This paper presents the development of a new climbing mechanism for inter-block welding in Shipbuilding. The climbing mechanism is that it is career type of robot that can pass over block interval for welding of interblock in shipbuilding. The point part of mechanism is that move ballscrew. The Ballscrew`s capacity account and dynamic analysis of leg part are achieved through this paper. Force and torque analysis were achieved by simulation. This can have strong point in side of cost-cutting and welding amount of work than existent method.

As laparoscopic surgery becomes more popular, various complications following the laparoscope are also increasing. Nerve injury following the laparoscope is an infrequent but serious complication for both the doctor and patient. A 30-year old female patient suffered severe burning pain of the left buttock, inguinal area, external genitalia and inner side of vagina following laparoscopic surgery for ovarian mass. We successfully treated this patient with ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric nerve block in combination with epidural blocks.

Cervical epidural steroid injection is frequently used in the conservative management of neck pain and cervical radiculopathy. Epidural cervical transforaminal injections are usually well-tolerated with mild side effects such as transient decreased sensory and motor function, or headache due to dural puncture. Although there are a few case reports about adverse effects of cervical epidural injection in the literature, it can cause severe complications such as large hematoma, infarction by spinal vascular injury. Subdural hematoma has been occurred much less common rather than epidural hematoma in the spinal cord. We report a rare catastrophic case of cervical spinal subdural hematoma with quadriparesis after cervical transforaminal epidural block.

Piccolo-80 is a 64-bit ultra-light block cipher suitable for the constrained environments such as wireless sensor network environments. In this paper, we propose a differential fault analysis on Piccolo-80. Based on a random byte fault model, our attack can the secret key of Piccolo-80 by using the exhaustive search of $2^{24}$ and six random byte fault injections on average. It can be simulated on a general PC within a few seconds. This result is the first known side-channel attack result on Piccolo-80.

In this paper, the properties of inter-locking block using fly ash are investigated. The experimental parameters are the replacement ratio of fly ash, the amount of AE water-reducing agent and mixing porpotion of mortar. According to the experimental results, the improvement of quality in the side of strength, absorption ratio and freeze-thaw resistance for manufacturing inter-locking block and the curtailment of cost can be achieved in case of 15% of fly ash and 0.3% of AE water-reducing agent are mixed into mortar mixture of 1:6(C:S).

A compressed video stream is very sensitive to transmission errors that may severely degrade the reconstructed image. Therefore, error resilience is an essential problem in video communications. In this paper, we propose novel temporal error concealment techniques for recovering lost or erroneously received macroblock (MB). To reduce the computational complexity, the proposed method adaptively determines the search range for each lost MB to find best matched block in the previous frame. And the original corrupted MB split into for $8{\times}8$ sub-MBs, and estimates motion vector (MV) of each sub-MB using its boundary information. Then the estimated MVs are utilized to reconstruct the damaged MB. In simulation results, the proposed method shows better performance than conventional methods in both aspects of PSNR.

Although the incidence of partial-thickness rotator cuff tears (PTRCTs) was reported to be from 13% to 32% in cadaveric studies, the actual incidence is not yet known. The causes of PTRCTs can be explained by either extrinsic or intrinsic theories. Studies suggest that intrinsic degeneration within the rotator cuff is the principal factor in the pathogenesis of rotator cuff tears. Extrinsic causes include subacromial impingement, acute traumatic events, and repetitive microtrauma. However, acromially initiated rotator cuff pathology does not occur and extrinsic impingement does not cause pathology on the articular side of the tendon. An arthroscopic classification system has been developed based on the location and depth of the tear. These include the articular, bursal, and intratendinous areas. Both ultrasound and magnetic resonance image are reported with a high accuracy of 87%. Conservative treatment, such as subacromial or intra-articular injections and suprascapular nerve block with or without block of the articular branches of the circumflex nerve, should be considered prior to operative treatment for PTRCTs.

A three dimensional finite element generation code has been developed attaching simple blocks. Block can be either a quadrature or a cube depending on the dimension of a subject considered. Finite element serendipity basis functions are employed to map elements between the computational domain and the physical domain. Elements can be generated with wser defined progressive ratio for each block. For blocks to be connected properly, a block should have a consistent numbering scheme for vertices, side nodes, edges and surfaces. In addition the edge information such as the number of elements and the progressive ratio for each direction should also be checked for interfaces to have unique node numbers. Having done so, user can add blocks with little worry about the orientation of blocks, Since the present the present code has been written by a Visual Basic language, it can be developed easily for a user interactive manner under a Windows environment.

The selective encryption scheme for canonical Huffman codes using the inversion of bit values is proposed. The symbols are divided into blocks of a certain size, and each symbol in the block is compressed by canonical Huffman coding. Blocks are determined to be sent in the original code or encrypted form. The encryption block inverts the values of the whole bits, and bits of block that do not encrypt are not inverted. Those compressed data are transmitted with the encryption information. It is possible to decrypt the compressed data on the receiving side using the encryption information and compressed data.

The block-unit housing renewal project was presented as an alternative method to overcome the side effects of large-scale renewal projects while improving poor residential conditions. However, projects implementation is prolonged and even the pace of projects, which was considered an various incentives, is being delayed for the most part. In this study, delay factors are drawn by eight; conflict among association members, contract delay of joint implementation, participation paucity of constructor, inadequate project guidelines, alteration of project plan, lack of renewal project professionals, stricter loan restriction of HUG, lack of capacity of project operator. We categorized those eight factors to three aspects such as implementation, participants and proposition and suggested improvement alternatives according to three aspects.
