  • This paper investigates a new approach for Li-Ion battery state-of-charge (SOC) estimation using sliding mode observer (SMO) technique including parameters aging compensation via recursive least squares (RLS). The main advantages of this approach would be low computational load, easiness of implementation along with the robustness of the method for internal battery model parameters estimation. The proposed algorithm was first tested on a set of acquired battery data using implementation in Simulink and later developed as C-code module for firmware application.

  • This paper presents a implementation of speed sensorless vector control algorithm of induction motor using MATLAB/SIMULINK amd dSPACE DSl104 R&D board. The estimation of rotor flux linkage and rotor speed is carried out using model reference adaptive system(MRAS) method. Estimated rotor speed is used to speed controller of induction motor. Simulation results are presented to confirm speed sensorless vector control algorithm.

  • This study shows possibility of Matlab and LabVIEW integration for controlling of robot's manipulator. Examined approach can be used for control of complex system with intelligent control capability. Instance of Robotic System controller is described in details. Structure of control system is divided into three parts Virtual Instrument of LabVIEW, MatLab Script for solving and Matlab Simulink model for visualizing, which are explained separately. In addition, used neglects are explained and founded.

  • It is desirable and advantageous to feed parallel propulsion with induction motors by a single voltage source inverter. However, effects of deviation of the wheel diameters on motor current, rotor speed and torque should be also considered for parallel operation. In order to understand the behavior and characteristics, a simple simulation model is developed by using a commercial Matlab Simulink. From the results, it is clear to manage the diameter deviation of the wheels which are connected to traction motors.

  • 본 연구에서는 MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow 기반으로 만든 모델의 transition의 condition을 미리 연산하고, 이를 바탕으로 모델을 최적화하는 모듈을 제안하고 이를 구현하였다. 구현한 모듈은 stateflow 내부의 transition condition의 label string을 이진트리로 구성하고, True/False를 판단한다. 그리고 condition의 True/False 판단 결과를 통해 모델의 최적화 과정을 수행한다. 제안하는 모듈을 이용하여 간단한 예시모델의 수정 과정을 보이고 테스트 커버리지가 향상되는 것을 검증하였다.

  • This study investigates the characteristic analysis of Line-start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor considering skew effect. The effects of the skew on machine characteristic are analyzed by using direct co-simulation of Matlab Simulink and Flux2D. Validity of analysis method is confirmed by the analysis result of Non-skew Model.

  • There are several kinds of error factors in control system design. All error factors must be analysed before designing the control system. Therefore, each error factor must be compensated and eliminated completely. Systems Engineering can solve these error factors. In this paper, systems engineering approach on control system design are studied under model based systems engineering with RDD-100, Matlab-Simulink. Systems Engineering shall be used in defense development from control system design to system development.

  • The paper is devoted to problem of spline approximation. A new method of nodes location for curves and surfaces computer construction by means of B-splines, of Reyabenko's splines and results of simulink-modeling is presented. The advantages of this paper is that we comprise the basic spline with classical polynomials both on accuracy, as well as degree of paralleling calculations are also show's.
