중대형 굴삭기 유압시스템의 압력 맥동 저감 연구 (A Study on the Pulsation Pressure Reduction for the Hydraulic System of Medium-Large Excavator)

  • With hydraulic noise test facility, a variety of tests were performed to investigate the pulsation pressure generation mechanism and its transmission characteristics and to derive the noise control methodology. Many experiments were carried out by changing average pressure, flow rate, pump speed, hose length and MCV spool condition. From the test results, the correlations between pulsation pressure and other design parameters, such as static pressure, flow rate and MCV spool opening area and length of hose, were found out. And also each contribution factors were evaluated from the regression analysis. By changing hose length, the pulsation pressure resonance phenomenon was investigated. In order to find out the pulsation pressure reduction measures pulsation pressure analysis, such as pulsation pressure of hydraulic pump itself and pulsation pressure of hydraulic system, by using AMESim were studied. In addition hydraulic silencer was developed based on the Helmholtz resonator. And its performance was evaluated by installing the silencer at the excavator.

엔진 배기 소음기내를 전파하는 약한 충격파에 관한 연구 (Study of the Weak Shock Wave Propagating inside an Engine Exhaust Muffler)

  • The present study addresses a computational work of the weak shock wave propagating inside an automobile exhaust muffler. Several different types of the silencer systems are employed to investigate the magnitude of the shock wave during propagating through them. The Initial shock wave Mach number $M_s$ is varied between 1.01 and 1.30, and a normal shock wave is given at the inlet of the silencer systems. The second order total variation diminishing scheme Is employed to solve the two dimensional, compressible, unsteady Euler equations. The present computational results are compared with the previous experimental ones available. The present computations predict the experimental results with a quite good accuracy. Of the four silencer systems applied. the most desirable silencer system to reduce the peak pressure at the exalt of the exhaust pipe is discussed from the Point of view of the engineering design of the silencer systems.

  • An unstructured grid finite-volume method has been applied to predict the linear and nonlinear attenuation characteristics of the expansion chamber silencer system. In order to achieve a grid flexibility and a solution adaptation for geometrically silencer system. In order to achieve a grid flexibility and a solution adaptation for geometrically complex flow regions associated with the actual silencers, the unstructured mesh algorithm in context with the node-centered finite volume method has been employed. The present numerical model has been validated by comparison with the analytical solutions and the experimental data for the acoustic field of the concentric expansion chamber with and without pulsating flows, as well as the axisymmetric blast flowfield with open end. Effects of the chamber geometry on the nonlinear wave attenuation characteristics is discussed in detail.

  • This paper describes the design program of duct silencer. Duct silencer is used ventilating system. Variables in the program for predicting transmission loss are width of splitter, airway width, perforate plate, absorption material and frequency. Generally used expression for predicting transmission loss has something that don't think about frequency characteristic. Therefore we propose the new expression that considered frequency characteristic. In the 1/1 octave band center frequency, the expected weighting number(K) is fitted with absorption ratio and airway width. The fitted 2nd degree polynomial expression is based on the test data performed in YOUIL Industrial Corperation. This program's accuracy is about 90 percent.

선박용 HVAC 시스템의 소음저감성능 평가 (Evaluation of Noise Reduction Performance of HVAC System for Ships)

  • 본 논문은 여객선용 HVAC 시스템 목업을 구축하여 HVAC 요소의 성능평가를 수행한 결과를 다루었다. 측정은 룸 유니트 (Room Unit), 소음기 등 6가지 종류에 대해 이루어졌으며 여러 유량에 대해 삽입손실을 측정하였다. 소음기 직경이 작고 유량이 클수록 유동소음이 커져서 소음저감효과를 방해하지만, 직경이 커질수록 유동소음의 효과는 작아지고 삽입손실은 최대 25 dB까지 나타남을 확인하였다. 디퓨저 형태의 룸 유니트는 대체로 삽입손실이 0 - 10 dB 이지만 노즐 형태는 삽입손실이 최대 -15 dB 까지 소음이 커질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 덕트 배열에 따라 최대 2 dB 까지 실내소음이 차이날 수 있음을 보였으며 각 룸 유니트에 동일한 유량이 배출하도록 조절하는 것이 보다 낮은 소음레벨을 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 선박의 주기관 및 발전기의 실린더내의 폭발소음은 배기관을 통하여 연돌 상부에서 전파되어 인접한 거주구 상층부 및 bridge wing 등의 소음을 증가시키는 주 요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제의 배기관인 400mm 및 600mm의 지름의 관에 대하여 0m/s 및 32m/s의 유속에 대하여 25dB 및 35dB silencer에 대하여 감음 성능을 실험하였다. 관내 유속은 축류 팬에 의하여 발생시켰고 실제 소음기(silencer)를 사용하여 감음 성능을 실측하였다.

  • 해수연결 배관계에서 발생되는 주요한 소음원은 함 내부 탑재장비의 원활한 작동을 위해 해수를 순환시키는 해수순환 펌프이다. 이러한 펌프에서 발생되는 토널 성분을 가지는 유체전달 소음은 적절한 소음감소기를 통해서 감소되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 실험적으로 유체전달 소음감소기의 음향 투과손실을 측정하기 위해서 해수연결 배관계의 끝단 반사가 존재하는 경우 배관 내의 음파를 입사파와 투과파로 분리하는 전달함수 기법을 제안하였다. 제작된 소음감소기 시험시편에 대한 이론적 투과손실과 제안된 기법을 통해 측정된 투과손실이 관심 주파수 영역에서 잘 일치함을 확인함으로써 기법의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 공동주택에서의 음환경 성능은 실내환경의 질과 연관시켜 설계단계부터 충분한 검토가 필요한 성능항목이다. '국토해양부'는 '공통주택 성능등급 표시제도'에서 Air Duct를 통해 상하층간 전파되는 소음을 제어하기 위한 대책을 요구하고 있다. 이에 화장실에 적합한 구조 및 재질로 소음 저감기를 개발하고, 소음기 성능평가 장치를 구성하여 이론과 비교평가하고, 실제 현장에 설치 시 적용효과를 분석하였다.
