EMDR 통합 집단치료가 간호대학원생의 우울, 불안, PTSD, 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 (EMDR-IGTP on the Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, and Self-esteem of Graduate Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 EMDR 통합 집단치료가 간호대학원생의 우울, 불안, 외상 후 스트레스, 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 유사 실험연구로서 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용하였다. 연구대상자는 C 대학 석, 박사과정에 재학 중인 간호대학원생 50명(실험군=22명, 대조군=28명)이며, 실험군은 총 8주간 8회기의 EMDR-IGTP에 참여하였고, 대조군은 연구종료 후 희망자에 한하여 EMDR-IGTP을 제공하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, ${\chi}^2-test$와 Independant t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 8주 후 EMDR-IGTP에 참여한 실험군은 대조군에 비해 불안(t=-2.50, p<.05)과 자아존중감(t=20.78, p<.01)에서 통계적으로 유의하게 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 EMDR-IGTP은 간호대학원생의 불안 감소와 자아존중감 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. 추후 연구대상자를 확대하여 프로그램의 효과의 기전을 파악하는 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

골관절염 환자를 위한 타이치 운동그룹과 타이치 자조관리 그룹의 효과 비교분석 (Comparing Effects of Tai-Chi Self-help Program and Tai-Chi Exercise in Osteoarthritis Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare the effects of Tai Chi self-help program and Tai Chi exercise in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods: quasi experimental design was utilized for the study to compare the effects after implementing tai chi self-help program and Tai Chi exercise for 6 weeks. The subjects of the study was osteoarthritis patients who visited to two Public Health Centers in Gyunggi-do from August to December, 2005. Total of 25 OA patients agreed to participate in the study, and 10 tai chi self-help program group and 9 Tai Chi exercise group were included for the final analysis after 6 weeks. Tai Chi self-help program was provided twice a week, 2 hours per session (one hour for tai chi exercise, one hour for self help program) for 6 weeks, and Tai Chi exercise group was provided once a week, 2 hours per session for 6 weeks. Outcome measures include flexibility, 6 m walking, and balance. Mann-Whitney U test of SPSS WIN 11.0 was utilized to compare the group differences. Results: The subjects of both program participants were not improved in their arm flexibility, and the difference was not significant. Tai chi self-help group improved more in their 6 m walking ability than Tai Chi exercise group, but the difference was not significant (F=.000, p>.05). Tai chi self-help group improved more in their balance than Tai Chi exercise group, but the difference was not significant (Rt: U=.24, p>.05; Lt: F=2.60, p>.05). Conclusion: The provision of both Tai Chi self-help program and Tai Chi exercise can lead improvement of 6 m walking, and balance, but the group difference was not significant. A rigorous research design should be further utilized to identify the potential benefits for this population.

화장교육이 노인여성의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Make-up Education on Elderly Women's Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 논문은 D시 소재 P노인복지관을 방문하는 60세 이상의 노인여성을 대상으로 2010년 5월 28일부터 7월 16일 까지 8주간의 화장교육을 실시하여 화장교육이 노인여성의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 조사 대상자는 전체 80명 중 연령과 화장관심도를 근거로 실험군 40명, 대조군 40명으로 나누고, 생활만족도를 사전 조사 후, 실험군에게 8주간 화장교육을 실시하고, 화장교육의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 다시 실험군과 대조군의 사후 검사를 실시하여 생활만족도를 비교하였다. 노인여성을 위한 8주간의 화장교육의 내용은 우아하고 자연스런 화장법, 10년 어려보이는 동안 화장법, 얼굴 수정 화장법, 계절(봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울)화장법, 한복에 어울리는 화장법, 파티 화장법으로 구성하였고, 이론수업과 함께 매시간 직접 자기 얼굴에 화장하도록 실습하였다. 교육 후 노인여성들의 화장교육에 대한 평가는 대체로 만족도가 높았으며 연구결과, 화장교육을 받은 실험군의 생활만족도는 유의하게 향상되어(p<0.05), 화장교육이 노년의 삶에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

지속가능발전목표(SDGs) 이행을 위한 지속가능한 식생활 교수·학습 과정안 개발 (Development of the Sustainable Dietary Life Teaching-Learning Plans to Implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 기술·가정 교과서의 식생활 단원에서 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)와 연계한 학습 요소와 수업 주제를 선정하고, 교수·학습 과정안 및 학습 자료를 개발하여 타당성 및 현장 적합성을 검증받는 데 있다. 본 연구는 분석, 설계, 개발, 평가 단계를 거쳐 실행되었으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석 단계에서는 17개 지속가능목표, 169개 세부목표 중 식생활과 관련한 세부목표를 추출하고, 2015 개정 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 5종의 식생활 단원 내용을 분석하여 본 연구에서 개발할 교수·학습 과정안에서 다룰 수 있는 학습 요소를 추출하였다. 둘째, 설계 단계에서는 교과서 분석 내용을 바탕으로 '청소년의 바람직한 식생활', '식품의 생산', '식품의 유통', '식품의 소비 및 폐기'로 수업 주제를 선정하였다. 효과적인 수업이 이루어질 수 있도록 전체 수업의 총괄목표를 설정하고 개발될 식생활 영역 차시별 수업의 학습 목표, 학습 내용, 학습 방법과 함께 관련된 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)와 연계하여 수업을 설계하였다. 셋째, 개발 단계에서는 총 9개 주제, 11차시의 교수·학습 과정안과 전문가에게 검증받을 타당도 평가지를 개발하였다. 넷째, 평가 단계에서는 가정과 교사 5인의 전문가를 통해 교수·학습 과정안의 현장 적합성과 타당도를 검증받았으며, 검토의견을 토대로 총 9개 주제, 13차시의 교수·학습 과정안으로 수정·보완하여 완성하였다.

비만 중년여성의 댄스스포츠 참여가 신체조성과 혈중지질에 미치는 효과: 메타분석 (Effect of Dance Sports Participation in Obesity Middle-Women on Body Composition and Blood Lipids: Meta-Analysis)

  • 본 메타분석 연구의 목적은 비만 중년여성의 댄스스포츠 참여가 신체조성과 대사질환관련요인에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 키워드를 '비만', '여성', '댄스스포츠'로 하여 검색된 2005년 1월 1일부터 2015년 11월 30일 사이의 논문 중, 총 9개의 연구를 최종적으로 선정하였다. 연구에 포함된 총 대상자의 수는 197명(실험군: 98명, 대조군: 99명)으로 댄스스포츠 참여기간은 평균 12.2주, 주당 3.13회, 회당 75분이 진행되었다. 본 운동에서 적용된 댄스스포츠 종목으로는 자이브와 차차차가 진행되었고, 그 중 2편의 연구에서는 룸바도 진행되었다. 메타분석 결과, 비만 중년여성에게 댄스스포츠는 체중, 체지방률, 중성지방, 저밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤, 렙틴을 감소시키는데 효과가 있었으며, 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤을 증가시키는데 효과가 있었다. 그러나 댄스스포츠가 체질량지수, 총콜레스테롤, 인슐린, 혈당에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 근거를 제시할 수 없었다. 또한, 효과의 크기로는 체지방량, 총콜레스테롤, 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤, 저밀로 지단백 콜레스테롤은 큰 효과크기를 나타내었고, 중성지방은 중간 효과크기를 나타냈으며, 체중, 렙틴, 인슐린, 혈당은 작은 효과크기를 나타냈다.

임상실습에서 학생들이 경험하는 간호과정 적용문제 (The Problems for Application of Nursing Process in Clinical Experience of Nursing Students)

  • Nursing process is an essential part for nursing practice. Nursing faculty members must focus on the clinical application for students and try to identify the possible problems that students might face in the fields. The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of nursing process education in curricula and to investigate the response of students in clinical experience of nursing process. From 462 students in the 6 associate programs(ADN) and the 6 baccalaureate programs (BSN) data was collected by questionnaire. The results were as followed. 1. Seven programs (58.3%) opened the nursing process in mainly sophomore (BSN) or freshman(ADN). If not opened, the nursing process was taught at the major subjects(espcially fundamental nursing or adult nursing). 2. All Students responded they we supposed to use nursing process in preparing the case report. The majority(94.6%) used NANDA lists for nursing diagnosis and 55.7% of subjects consulted the Korean terms by KNA when translating. The tutors for nursing process in clinical settings were the professor in charge of the subject (68.6) or clinical instructors (48.1%) , assistants(34%). 3. The problems in clinical application that students experienced consisted of 17 items and the mean was 2.27. The biggest problem was 'the lack of the model for RN of applying the nursing process in clinical settings'(2.97). Next the big problem was 'the lack of the competency for implementing the established nursing plans'(2.69). All items were significantly different according to the level of educational programs(ADN or BSN). ADN students had more problems in applying the each step of nursing process and BSN students perceived the NANDA as a guidance of nursing diagnosis and the inconsistency of advices from several instructors or practicum to be mere problematic. 4. The mean of merits after application of nursing process was relatively fair (2.82). The best merit was 'they can identify nursing problems more exactly'(3.07). The second high merit was 'they can study the rational of nursing action' (3.03). BSN than ADN and the subjects of second year than of one year in clinical experience perceived the use of nursing process to be better. Based on this results we need to enforce the application of nursing diagnosis in the class. The use of sample cases can be the efficient method. Students can identify the possible health problems for patient from the cases in imaginary world and discuss them each other. Also we can use the discussion session after practice every other day or as needed. All this is on the good interaction between tutor and student. We must consider to have enough time for student to seize the essence of the nursing process.

한국 학령기 ADHD 아동을 위한 인지행동중재의 효과 연구: 메타분석 (Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder among School-aged Children in Korea: A Meta-Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study was a meta-analysis designed to identify effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions in alleviating main symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) among school-aged children in Korea. Methods: Examination of several databases including Research Information Sharing Service, Korean Studies Information Service System, Data Base Periodical Information Academic and hand-searched article references, resulted in identification of 1,298 studies done between 2000 and 2013 of which 21 met the inclusion criteria. Comprehensive Meta-Analysis version 2.0 was used to analyze effect sizes, explore possible causes of heterogeneity, and check publication bias with a funnel plot and its trim-and-fill analysis. Results: Overall effect size of CBT intervention was large (g=1.08) along with each outcome of self-control (g=1.26), lack of attention (g=1.02), social skills (g=0.92), and hyperactivity (g=0.92). For heterogeneity, moderator analysis was performed, but no significant differences were found between the RCT (Randomized Controlled Trials) group and the NRCT (Non RCT) group. Also, meta-regression was performed using sample size, number of sessions, and length of session as predictors, but no statistically significant moderators were found. Finally, a funnel plot along with trim-and-fill analysis was produced to check for publication bias, but no significant bias was detected. Conclusion: Based on these findings, there is clear evidence that CBT intervention has significant positive effects on the main symptoms of school-aged children suffering ADHD. Further research is needed to target diverse age groups with ADHD along with more RCT studies to improve the effectiveness of the CBT intervention.

내적가족체계치료 프로그램이 중년여성의 자아정체감 증진에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Internal Family Systems Therapy Program to Increase Ego-Identity of Middle-Aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of an internal family systems therapy program aimed at increasing ego-identity of middle-aged women. The objectives of this program were for middle-aged women to differentiate the self of internal systems, to identify constraints impinging on an individual part, to release constraints impinging on an individual part, to harmonize the internal family, and to enhance ego-identity. 31 middle-aged women ranged in age from 40 to 60. Two groups were identified as equivalents for the study in the pre-test. The program of this experimental group was implemented twice a week for 120 minutes per each session over a 6-week period. The pre-test(Aug. 29. 2006), the post-test(Oct. 20. 2006) and the follow-up test(Nov. 20. 2006) were implemented in order to verify the effectiveness of the programs. The participants who were absent more than three times in the program were excluded from the post-test and follow-up test. Eventually, the data in 31 persons(15 for the internal family systems therapy, 16 for the control group) were analyze to verify the effectiveness of the program. The instruments used in the study were the ego-identity scale. The data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA, simple main effect, post-hoc t-test, means and standard deviations. And the program was from Sep. 5. to Oct. 20. 2006. The findings of the study were as follows: The internal family systems therapy program had significant effects on enhancing the ego-identity. There was a large increase of the ego-identity in the intervention group, compared with control group at post treatment and follow-up after 1 month which indicated the continuity of intervention effect. However, in the control group, there were no changes according to the time.

Influence of Anticipation on Landing Patterns during Side-Cutting Maneuver in Female Collegiate Soccer Players

  • To investigate the anticipatory effect on landing patterns during side-cutting maneuver, thirteen healthy female elite college soccer players participated in this study. Three-dimensional knee kinematics, effective mass and correlation between both these were measured and analyzed using a motion analysis and force plates. Each testing session included anticipated tasks, $45^{\circ}$ side-cutting tasks (AC), followed by a set of unexpected side-cutting (UC) in a random order. Knee flexion/extension, valgus/varus and internal/external rotation angles and effect mass were compared by using paired t-test. Also, correlation analysis was performed to identify the relationship between knee angles and effective mass. Effective mass during UC was greater than that during AC. Effective mass and maximum knee flexion angle were positively correlated during AC and not during UC. Based on the relationship between effective mass and knee flexion angle in AC, shock absorption can be controlled by knee joint flexion in pre-predicted movement condition. However, effective mass can not be controlled by knee flexion in UC condition. The unexpected load affects were more irregular on the knee joint, which may be one of the injury mechanisms of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in female soccer players.

고유감각을 기초로 한 감각식이가 유아의 수면 패턴에 미치는 효과: 단일사례연구 (The Effect of Sensory Diet Based on Proprioception on the Toddler's Sleep Pattern : Single Subject Research)

  • 목적 : 고유감각을 기초로 한 감각식이가 유아의 수면패턴에 미치는 영향과 효과의 지속 여부를 알아보았다. 연구방법 : 단일사례 연구로서 2주간 14회기의 고유감각을 기초로 한 감각식이를 실시하고, 아동이 잠들기까지 소요되는 시간, 수면시간, 취침시각, 잠들기까지 하는 행동의 정도를 통해 수면 패턴의 변화를 평가하였다. 관찰기록은 사전에 연구자로 부터 교육을 받은 주양육자인 어머니가 실시하였다. 결과 : 고유감각을 기초로 한 감각식이의 적용 후 아동은 잠들기까지 소요되는 시간, 수면시간, 취침시각, 잠들기까지의 행동의 정도에 변화를 보였으며, 추적조사에서 잠들기 까지 걸리는 시간은 일정기간 유지되었다. 결론 : 고유감각을 기초로 한 감각식이가 유아의 수면 패턴의 안정과 관계가 있으며, 감각식이 활동의 효과는 수면 패턴의 유지에 지속적인 영향을 주었다. 앞으로 일반화를 위해 많은 수의 유아를 대상으로 한 대조군 연구가 필요하다.
