This study compares choice of contents genre between mobile VOD service users and landline internet VOD service users. Overall, males showed a higher rate of VOD usage than females and a variety of contents were used for entertainment, programs and mood alteration. In addition, a higher frequency of VOD usage showed a higher rate of VOD usage and also resulted in higher level of satisfaction. Also, the quality of landline internet VOD service showed to be higher than mobile VOD service. This suggests that programs for mobile VOD needs to be developed as well as a more open and simple rate system. In addition, subjects of this study showed to use VOD services mainly for entertainment purposes, suggesting that a variety of programs need to be developed in order to higher the level of satisfaction of its users.

The most common cause of treatment failure in oral cavity cancer is when it is found to have local recurrence, usually occurring in the ipsilateral cervical lymph node. On the contrary, it is extremely rare to find local recurrence in soft tissue metastasis (STM) in the contralateral neck. Furthermore, lung cancer and malignant lymphoma are most commonly confined to their primary sites. The poor general condition increases the likelihood of STM, which indicates bad prognosis. A 72-year-old man with a hard and fixed mass on the right submandibular space visited our clinic. He had received a wide excision with local flapreconstruction for squamous cell carcinoma in the left corner of lower lip 18 months ago. We performed the wide excision with bilateral selective neck dissection (I-III), and he was finally diagnosed as STM from contralateral lip cancer. We report this unique and rare disease entity with a literature review.

Epidermal cysts are generally benign tumors that usually originate from the skin caused by inflammation of hair cortex and proliferation of epidermal cells within the dermis; however, for these cysts to occur in the bony external auditory canal (EAC) is rare. They are often present as a solitary, painless lesion and usually asymptomatic and the diagnosis depends on the results of the histological examination. In treatment, the cyst wall must be completely removed surgically. We recently encountered a 82-year-old male with a mass in the right EAC. An otoscopic examination showed a polypoid mass on the bony EAC, which was finally diagnosed as epidermal cyst after an initial misdiagnosis as EAC carcinoma. We report the rare, unique case with literature review.

Shipping has become an important sector in supporting social, economic, government, defense, security, cultural and other sectors to unite separate islands and broad seas. Thus, ports automatically become an important facility in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to test and explain the effect of Organizational readiness for change, Service Innovation, and Corporate Image on Perceived opportunity and challenge. The research model with inferential analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the WarpPLS approach, expected to answer the statements of problem and be able to test the desired hypothesis. The model development in this research was based on the background, statements of problem, conceptual framework and research hypotheses. The model referred to is "Complete and Comprehensive Port." Its development was carried out through studying and synthesizing various sources. The most important source is the results of literature review in the form of theoretical developments and research results, then continued with compilation. The use of Organizational Change Readiness, Service Innovation, and Corporate Image in improving Port Competitiveness is seen as one of the novelties of this research, specifically the use of the Organizational Change Readiness variable which is often used in high-flexibility companies but now used in port companies as well.

This study was investigated the Influential Factors on Chinese Consumer's Usage Intention of Mobile Internet Service. The results of this study are as follows. First, Usefulness, Easy of Use, Subjective Norm, playfulness are positively related to Perceived value. Second, perceived risk is negatively related to Perceived value. Third, Perceived value is positively related to Intention of Mobile Internet Usage. Based on these results, managerial implications for Mobile internet service are discussed. Lastly, the limitation of this research and further research issues are suggested.

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare subtype of B-cell neoplasm and it accounts for about 3~6% of all non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. It occurs mainly in middle-aged or elderly man, involving the extra-nodal sites such as gastrointestinal tract, bone marrow and Waldeyer's ring. The incidence of the MCL in salivary gland is about 3%. The blastoid MCL is a rare variant and it has a very aggressive clinical course. It is extremely rare to be arising from the parotid gland. To our knowledge, similar case has not been reported in domestic literature, one case has been described in English literature. We experienced a rare and unique disease entity and report it with brief literature review.

The etiology of laryngeal hemangioma is unclear, and it is classified into infant and adult types. The former is capillary hemangioma and relatively common, the latter is cavernous type and very rare. The adult laryngeal hemangioma mainly occurs in supraglottis and glottis. A 75-year-old man came to our clinic with a voice change that started four months ago. The laryngoscopic finding showed that the surface of oval-shaped mass is covered with turbid exudates. We performed the laryngeal microsurgery with CO₂ laser. The mass was pathologically proven as cavernous hemangioma. We report a very rare and didactic case with review of relevant literature.

Objectives: Recent studies have reported that delayed initiation of clozapine can affect clinical response in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia (TRS). This study aimed to explore the relationship between delayed initiation of clozapine and acute treatment response. Methods: Sixty-five inpatients with TRS who started clozapine for the first time were included through a retrospective chart review. Acute treatment response was defined as a 30% reduction in the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale score or a Clinical Global Impression of Improvement score of 1 (very much improved) or 2 (much improved) at 4 weeks after initiating clozapine. Results: After meeting the TRS criteria, the mean delay for initiating clozapine was approximately 13.8 months. The delay was shorter in patients who showed a better response to clozapine in logistic regression analysis (p=0.037). Conclusion: Our findings suggest that reducing the delay in initiating clozapine increases the effectiveness of clozapine in patients with TRS.

This study aims to examine the relationship between customer satisfaction and revisit intention according to the selected attributes of dessert cafes in Korea. Additionally, we would like to provide useful data to maintain a continuous competitive advantage by comprehensively reviewing the effective operation of dessert cafes and strategic plans and methods to identify customer needs in the rapidly spreading competitive environment of the domestic dessert restaurant industry in Korea. A qualitative analysis method was applied through a literature review on satisfaction and revisit according to the selected attributes of dessert cafes, and data using theoretical backgrounds obtained through web searches and existing cases. As a result, dessert quality and convenience showed inconsistent results, and coffee quality was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect in various data. Moreover, various attributes such as service, image, price, diversity, and service had a significantly positive (+) effect, and satisfaction with dessert cafes also had a significantly positive (+) effect on revisit intention. In conclusion, dessert cafe managers should develop various desires that reflect consumers' tastes and are competitive so that customers can revisit dessert cafes, which requires more in-depth analysis by obtaining a more systematic sample group in the future.

Fibrolipomas are a rare microscopic variant of lipomas, characterized by mature adipose tissue interspersed with dense fibrous connective tissue. These lesions are rarely observed in the head and neck region and represent <0.6% of all benign tumors of the larynx and hypopharynx. Their clinical presentation depends on the location and size of lesions. Patients present with variable symptoms; however, fibrolipomas of the larynx and hypopharynx are clinically important because these tumors can cause unpredictable airway obstruction, particularly during general anesthesia induction. We present a case of a hypopharyngeal fibrolipoma in a 61-year-old patient with frequent dyspnea, dysphagia, and muffled voice. Laryngoscopy revealed a well-demarcated pedunculated ovoid mass involving the larynx. We performed laryngomicrosurgery using a carbon dioxide laser for surgical excision and subsequent evaluation confirmed the diagnosis of fibrolipoma. We report a case of hypopharyngeal fibrolipoma, together with a literature review.
