중년여성의 사회적관계망과 실버타운 선호도 연구 (A Research on the Social Relation Network of Middle-aged Women and Preference for Silver Town)

  • The objective of this research is to analyze how main social relation network of middle-aged women such as family, friends and neighbors, etc affects the preference for silver town. For this objective, structured questionnaires were distributed to 309 middle-aged women at the age of 40-59 years old living in Seoul and new cities of metropolitan area. Statistics such as ANOVA, Pearson Coefficient and Multiple Regression were adopted for statistical analysis. The main result of this research is as follows: First, housewives showed higher preference for silver town than people involved in other occupations. Second, though the relation of friends and neighbors among the social relation network of middle-aged women affected the preference for silver town, that of family did not affect significantly. The result of this research suggests that it is necessary to adopt policy considering the relation of friends and neighbors among the social relation network of middle-aged women so as to activate silver town.

  • As the silver population rapidly increased, it became more urgent to establish a scheme of the traffic safety for the old. As part of the scheme, a polity to apply 'designation of the silver zone' was legislated into law. However, the standard quoting 'the silver zone should be within 300m - radius of the relevant facility' was considered homogeneous and even limited to apply its original objective. This study was to introduce a new standard to select the silver zone reflecting the actual scale. Consequently, I hope that this study would be useful reference for further development and the approach in the research could be legislated into law for more efficient designation and operation of the silver zone.

  • Vibrational spectroscopy has been applied to the benzenethiol molecule adsorbed on the silver surface. The results of infrared and Raman spectral studies have led to the conclusion that benzenethiol is chemisorbed dissociatively on the silver surface by rupture of S-H bond and the benzenethiolate formed upon adsorption is bound to silver via its sulfur atom. It seemed more likely that benzenethiol is adsorbed as being inclined to the silver surface. On contact with oxygen, the geometry of the adsorbed species appeared to bear a resemblance to that of silver benzenethiolate salt. The infrared bands of adsorbed species remained with little decrease of intensity even after the prolonged evacuation at 673 K, indicating that benzenethiol is very strongly chemisorbred to the silver surface.

  • The surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) of benzonitrile in a silver sol was investigated. It was concluded that the molecule adsorbed onto the silver surface via the nitrogen lone pair electrons. Using the surface selection rule, the orientation of the benzene ring with respect to the surface plane could not be determined conclusively. However, it seemed likely that benzonitrile is adsorbed edge-on to the surface. It was demonstrated that the SERS technique provides a useful method for detailed characterization of the chemisorbed layer.

  • Silver has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals and consequently this property is an attractive feature which makes it a leading candidate for use in electronic devices. The research conducted was focused primarily on the development of a process for obtaining a deposited silver-coating onto alumina, for applications related to electrical-conducting devices and, ancillarily, catalysts. Alumina balls and plane substrates were utilized for the investigation. The coating process employed an aqueous ammoniacal silver-nitrate electrolytes with a formaldehyde solution as the reductant. Modifying additives-an activator which would be expected to promote good deposition-characteristics onto the (dielectric) substrate and an inhibitor which would obviate homogeneous reduction (precipitation) of silver was observed when the activator-containing silver-electrolyte reductant constituents were combined. However, the silver-electrolyte/reductant system with inhibitor could be employed (at 8$0^{\circ}C$) to achieve a viable (subject to future research optimization) coating on alumina. The influence of the processing temperature on the deposition process was delineated during the course of the research. The morphology of the deposited-silver on the alumina balls was assessed by SEM imaging. A tape-peel test was employed, with the plane substrates, to semi-quantitatively characterize the adhesion to the alumina.

Silver Selenide 전극의 제조 및 그 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preparation of the Silver Selenide Electrode and Its Properties)

  • $Ag_2Se$ 전극을 제조하고 은이온에 대한 지시전극으로서의 성질을 조사하였다. Epoxy 수지를 Ag_2Se 전극의 binder로서, Silver paste를 감응막과 은판의 접착제로서 사용하였다. 감응막은 10ton/$cm^2$로 가압성형 한다음 질소분위기에서 200${\sim}$$500^{\circ}C$로 sintering한 후 전극을 제조한 결과sintering 하지않은 전극보다 감응성이 우수하고 견고하였다. 또한 $Ag_2Se$전극보다 감응성이 우수하였다. 은이온농도의 변화에 따르는 감응도는 10-6M까지 직선관계를 유지하였다. 대부분의 중금속 이온은 방해하지 않으나 수은(II) 이온이 크게 방해를 하였으며 음이온인 halide, cyanide, thiocyanate 이온의 방해는 더욱 심하였다. 반면 이전극은 halide 이온 정량시 전위차적정법으로 사용할 수 있음을 알았다.

나주 복암리 정촌고분 출토 소환두도의 재료학적 특성 (A Material Characteristic Study on the Sword with an Undecorated Ring Pommel of the Ancient Tombs of Jeongchon, Bogam-Ri, Naju)

  • 나주 정촌고분 1호 석실 출토 소환두도는 내부 별도 장식이 없는 오각형 환두도이다. 또한 모도와 자도 2자루로 구성된 모자대도이다. 정촌고분 소환두도는 환두부, 병부, 신부, 초미금구로 구성되었다. 소환두도 환두는 철지은장(鐵地銀裝)이지만 은(銀)이 염화은으로 부식되면서 연보라색을 띠며 내부 철제 심의 부식물이 표면에 형성되었다. 염화은은 염화이온이 용해된 매장 환경에서 은이 수분과 반응하여 생성되는데, 가루 형태로 부식되어 유물의 형태 보존을 어렵게 한다. 정촌고분에서 함께 출토된 다른 은제 유물도 유사한 부식 형태를 보여주고 있다. 정촌고분 소환두도의 X선 투과조사 및 CT 분석 결과, 철제 외환에 T자형 슴베를 만들고 신부의 슴베와 연결하였다. 소환두도의 자도를 참고하여 모도의 형태를 유추하면, 모도는 환두, 병두금구, 병연금구를 은판(銀板)으로 감싸고 금제 환과 은제 선으로 병부를 장식하였다. 환두 슴베와 신부 슴베의 연결 방식은 리벳 구멍이 확인되지 않아 단접(鍛接)한 것으로 판단되었다. 초미금구는 철판으로 형태를 만들고 끝단을 견직물로 감싸고 그 아래를 은판과 금제 환으로 장식하였다. 정촌고분 소환두도는 금 은 철제 금속을 다양하게 사용하였으며 백제, 신라, 가야의 여러 가지 요소가 복합적으로 구성되어 주변 유적 및 여러 문화권 영향을 받았음을 확인할 수 있었다.

장신구 디자인을 위한 모꾸메가네 효과 은 합금 공정 (Silver Alloying Process for Mokumegane-like Effect for Jewelry Design)

  • 은은 주조성과 가공성이 뛰어나 장신구 제작에 주된 소재로 채택되어 왔다. 이런 은 소재 자체의 장점을 이용한 전통적인 방법 중 하나인 모꾸메가네는 나뭇결무늬와 같은 자연스러운 금속의 혼합문양을 표현할 수 있어서 부가가치가 높지만 제작 공정이 복잡하고 힘들어서 경제적으로 장신구를 제작하는데 어려움이 있었다. 기존의 모꾸메가네 공정 대신 은과 구리의 융점차를 이용한 변형 주조 방법과 냉간압연으로 구리와 은 두 금속간의 우수한 결합을 유지하면서도 기존의 모꾸메가네와 유사한 표면 장식 효과를 얻을 수 있는 새로운 공정을 제안해 보았다. 직경 3 mm의 구리 그래뉼과 0.5 mm, 1.5 mm 두께의 구리 판재에 순은 용탕을 부어 두 금속간의 확산 접합이 완성된 괴를 만들고, 이후 롤러 압연을 실시하여 두께 1.5 mm의 판재를 만들어서 이를 이용하여 반지 시제품을 제작한 결과, 제안된 공정으로 이종 금속 접합도가 우수하면서 모꾸메가네와 유사한 효과를 성공적으로 낼 수 있었다. 제안된 공정은 기존의 반복된 열간 가공에 의한 복잡한 모꾸메가네 공정에 비해 보다 간단하고 경제적으로 모꾸메가네 효과를 갖는 은 장신구 디자인을 가능하게 함을 확인하였다.

실버 나노분말을 이용한 메탈메쉬용 페이스트의 충전 및 와이핑 특성 (Filling and Wiping Properties of Silver Nano Paste in Trench Layer of Metal Mesh Type Transparent Conducting Electrode Films for Touch Screen Panel Application)

  • A metal mesh TCE film is fabricated using a series of processes such as UV imprinting of a transparent trench pattern (with a width of $2-5{\mu}m$) onto a PET film, filling it with silver paste, wiping of the surface, and heat-curing the silver paste. In this work nanosized (40-50 nm) silver particles are synthesized and mixed with submicron (250-300 nm)-sized silver particles to prepare silver paste for the fabrication of metal mesh-type TCE films. The filling of these silver pastes into the patterned trench layer is examined using a specially designed filling machine and the rheological testing of the silver pastes. The wiping of the trench layer surface to remove any residual silver paste or particles is tested with various mixture solvents, and ethyl cellosolve acetate (ECA):DI water = 90:10 wt% is found to give the best result. The silver paste with 40-50 nm Ag:250-300 nm Ag in a 10:90 wt% mixture gives the highest electrical conductance. The metal mesh TCE film obtained with this silver paste in an optimized process exhibits a light transmittance of 90.4% and haze at 1.2%, which is suitable for TSP application.

충청도(忠淸道) 일원(一圓)의 금(金)·은(銀)광상(鑛床)에 대한 광물학적(鑛物學的) 연구(硏究) (Mineralogy of gold-silver deposits in Chungcheong Province)

  • A large number of gold and/or silver-bearing quartz veins occur in or near Mesozoic granite batholith elongated in a NE-SW direction within the Chungcheong Province. Precambrian schists and gneisses, and Jurassic and Cretaceous granitic rocks serve as hosts for gold and/or silver deposits. On the basis of Ag/Au total production and ore grade ratio, 15 mines may be divided into three major groups: gold-dominant deposits, gold-silver deposits, and silver-dominant deposits. The chemical composition of electrum from skarn deposit (Geodo mine), alaskite-type deposit (Geumjeong mine) and 15 vein deposits was summarized. It was found that the Au content of electrum for vein deposits ranging from 5.2 to 86.5 is lower than that for skarn and alaskite deposits. Among 15 vein deposits, the composition of electrum associated with pyrrhotite is relatively high and has a narrow range of 40.8 to 86.5 atomic % Au, but the Au content of electrum with pyrite is in range of 5.2 to 82.8 atomic %, and is clearly lower than that with pyrrhotite. The grouping of ages for these mines indicates that gold and/or silver mineralizations occurred during two periods in the Mesozoic. Daebo igneous activities are restricted to gold mineralization in the range of 158 to 133 Ma, whereas Bulgugsa igneous activities are related to gold and/or silver mineralization ranging from 108 to 71 Ma. Generally speaking, Jurassic gold-dominant veins have many common characteristics; notably prominent association with pegmatites, simply massive vein morphology, high fineness in the ore concentrates, rarity of silver minerals, and a distinctively simple mineralogy, including sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and/or pyrite. Although individual deposits exhibit widely differing diversity, Cretaceous gold-silver and silver-dominant veins are characterized by features such as complex vein, low to medium fineness in the ore concentrates and abundance of silver minerals including Ag sulfosalts, Ag sulfides, Ag tellurides and native silver.
