been used in Aerospace and Robotics where the electromagnetic noise or the sparking of the commutator contact can not be tolerated and long - lived maintenance - free operation is required. This paper describes the design of the microprocessor - based controller for the Brushless DC moter. The controller is designed to operate for the constant torque generation and variable speed control using sinusoidal PWM inverters and resolvers as rotor positioning sensors.
