심대윤의 "춘추사전속전"은 조선조 춘추학의 새로운 방향성을 제시한 작품이다. 성리학에 기반한 조선조 춘추학의 견고한 틀을 깨고, 탈성리학적 "춘추" 이해를 시도한 일종의 도전이자 실험이었다. 본 논문은 심대윤의 탈성리학적 "춘추" 해석의 실체를 밝히고, 그가 시도했던 해석방법론을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 심대윤의 "춘추" 해석은 첫째, 기존의 성리학적 관점에서 벗어나 "춘추" 의 성격을 새롭게 규정하였다. 둘째, 성리학적 해석에 대한 비판과 해석방법론의 차별화를 통해 "춘추" 의 본질적 모습에 접근하려고 시도하였다. 이러한 작업을 통해 심대윤은 "춘추" 가 가진 경전으로서의 절대성보다는 기록으로서의 객관성을 밝힘으로써 "춘추" 의 현실적 가치를 한층 부각시켰다. 그의 춘추학은 비록 하나의 완결된 이론 체계를 갖추지는 못했지만, 탈성리학적 "춘추" 해석의 토대를 마련했다는 점에서 사상사적인 의미는 매우 크다고 평가할 수 있다.

The most common causes of severe sleepiness beginning or progressively worsening in adults are SLEEP APNEA and RELATED BREATHING DISORDERS DURING SLEEP. Idiopathic hypersomnia is excessive sleeping without obvious cause. Idiopathic hypersomnia diagnosis can be explained as follows: One could be chronically sleepy due to either something wrong with sleep that makes it non-refreshing, or a problem with the brain mechanisms which normally should keep one alert whether caused by primary problems within the brain or its chemistry, or by other factors (such as sedating medications or thyroid problems). A 71-year-old male who had suffered from excessive sleeping was admitted to our department for oriental treatment on 7th of July, 2003. He was diagnosed as an idiopathic hypersomnia for excessive sleeping without obvious cause. Initial treatment modalities with administration of "SoonHwanGi1HoBang(循環器1號方)" were not effective. However, after administration of "YukMiGiHwangTang(六味地黃湯)" desirable effects were seen.

전력거래소는 시장원리를 적용한 지원금 입찰제에 의한 수요시장을 설계하고 시장운영에 필요한 시스템을 구축하여 수요반응을 측정하기 위한 수요자원시장을 2008년도에 시범적으로 운영하였다. 본 논문에서는 작년도 수요자원시장 운영결과를 분석하여 개선점을 도출하고 수요반응에 입각한 전력수요 자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 방안에 대하여 소개한다.

In this paper, we proposed a new robust control scheme to implement stable control of robot manipulators including nonlinear perameters The proposed robust controller is composed of a nonlinear controller and linear compemsation controller. It shows a good robust performance in reaching mode which does not possess invariance property. Thus, the proposed nonlinear controller showed a good robust performance in the whole region, It was illustrated that the proposed control showed a good transient response and trajectory tracking performance for robot manipulator with four joint by experiments.

염해지역 배전선로의 나선 사용에 따른 안전사고방지 및 전력공급신뢰도 향상을 위하여 경동선 도체에 수밀 컴파운드를 충진하고 흑색의 가교폴리에틸렌으로 압출한 절연전선으로 염해지역의 특별고압 가공전선로에 사용하며 내부식성, 수밀성 및 전기 특성이 우수하다. 따라서 본 평가기술에서는 내트래킹, 인장강도, 우수침입방지성, 침적성, 통전내부식성, 교류파괴전압, 박리성, 밀착도 등의 주요한 시험에 대한 시험방법을 검토하고, 시험에 적용하여 시험 시 문제점을 도출하고 시험방법을 정립하고자 한다.
