This paper is for EPC(Evolved Packet Core) network to share the load balance by IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity) prefix in MME(Mobility Management Entity). For the telecommunication, it needs to choose the anchoring gateway to use the specific gateway to avoid the traffic load to support the efficient telecommunication service. We propose the way to choose the effective gateway to avoid the traffic load in order for good qualify service. We compare the load between the gateways which are the general gateway and the specific gateway used by proposed concept.

This study is for why Korean private universities make high position and performance on their archives. It's needless to say that archives of university is desperate for democratic management, historic and cultural identity and administrative efficiency. As for archives of private university, it has to be set by its own organization as the name of '00 university archives' if possible. At the same time both 'administrative structure' and 'working-level structure' should be activated for the better output. It might be helpful to empower itself. Archives of private university have to fulfill these basic role; aquisition, arrangement, classification, preservation etc./service/study of archival science /university history compiling. It could be expand to the link between university and local community, open class and digital archive service.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the experience of Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) coordinator nurses in a hospital setting. Methods: An in-depth interview was done using a semi-structured questionnaire on 4 FLS coordinator nurses between August 2022 and May 2023. A qualitative content analysis method was used for the data analysis. Results: Three themes of the experience of FLS coordinator were "The absence of identity of FLS coordinator," "struggling with the approach of creating something out of nothing," and "improvement of training and system to establish FLS coordinator role." Conclusion: This study identified three themes about the experience of FLS coordinator nurses in hospital setting. This finding is expected to be useful in developing education programs for FLS coordinator nurses.

디지털 전환 시대를 맞아 일상생활 대부분이 온라인으로 이동하면서 온라인상에서 자신을 나타내는 신뢰할 수 있는 신분증의 필요성이 커지게 되었다. 신원 확인 방법은 중앙 집중식 모델에서 현재는 자기주권신원 모델로 변화하는 과정에 있으며 사용되는 핵심 기술은 탈중앙 식별자 DID(Decentralized Identifier)이다. DID는 기존 신원 체계와 달리 개인의 데이터 소유권을 개인에게 돌려줘 데이터 주권을 지킬 수 있게 해줌으로써 개인의 정보 공유 범위를 결정하는 SSI(Self Sovereign Identity)를 실현하는 기술이다. DID를 이용하면 데이터의 무결성, 투명성을 보장하는 자격 증명(Verifiable Credential, Verifiable Presentation) 발급이 가능하며 이를 검증하는 데이터는 모두 블록체인에 올라가 있는 것이 특징이다. 본 논문에서는 실제 서비스와 유사한 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하여 자격 증명의 사용자 프라이버시를 보호하는 방법인 BBS+서명 기법에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

Dental hygienists are important members of any dental clinic. They are recognized as reflecting the dental clinic's image because they spend a lot of time with patients. The longer the dental hygienist is employed, the better the relationship with the patients and the medical service provided. The purpose of the present study was to develop a scale to measure factors of long-term employment among dental hygienists. The basic questions were constructed by analyzing tools used to measure job embeddedness and satisfaction. Forty-one questions were developed that measured organizational fit (13), interpersonal relationships (8), job satisfaction (7), duty satisfaction (6), recognition (4), and self-esteem (3). A questionnaire survey was conducted, and the responses from 297 dental hygienists in dental clinics, after the exclusion of 20 incomplete surveys, were used for the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. As revealed by exploratory factor analysis, long-term employment intention was composed of 7 factors consisting of 29 items after the exclusion of 12. The subsequent confirmatory factor analysis revealed 4 factors ("organizational fit," "professional identity," "job connectivity," and "interpersonal relationship") consisting of 16 items, after the exclusion of 13. $Cronbach^{\prime}s\;{\alpha}$ were 0806, 0.836, 0.700, and 0.684 for the four factors. This study is meaningful in that it developed a long-term employment factor measurement tool that can be applied to domestic dental hygienists. Future studies will need to focus more on professional identity and job outcomes. The results of this study and future related ones could be used to improve dental hygienist's continuous service.

Internet Protocol Television (IPTV)는 방송 통신 융합 서비스 실현을 위한 대화형의 개인 맞춤형 멀티미디어 서비스이다. TV에 연결되는 IPTV Set-Top Box (STB)는 사용자의 유일한(unique) 하드웨어 식별자로서 가입자 인증에 사용된다. 이것은 box-level의 식별방법으로 가족 구성원이 하나의 IPTV 서비스를 공유한다는 점에서 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 지향하는 IPTV의 목적에 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 STB에 3G 이동통신의 오픈 플랫폼 자바카드를 기반으로 한 사용자 개인정보를 저장할 수 있는 IDENTITY 애플릿을 정의하여 3G 네트워크와 IPTV 응용서버 사이에 사용자 중심의 인증과 개인 맞춤형 서비스가 가능한 IPTV 인증 프로토콜을 제안하고, 이에 대한 효율성과 안전성에 대해 검증한다.

한국 공영방송은 정체성 위기와 함께 지배구조 개선 논의에 직면해 있다. 공영방송의 위기 원인을 분석하기 위해 공영방송 종사자와 미디어 관련 전문가의 인식을 바탕으로, 공영방송의 거버넌스 구성요인에 대해 유형화를 시도하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 공영방송 거버넌스는 시장 영향력, 정치적 영향, 전문직주의, 공영방송 제도보장 등 4개 요인으로 유형화되었다. 둘째, 공영방송 거버넌스 요인 중 정치적 영향만이 공영방송의 위기 인식에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, KBS이사회를 구성하는 방식과 인원 비율이 정치적 영향 요인에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 한국 공영방송이 정당성과 정체성 확보를 위해 정치적 영향으로부터 떨어진 공영방송 지배구조 개선이 필요함을 확인해 준다.

The purpose of this study is to find identity of the elementary environmental education and inquire elements of professionalism in environmental education that elementary teachers should have. This study performed a half-structured interview in twice to the eight of elementary teachers who completed the environmental education curriculum course in a graduate school or participated in the teacher training program before. As a result, this study found that the identity of the elementary environmental education consists of the unification comprehending various subjects, the well-rounded sensitivity balancing intellectual, emotional and behavioral aspects, and the grounding in forming environmentally friendly living-habit and academic basis of environments. Moreover, this study found that the teacher training program for the specialty of the elementary environmental teachers should comprise of the following twelve components: the knowledge of overall environmental curriculum, environmental life guidance and environmental classroom management, environmental teaching skills and function, the passion and commitment about environmental education, environmental sensitivity, understanding of education studies, the values and attitude about environment, environmental behavior, understanding the relationship between environmental psychology and developing stage of child, the general education and communication/cooperation with colleagues or local community, understanding of the role as an teacher for the elementary environmental education. More importantly, it would be very crucial that the teachers themselves who are the main body of education system should recognize the their role as the professionals in order to improve the quality of education.

인터넷이 발달하면서 온라인에서 나를 증명하는 사용자 인증기술은 고도화되고 있다. 기존 ID 방식은 서비스 제공자가 개인정보를 관리하며 보안이 취약할 경우 개인정보 유출의 위협이 있고, 정보 주체가 서비스 제공자에게 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 신분 확인 기술이 발전함에 따라 중앙집중 형식에서 오는 개인정보 유출 위협을 낮추고 사용자 주권 강화를 위한 DID 기반 본인 인증 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 발행기관으로부터 발급받은 VC를 통해 사용자가 직접 개인정보를 관리하고 정보 주제가 사용자에게 있어 주권을 강화할 수 있다. 연구 방법으로는 분산원장 기술을 기반으로 한 탈중앙화 신원증명 방법을 이용하여 보안성과 무결성을 보장하는 본인 인증 모델을 제시하고, 공격방식에 대한 보안성을 분석한다. 공개키 암호 알고리즘을 사용하는 DID Auth를 통해 인증하여 스니핑, 중간자공격 등으로부터 안전하며 제안 모델은 실물 신분증을 대체할 수 있다.

국립중앙박물관 도서관은 국가 대표 박물관 도서관으로서 박물관 자료의 수집 정리 열람서비스를 제공하고 있다. 박물관 도서관의 제한된 예산, 인력, 낮은 인지도를 고려할 때 국립중앙박물관 도서관의 역할은 중요하다. 본 연구는 전문도서관으로서 국립중앙박물관 도서관의 정체성 확립 및 발전방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 국립중앙박물관 도서관 현황조사, 선행연구, 국내외 사례조사, 이용자 면담 및 전문가 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 박물관 도서관의 정체성을 확립하고, 박물관이 수행하는 주요 업무인장서, 서비스, 인력에 대한 전문성 확보를 위한 방안은 물론, 박물관 내에서의 도서관 역할을 증대하고 인지도를 확보하는 방안을 제시하였다.
