With the globalization of economy, there is keen competition among rountries to be a logistics hub and companies are striving to be first in establishing logistics system centering on advantageous sites, especially airport and seaports, to perform supply, production and distribution. Korea competing with Northeast Asia countries is also working out strategies in order to make Korea peninsula a logistics center of Northeast Asia taking advantage of its geographical strength. Gwangyang port has designated as Free Economic Zone together with Pusan and Jinhae, Incheon from October 24th, 2003. However, the introduction of Free Economic Zone in Korea lagged behind other major countries and it has a lot of operational problems. Approximately 600 areas worldwide are designated and operated as a Free Economic Zone and Gwangyang port and its surrounding area has several points to be settled as one of FEZ. First one is its limited functions and related laws. Next is imperfection on development, investment and management system of the hinterland. Lark of promotion activities could be one of the problems. This paper analyzes the above problems and presents various measures to activate Gwangyang Port and Gwangyang Free Economic Zone as follows Benchmarking to promote Gwangyang Free Economic Zone as follows Benchmarking other countries' system, governmental support, introduction & logistics functions, early development of the hinterland, supply of effective one-stop service, investment attraction into the area and diversified promotion & marketing activities.

최근, 유비쿼터스 관련 산업이 비약적으로 발전하고 있으며, 특정 구역을 대상으로 유비쿼터스 환경을 구축하는 u-Zone의 개발이 추진되고 있다. 특히 헬스케어 시스템의 관점에서 보면, u-Zone을 활용하여 정신질환자나 거동이 불편한 환자를 관리하기 위한 비용과 노력을 감축시킬 수 있다. 하지만 아직 헬스케어 시스템은 특정 개인을 대상으로 하거나 병원 내부 시스템을 확장하는 수준에 그치고 있다. 정신질환자 중에는 알코올, 마약 등의 약물에 중독된 환자의 비율이 높지만, 일상적인 데이터의 수집이 어려워 체계적인 관리나 정확한 진단이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 u-Zone 내에서 중독환자에게 생체신호 측정 센서를 통해 지속적인 정보를 수집하고, 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 맥박, 체온, 가속도 센서를 이용하여 환자 상태정보를 수집하고, 이를 기반으로 감정 상태를 판별하여 정확한 진단의 근거가 될 수 있도록 한다.

This paper analyzes the above problems and presents various measures to activate Gwangyang Free Economic Zone by inducing investment for innovation cluster as follows Benchmarking to promote Gwangyang Free Economic Zone as follows Benchmarking other countries' system, governmental support, introduction & logistics functions, early development of the hinterland, supply ofeffective one-stop service, investment attraction into the area and diversified promotion & marketing activities.

DMB 2.0, Mobile IPTV 등 방송과 통신을 융합하는 서비스에 대한 관심이 최근 급증하고 있다. 유니캐스트는 수용량 제한 및 열악한 수신환경으로 인해 방송서비스를 하기 힘들기 때문에 WiBro는 MBS(Multicast Broadcast Service)를 제공하여 방송서비스를 지원한다. MBS는 MBS 존에 속한 모든 기지국이 방송서비스를 요구하는 모든 사용자에게 동일한 콘텐츠를 동시에 전송하는 방식이다. 단말은 다수의 기지국으로부터 자원을 받기 때문에 Macro diversity로 인해 SINR을 높일 수 있지만 존 외곽 셀의 경우 간섭으로 인해 여전히 SINR이 매우 낮으므로 보완책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 MBS 존의 내부와 외부의 성능차이를 줄이면서 전체적으로는 높은 MCS를 사용하여 전송률을 높이는 방안으로 MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) STBC(Space Time Block Coding), Relay, FFR(Fractional Frequency Reuse)을 도입한다. 기본적인 시뮬레이션 환경은 SISO(Single Input Single Output)로 가정하고 transparent 중계기, MBS에서 적용가능한 FFR로 시나리오를 나누어 SISO와 MIMO STBC 환경에서 각각 성능을 평가하고 비교 분석한다.

With increasing interest in ubiquitous computing technology, an infrastructure for the short-distance wireless communication has been extended socially, bringing spotlight to the security system using the image or location. In case of existing security system, there have been issues such as the occurrences of blind spots, difficulty in recognizing multiple objects and storing of the unspecified objects. In order to solve this issue, zone-based location-estimation search system for the image have been suggested as an alternative based on the real-time location determination technology combined with image. This paper intends to suggest the search service for the image zone-based location-estimation. For this, it proposed the location determination algorism using IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee's RSSI and for real-time image service, the RTP/RTCP protocol was applied. In order to combine the location and image, at the event of the entry of the specified target, the record of the time for image and the time of occurrence of the event on a global time standard, it has devised a time stamp, applying XML based meta data formation method based on the media's feature data based in connection with the location based data for the events of the object. Using the proposed meta data, the service mode which can search for the image from the point in time when the entry of the specified target was proposed.

MANET(Mobile Ad-Hoc Network)은 고정된 기반이 없이 노드간의 자율적이고 독립적인 네트워크를 구성한다. 이러한 네트워크에서 경로설정은 이동성이 많은 단말들이 임시로 망을 구성하기 때문에 망 자체간 유기적으로 자주 변하며, 이로 인해 잦은 연결실패로 인한 불안전한 환경이 조성되어 경로설정을 유지하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이를 효과적으로 하기 위하여 ZRP(Zone Routing Protocol) 경로설정 프로토콜이 제안 되었다. 그러나 ZRP는 보안에 관한 요소를 포함하고 있지 않기 때문에, 경로설정을 할 때 DoS(Denial of Service)공격에 취약하며, 또한 키 분배에 관한 메커니즘을 가지고 있지 않기 때문에 경로가 설정되었다고 해도 실제 데이터 전송 시 제 3자에 의하여 공격당하기 쉽다. 이를 보안하기 위해서 ZRP가 경로를 설정할 때 안전하게 경로를 설정할 수 있는 S-ZRP(Secure Zone Routing Protocol) 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 경로설정 패킷에 대한 무결성 보장 및 근원지 인증 메커니즘을 통해서 보다 안전하게 전송할 수 있다.

최근 한국의 핸드폰 보급률이 95%가 넘는 발전이 이루어지면서 스마트폰의 사용자수 역시 활발하게 증가하고 있다. 그에 따른 스마트폰 어플리케이션 시장 역시 활성화되어가고 있으나 아직까지 KPU Zone내에서의 편의를 제공하는 어플리케이션 서비스가 부족하다. 본 논문에서 다루는 내용은 안드로이드SDK기반의 구글 위치 찾기 서비스와 주변상권 활성화를 위한 KPU Zone 업체들에 기본정보 및 위치를 시각적으로 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 하였다.

종석대 아고산초원의 생태계 변화관찰의 자료로 활용하고자, 종석대를 중심으로 분포하는 아고산지대의 초원과 관목층을 대상으로 40개의 방형구(5m${\times}$5m)를 설치하여 식생을 조사하였다. 종석대의 관목지대에는 미역줄나무의 상대우점치 (I.P.)가 23.45%로 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 조록싸리. 노린재나무, 털조록싸리 등의 순이었다. 종석대 고산초원의 초본식물은 큰까치수영. 고사리. 수리취, 여로, 원추리 및 노루오줌 등 6종이 우점종이었다. 산림청에서 희귀식물로 등록된 흰참꽃나무가 종석대 정상 바위틈에서 여러 개체가 자라고 있었으며, 지속적인 모니터링을 함으로써 훼손대책을 강구할 필요가 있다.

Efforts are being made to prevent traffic accidents within the child protection zone. Efforts are being made to prevent accidents by enacting safety facilities and laws to prevent traffic accidents in the school zone. However, traffic accidents in school zones continue to occur. If the driver can know the situation in the child protection zone in advance, accidents can be reduced. In this paper, we design a camera that eliminates blind spots in school zones and a number recognition camera system that can collect pre-traffic information. Design a LIDAR system that recognizes vehicle speed and pedestrians. Design an LED guidance system that delivers information to drivers without smart devices. We study time series analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms that collect and process pedestrian and vehicle information recognized by cameras and LIDAR. In the artificial intelligence traffic accident prevention system learned by deep learning, before entering the school zone, the school zone information is sent to the driver through the Force Push Service and the school zone information is delivered to the driver on the LED sign. try to reduce accidents.

현재 스마트 디바이스의 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 사용자의 요구는 점점 복잡하게 되어가고 있다. 대부분의 IT 전문가들은 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서 추가적인 기능들이 추가되어야 할 것으로 주장한다. 모바일 서비스 형태의 대부분이 위치 기반 서비스(LBS: Location-based Service)를 고려하기 때문에 이는 특히 중요한 연구로서 집중되고 있다. 일반적으로 Wi-Fi 기술은 위치 즉, 네트워크 존(Network Zone)이 변경됨에 따라 새로운 연결을 요구하기 때문에 위치 파악이 제한적일 수밖에 없다. 또한, GPS는 부정확한 실내 데이터를 가지기 때문에 실내 환경에서 LBS 서비스를 제공하는 것은 여전한 시스템적인 문제가 있다. 따라서 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 iBeacon 기술이 설계되고 Wi-Fi 혹은 GPS 대신에 LBS 서비스를 위해 사용되고 있다. Bluetooth 4.0 LE 기술 기반 iBeacon을 사용하여 우리는 현재의 사용자 위치와 지하철 도착 시간을 활용할 수 있는 다양한 mLBS(micro LBS) 서비스를 정확하고 알맞게 제공하기 위한 M-SAS(Mobile-Subway Alarm Service System)을 제안한다.
