Method for Simultaneous Determination of Cyanotoxins in Water by LC-MS/MS (액체크로마토그래프/질량분석기를 이용한 수중 남조독소물질 동시분석법)

  • Algae bloom occurred in reservoir in summer can cause taste and odor in water and disturb the flocculation and sedimentation processes in water treatment plant and cause sand filter plugging. It was also reported that microcystins, anatoxin and saxitoxin released from cyanobacteria had acute toxic effects on liver and nervous system. For these reasons, many advanced countries inclusive of WHO set the guideline for these toxins and cyanotoxins have been managed with regular monitoring in Korea as well. However, complex sample preparation steps such as a solid phase extraction (SPE) and derivatization are required with an existing analysis method with HPLC. We needed to improve an analysis method for low extraction efficiency and long sample preparation time. In this study, we have established a new LC/MS/MS method which can simultaneously determine 6 cyanotoxins (Microcystins-LR, Microcystins-RR, Microcystins-YR, Anatoxin-a, Saxitoxin, Neosaxitoxin) with only simple filtration step. When $75{\mu}L$ filterated sample was injected onto the LC-MS/MS, the recovery ranged from 86% to 112% and the MDL was $0.025{\sim}0.581{\mu}g/L$. We can make the MDL be lower than the guideline ($1{\sim}3{\mu}g/L$) of advanced countries with simple preparation.

  • 본 논문에서는 비점원오염 관리를 위한 지역선정을 위하여 계층분석적 의사결정기법에 의한 접근 방법을 제시하였다. 주어진 유역 내에서의 비점원오염의 중요기여 인자간의 관계를 반영한 것이 본 연구의 특징이다. 주요인자로는 경사도, 유달거리, 유효강우비, 불투수면적비, 토양유실량이다. 각 인자의 가중치는 계층분석적 의사결정기법(AHP)으로 구하였으며 각 인자의 가중값과 속성 값의 단순 부가가중 합으로 표현되는 비점원오염 영향지수를 정의하였다. 높은 영향지수를 가지는 지역을 비점원오염 관리지역으로 제안하였으며, 시험유역으로 발안HP#6유역을 선정하여 적용해보았다. 관리지역 결과를 비교하기 위하여 AGNPS 모의를 통한 비점원오염 부하량간의 분석을 시도하였다. 비교 및 분석을 위해 Moran's I를 이용하였으며, T-N은 $0.38{\sim}0.45$, T-P는 $0.15{\sim}0.22$의 범위를 보였다. 이는 두 접근 방법이 상이함에도 공간적으로 유사한 경향을 보인다는 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법은 비점원오염 관리지역 선정에 있어서 적용가능 함을 의미한다.

  • Many polymeric poly(vinyl chloride) membrane electrodes have been developed for the determination of basic drugs. But relatively little has been roported concerning the behavior of ligand free PVC memebranes. In connection with the evaluation of various ionophores, we bave evaluated a near-Nernstian response and selectivity of these ligand-free PVC electrodes towards basic drugs such as alverine, chlorpromazine and promazine. The electrode membranes were constructed with only several plasticizer and poly (vinyl chloride) matrix. The plasticizer studied were dioctyl phenylphosphonate, 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether, isododecyl phenylphosphate and dioctyl maleate.

Olefin Separation Performances and Coordination Behaviors of Facilitated Transport Membranes Based on Poly(styrene-b-isoprene-b-styrene)/Silver Salt Complexes

  • Solid-state facilitated, olefin transport membranes were prepared by complexation of poly(styrene-b-iso-prene-b-styrene) (SIS) block copolymer and silver salt. Facilitated olefin transport was not observed up to a silver mole fraction of 0.14, representing a threshold concentration, above which transport increased almost linearly with increasing silver salt concentration. This was because firstly the silver ions were selectively coordinated with the C=C bonds of PI blocks up to a silver mole fraction of 0.20, and secondly the coordinative interaction of the silver ions with the aliphatic C=C bond was stronger than that with the aromatic C=C bond, as confirmed by FT-Raman spectroscopy. Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) analysis showed that the cylindrical morphology of the neat SIS block copolymer was changed to a disordered structure at low silver concentrations ($0.01{\sim}0.02$). However, at intermediate silver concentrations ($0.15{\sim}0.20$), disordered-ordered structural changes occurred and finally returned to a disordered structure again at higher silver concentrations (>0.33). These results demonstrated that the facilitated olefin transport of SIS/silver salt complex membrancs was significantly affected by their coordinative interactions and nano-structural morphology.

  • The dielectric properties of polymers are very important when investigating the molecular structure of polymers. The characteristics of the dielectric absorption in vulcanized natural rubber were studied in frequency ranging from 10[KHz] to 32[MHz] at the temperature of 25[$^{\circ}C$]. As a result of the study, it has been confirmed that natural rubber vulcanized below 4phr leads to two kinds of dielectric losses due to the interfacial polarization and the dipole polarization by sulfur, and of above 7[%] was only a loss due to the dipole polarization by sulfur. Futhermore, the dielectric loss maximum $tan{\delta}$ spectrum, removed to the low frequency in accordance with increasing sulfur, depends greatly on sulfur. The volume resistivity of $10^{7}{\sim}10^{11}[{\Omega}{\cdot}cm}]$, regardless of whether the crosslinking of rubber is weakened by sulfur, was observed.

  • In this paper, we have designed a RFID reader receiver system for improving the performance of the passive Tag based 9$'908.5{\sim}914MHz'$ RFID reader, and analyzed the system performance according to the frequency, the reader, and tag properties. The commercial receive system causes a loss in sensitivity because of 24 capacitors and 6 inductors. So we have designed an improved system using a circulator, LNA and a SAW filter. The experimental results show that the use of a circulator to separate the Tx/Rx paths eliminates interference, the LNA improves the sensitivity of the Rx module and SAW filter eliminates the noise and spurious components in the received signal.

  • This paper describes a model to calculate the equilibrium electron density of MODFET at the interface that takes into account the simultaneous shallow and deep level in the Al-GaAs layer. In the present study we have made an investigation of the interface electron density with different values of the AlGaAs doping density and spacer layer thickness, considering simultaneously two doner levels. In this case, the ratio of the shallow to the deep donor concentraction is considered. From the comparison with early experimental results we could find the deep level and that the deep donor concentration is about 50% with the Al mole fraction X ${\sim}0.3$, activation energy Edx=65meV, temperature $77^{\circ}K$ and spacer thickness range $50A{\sim}100A$. Also we have investigated the effect of the temperature. As temperature increase, at critical mole fraction X the nature of the donor concentration changes from $\Gamma$ to L and X.

  • ITS 데이터 통신체계는 도로상의 현장설비(차량 검지기. 도로전광표지, 번호인식장치 등)와 센터를 1:1로 직접 접속하는 방식(P2P)으로 구성하고 있다. P2P 데이터 통신은 안정적인 데이터 전송을 유지시켜주지만, 통신비용의 증가 원인이 되고 있다. 따라서. 본 연구는 1:1 유선통신 구성으로 인한 통신비를 줄이기 위해 위성통신을 사용하여 1:N 구성으로 통신비용을 줄이는 방법을 제안하였고. 적용 가능성을 확인하기 위해 국도 43호선 2개소에 대해서 옵셋 안테나. 위성송출장비 등의 위성통신 장비를 설치한 후 데이터를 수집하였다. 적용 주파수 대역은 $(TX)13.75\sim14.50GHz,\;(RX)10.70\sim12.75GHz$이다. 데이터 품질은 기존의 1:1 구성 방식인 유선 전용회선에 의한 데이터(기준치)와 제안한 위성통신의 데이터를 비교하는 과정이며, 이를 통해 위성통신의 현장 적용가능성을 검토하였다.

  • Al doped ZnO thin films have been were properties of excellent optical transmittance, low resistivity and wide bandgap where be widely used transparent electrode on solar cell. In this paper, ZnO:Al thin films on PC substrate were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering method using ceramic taget with diffrent deposition conditions. In addition, the electrical, structural, optical properties were investigated. we investigated sample properties of Sputter powers and pressures change in $25{\sim}125W,\;2{\times}10^{-2}{\sim}2{\times}10^{-3}Torr$.

  • Thermal conductivities using the thermal probe method were determined for frost susceptible soil with three types of discarded tire powder under the condition of a temperature variation from $-20^{\circ}C{\sim}+10^{\circ}C$. Also, the amount of unfrozen water contents was measured by the pulsed NMR method. The variation of unfrozen water content in the experimental condition could be expressed as a function of temperature given by an exponential equation. A new model for calculating the thermal conductivity of frozen soil was proposed. It is extended from the two element method and subdivided into three constituent elements.
