  • 스마트 폰의 보급에 맞추어 대형 백화점 및 대형 할인점들도 잇따라 애플리케이션을 출시하고 있다. 그러나 이들의 애플리케이션은 기존의 웹(web)을 바탕으로 했던 상품 정보 리스트, 검색, 장바구니 등의 기능을 단지 모바일 디바이스에 맞추어 그대로 이식하는 수준에 머물고 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴대성과 이동성의 장점을 가진 모바일 서비스 환경을 이용하여 대형 상점을 이용하는 고객이 상품의 현재 위치를 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있도록 도와주는 쇼핑 플래너 시스템의 개발 내용에 대해 기술한다. 본 시스템은 기존 상품을 단순 검색하는 방식에서 더 나아가 상품의 현재 위치를 대형 상점의 지도상에 표시해주고, 지도상에 표시된 상품의 행사 유무를 알려주며, 고객이 구매 계획했던 상품과 비교하여 구매하지 않은 상품을 구별 할 수 있도록 해준다. 스마트 모바일 환경에서 실행될 수 있는 이러한 기능들을 통해 고객은 좀 더 쉽고 빠르게 구매하려는 상품을 찾을 수 있으며, 더이상 상품의 위치 또는 재고여부를 파악하기 위해 고객이 직원을 찾아다니는 불편함을 해결 할 수 있게 된다.

A Study on the Institutional Improvements in the Operation and Management of Underground Shopping Malls

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the method of calculating the usage fee, rent, and lease rights of public goods necessary for the operation and management of the underground shopping mall, and to suggest systematic improvement points for the operation of the underground shopping mall. Data and Methodology: First, ordinances and regulations related to common property were investigated. Second, previous studies were analyzed. A survey was conducted with five questions that conflict with the interests of underground shopping mall merchants among the ordinances and operating systems related to the current underground shopping malls' common property. Results: Underpass merchants wanted monthly payment for the use of common property, and merchant organizations wanted to limit the increase rate with the right to use. They asked for the property value due to donation to be excluded from the loan fee, they wanted to revise the Common Property Act on the transfer of lease rights, and they wanted to revise the loan contract renewal period. Conclusion: There is a need to improve the laws and systems for underground shopping malls, and it will have to be negotiated according to the opinions of the merchants gathered among them, and it will have to be implemented in stages in the long term.

  • Purpose: As part of these efforts, in-depth research is needed on efficient and practical utilization of underground spaces and underground shopping malls. In addition, efforts are being made to find effective alternatives to various problems currently occurring in underground shopping malls, but it is not easy. In addition, the development entity and the maintenance entity are different from each other, and the management is not unified, making it difficult to maintain underground shopping malls. From this point of view, it can be said that it is time to actively and specifically discuss ways to revitalize underground shopping malls. Data and methodology: In the domestic distribution environment, traditional markets and shops are stagnating due to rapid changes in consumption patterns, such as the spread of large companies with advanced distribution techniques such as hypermarkets, shopping malls, and SCM, the rapid increase in Internet and home shopping, and the importance of convenience for young consumers. In order to revitalize underground shopping malls, it is necessary to strengthen the organization and self-rescue efforts of merchants' associations, change consciousness through merchant education, change to specialized markets, find nuclear stores and representative restaurants, and support the hardware sector. Results: The connection of underground shopping malls in each region of the country, where commercial districts are separated from each other, will also play an important role in reviving the function of the city in the future. To do this, it is first necessary to connect underground shopping malls that have been cut off. In other words, connection between connectable underground shopping malls should be promoted. Of course, long-term projects should be promoted step by step, and many consultations should be made on how to connect with the ground for each local government. Conclusion: This is because in the future, the underground space cannot just be a walking place, but another space of the Korean Wave where you can experience satisfying the five senses. K-shopping Hallyu content can be created by creating a characteristic story for each underground shopping mall in the city, permanently this story-oriented event, and creating a safe and elegant environment. If there is a story, so-called "Senomi Shopping" will be possible. A new Korean Wave will be created that can satisfy "the fun of writing, the fun of seeing, and the fun of feeling" at the same time.

백화점의 실내디자인과 건축계획의 상호보완요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the complementary elements between department-store interior design and architectural planning)

  • A number of the retail and traditional market customer is decrease, whereas that of the supermarket in department-store customers in is increase. This case suggests that customers have a preference for much more comfortable and pleasant shopping places And making a resonable purchase in the supermarkets where we can find various goods and price zone, is now garden variety. It is a current course that once the manager ask an architect for multi-functional space design in department-store and then the architect compose a team and start to design. Of course, the team of planner thinking manage give the design team the basic material data such as commerce analysis and the use of each layer in the department store but, the design team solve the assignment by architectural form, functional space plan and the limited architecture law. After establishing general design for architecture, we can ask shopping-mall distribution, products display and interior design of the interior design general design for architecture, we can ask shopping-mall distribution, products display and interior design of the interior design team. so it is inevitable that the interior design team concerning M·D can find lots of complementary factors with architecture design. The purpose of this study is analyzing the differences of architecture design, which has to accept the limited law and interior design concerning M·D, satisfying the structure and the law in the future design for the department-store. Also the purpose of this thesis is suggestion the items architects and interior designers research into together to make the inner space ideally.

지역주민과 외지방문객의 축제 참여 동기와 만족, 충성도 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Local Festival Motivation, Satisfaction, Loyalty: The Case of Local residents and Visitors)

  • 본 연구에서는 지역주민과 외지방문객의 축제 참석 동기와 만족, 충성도에 따른 차이를 분석하여 지속가능한 지역축제개발을 위한 정책 및 마케팅의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 설문방법으로는 전남 석수지역에서 2007년 4월 10일부터 15일까지 진행된 거북선 축제를 대상으로 하였으며, 총 430명을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS를 이용하였으며, 크롬바하 알파값과 신뢰도, 요인분석, t-test, 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 분석결과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축제 방문 동기는 새로움과 일상탈출형, 흥미와 유희형, 친교형, 가족화합형, 지역문화 이해형 등으로, 만족요인으로는 행사프로그램과 서비스, 편의시설, 체험거리와 재미, 기념품과 음식, 교통 등 각각 5개의 속성이 도출되었다. 둘째, 축제 참석 동기 요인에서는 지역주민은 흥미와 유희형에서 외지방문객은 새로움과 일상탈출형 에서 높은 지각을 보이고 있으며, 셋째, 축제 참석 동기 요인에 따른 만족요인에서 지역주민은 흥미와 유희형에서, 외지방문객은 흥미와 유희형, 가족화합형에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 축제만족요인에 따른 재방문 의도에서는 지역주민은 행사프로그램과 서비스요인에서 외지방문객은 행사프로그램과 서비스, 체험거리와 재미, 교통에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 다섯째, 축제만족요인에 따른 추천의사에서는 지역주민은 행사프로그램과 서비스 요인에서 외지방문객은 행사프로그램과 서비스, 교통에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.
