This study presents the process of the solenoid parameter estimation of an common-rail injector fer HSDI(High Speed Direct Injection) diesel engines. The EMF(Electromotive Force) and solenoid inductance are the major parameters for presenting the injector dynamics, and also these parameters are estimated by using a multi-layer feedforward artificial neural networks(ANN). The performances of parameter estimators are verified by the simulation with injector model. The feasibility of this methodology is closely examined through the simulation in the various operating points of injector. The simulation results have revealed that estimated parameters show favorable agreements with the common-rail injector model.

Underwater acoustic communications have made considerable advances in the past decade. The purpose of this paper is to achieve the underwater communication by ultrasonic sensors and to investigate conditions of good underwater acoustic communicators. As a result of this experiments, the ultrasonic sensors, MA40E7R/S, made by Nicera can be used as ultrasonic transducers for underwater communication using AM(Amplitude Modulation) signal and Transmission Loss is 17.328[dB] at 65[cm]. To make a good underwater communicator, proper diameter of disk PZT transduers is the one of most important factors, because radiation of acoustic wave depends on proper diameter of transduers and the transmission loss strongly depends on the spreading loss.

PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)는 인증, 무결성, 기밀성, 부인봉쇄, 접근통제 등의 보안기능을 일관성 있게 제공해 주는 기술로서, 이동통신과 무선 인터넷의 급속한 성장에 따른 무선 환경에서도 무선 PKI가 보안기능을 제공할 궁극적인 대안으로 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구는 이동 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서 Threshold cryptography를 이용하여 PKI의 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 하였으며, 기존의 연구들과 유사한 수준의 보안성을 가지면서도 CR(Certification Responsible) 노드의 가용성을 높여 네트워크의 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 인증 기법을 제시한다.

We report a rare case of a 38-year-old woman with a bronchial carcinoid tumor arising from an intralobar bronchopulmonary sequestration. The vascular supply to the sequestered left lower lobe originated from the descending thoracic aorta. A left lower lobe lobectomy was performed. The findings of the pathological examination revealed an atypical carcinoid tumor that was immunopositive for chromogranin and synaptophysin. At the 3-year follow-up examination, the patient was healthy.

This paper is to research for construction of the longest open toped steel box girder composite bridge using precast concrete deck in the country. This type bridge can bring down the construction costs by reducing the steel's weight used it's girders. And, it also can reduce working hours for construction over 6months by applying the precast deck system. I will introduce the process of construction the longest this type bridge within the country named Seochon Bridge

From the roots of Caragana sinica (Buc'hoz) Rehder (Leguminosae), a new saponin named caraganoside A was isolated and elucidated as 3-0-$\beta$-D-xylopyranosyl (1$\rightarrow$2)-[$\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl (1$\rightarrow$3)]-$\alpha$-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-[$\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl ester by means of chemical and spectral studies. Kalopanax-saponin F, hemsloside Ma3 and araloside A were also isolated and characterized. The former two compounds were separated as their methylesters.

Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method have been used by many rescarcher because of its facility to control the thickness of film as molecular order and orientation of molecular. We fabricated MIM device using copolymer LB films of $2C_{18}MA-VE_2$ and elecctrical conduction mechanism in ultra-thin LB film were investigated. In our experimental results, the maleate copolymer LB film have the properity of insulator like organic ultra-thin fiim. Its diclcctric constant was about 3.5 and its voltage generation about 0.1 Volt. And Schottky current was apeared as electrical conduction current and Schottky barrier was about 0.9(eV).

분산전원의 보급이 증가함에 따라 계통에 연계되어 운전하는 분산전원들은 지역의 전력품질을 유지하는 역할이 요구될 것으로 예상되기 때문에 계통에 유효전력과 무효전력을 적절하게 공급할 수 있는 역률제어형 인버터에 대한 역할이 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 역률제어형 인버터를 설계하고 계통과 연계되어 운전될 때, 출력단에 연결되는 필터에 대해 고찰할 것이다. 제안하는 인버터의 알고리즘과 출력필터의 영향을 검증하기 위해 PSCAD/EMTDC 시뮬레이션 툴을 사용하였다.

An optimal design method in cooperated with nonlinear inelastic analysis is presented. The proposed nonlinear inelastic method overcomes the difficulties due to incompatibility between the elastic global analysis and the limit state member design in the conventional LRFD method. The genetic algorithm used is a procedure based on Darwinian notions of survival of the fittest, where selection, crossover, and mutation operators are used to look for high performance ones among sections in the database. They are satisfied with the constraint functions and give the lightest weight to the structure. The objective function taken is the total weight of the steel structure and the constraint functions are load-carrying capacity, serviceability, and ductility requirement. Case studies of a planar portal frame, a space two-story frame, and a three-dimensional steel arch bridge are presented.
