This research uses coolhunting to predict the future trend of e-Commerce industry. Coolhunting is a method to take Cool Trends which are the future trend through social network analysis for discovering the trendsetter and its collective intelligence. Coolhunting is generally carried out by social network analysis while this research uses NodeXL of social network analysis tools. We designed industrial network research model for relation among e-Commerce corporation, product, the types of customer service and customer service employee to discover the Cool Trends of e-Commerce industry. According to the result of this research, e-Commerce industrial network was being changed from chaos to collective intelligence form. As a analysis result for network influences, we found that Cool Trends of e-Commerce industry invigorate social commerce industry through the collective intelligence focusing intelligence VIP, Excellence, grade of Administrating for women customers(trendsetter) and it promotes semantic consumption from customers and purchasing power will be concentrated on cosmetic, beauty, perfume product categories in social commerce. We propose the strategic direction for e-Commerce corporation and hope that domestic e-Commerce corporation continues to grow and high-quality services are provided for customers.
While the socioeonomic status of Koreas has been dramatically increasing in recent years, chronic and geriatric diseases have also been on the rise, bringing about many changes in our health care system. The basic goals of the home health care are to reduce health care costs, to increase the attrition rate in general hospitals, and to care for patients effectively and conveniontly at home. The purpose of this paper is to review and examine the current status of the home health care in Korea throughout the reports, surveys, other informations and education system of home health nurse. We identified the various types of home health care services programs, such as hospital-based home health care operated in public sector(demonstration project) and community-based home health care in health centers or in private sector, that is, Korean Nurse Association. Hospital based home heatlh care model was established as an alternative to traditional in-patiet services. Quality assurance and client satisfaction is an important measure of care received and establishment of payment and reimbursement for home health care services is important in promotng the home health care. We found out a fee-per-visit system composed of three kinds of fees : a basic service fee(16,000 Won), a travel fee(5,000 Won), and per-service fees (variables). Like fees paid for in-patient care, insureds pay 20% and insurers pay 80% of the basic and per-service fee. The travel fee is borne totally by the insured. Home health care continues to be viewed as not only the most preferred way to provide care to clients, but also the most cost effective. Home health care is that component of a continuum of comprehensive health care whereby health services are provided to individuals and families in their places of residence for the purpose of promoting, maintaining, or restoring health, or of maximizing the level of independence, while minimizing illness. Services appropriate to the needs of the individual patient and family should be planned and provided, nursing is to be a force for positive change and enhanced the nursing professionalism. Whatever type of involvement of home health care, it is essential to remember that home health care is highly service-oriented and highly touch health car deilvery system.

The era of today's day is that the era of the black gold age is now approaching the era of the blue gold age. As the importance of water increases, support and policies for the water industry are presented. The water industry is a public service industry but it faces the problem for unbalanced supply between users. One of solutions for solving the problem at hand is the privatization of the public service and it is the most sensitive and focused subject to the issue. Korea is also coming up for the privatization of the water industry. So, one of the privatization operations based on the privatization of the current waterworks law is management contract by the specialized organization and it is in progress to enhance the efficiency of public services. Therefore, this study aims at finding out the local water supply services' efficiency by K-Water using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis), and productivity analysis by malmquist index on 18 organizations of the implementation of local water supply management contract using the date from 2012 to 2014. According to the result of the DEA, 10 of the 18 organizations were the most efficient during 3 years and malmquist index for analysing the productivity was decreasing. That is because of the leakage ratio and utilization ratio of the raw water and both of them are significant to productivity. As a result, this study differs from the previous studies by analysing efficiency and productivity using DEA and malmquist index to the solution for the problem faced by current water industry.
Korea's economic development started from early 1960s over war devastation. Korean government drove promoting export with its all efforts. In 2011, Korea joined the "USD 1 trillion trade club" as the 9th nation in the world. It is true that the growth of Korean exports has greatly contributed to the development of Korean economy, and that workers in the export promoting organizations also contributed to such a tremendous performance. Still, there are a number of SMEs waiting for more support from the export promoting organizations. This paper tried to identify the determinants of organizational performances of export promoting organization workers with particular focus on their public service motivation and self-esteem. Our findings are as follows; Workers' public service motivation and self-esteem are strongly related to their organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational performances. In addition, the workers show a different level of intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction when it comes to public service and customer satisfaction. This reflects the employees of export promoting organizations have more focused on the value and accomplishment of their performances in workplace. Women and younger workers within the organizations tend to have weaker organizational commitment. In conclusion, we recommend that it is important to increase the women's organizational commitment and develop more inspirational personnel programs to younger workers within the organizations in order to support Korea's promising SMEs in a more practical manner.
For increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of Korea's finance industry under the new e-finance paradigm, this paper compared the practical use of finance portal site' on service parts and stage between Korea and U.S.A.. The services which can be served from site are banking, mortgage and credit loan, stock, card, retirement tax, PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) and Account Aggregation and so on. The stage of site can be divided as the information provide stage which only gives information about service parts, on-line transaction stage which real-time transaction is possibile and PFM services provide stage according to development process. As a result, the beginning of finance portal service in Korea was lated about 10years and more than it of U.S.A. So the development stage of domestic portal site is still staying in the first step and the providing services and contents or business model development parts are also in the same stage than U.S.A. Resides, Korea's sites mainly focus on their first service parts even though they recently aim internet finance portal, and provide not real time transaction but finance information. On the other hand, the U.S.A. site support substantially not only various on-line transactions but also distinctive personal services like PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment), Account Aggregation and Trans-account, brokerage, education center, mortgage loan, mutual fund, option, pension fund and IPOs and so on. Thus, the site of Korea need to establish real type of internet finance portal which provides one-stop services on every type of finance to customers in the real time and also require the strategic integration among finance institutions. The necessity of shipping market information services has been on the rise which emphasizes the relevance of transaction information and market information to parties both in and outside the shipping industry. However, previous related researches have been restricted to explorations limited by the offerings of existing shipping market information providers. Users today require effective information, an efficient contents management system, interfacing to help the information provider, graphing and spread sheets to facilitate and present the analyzed information through diverse formats, and reliable web and mobile services to provide information effectively with limited human resources. As a first step, service information has to be defined, so that it takes into account user utility, information retrieval and data development. Second, benchmark information and services must be provided from leading shipbrokers and research institutes. Third, a review of the latest technical trends is required to identify the most suitable technologies for servicing shipping market information. Finally, analysis is required on the implementation of a system with selected technologies, as well as the development of channels to post information which have been analyzed by users. Such a process would enable the continual redefinition of the shipping market information users actively need. The application of an X-Internet based WCMS, with a single-window dashboard providing user-customized information, and used to obtain and manage processes, add spread sheets to sustain calculations using the latest information, graph results, and to input additional information following predefined rules. Access to data and use of the system would require agreement that the system will incorporate user data and user-analyzed information into the market report, web portal, and hybrid app to provide current shipping market information appropriately and accurately to service users.
This study was carried out to analyze the risk attitude based on situation awareness of the Vessel Traffic Service Operator (VTSO) on the risk of collision between vessels during the monitoring of vessel traffic through the use of the VTS system. In general, when two vessels are in the close quarters situation, we analyzed the degree of risk of collision from the subjective viewpoint of the VTSOs through an administered survey. Chiefly, we analyzed the risk attitudes of each VTSO in the close quarters situation, by comparing it with the calculated value by the CoRi, which is the ship collision risk model from the VTSO's viewpoint. As a result, it was confirmed that more than 40% of the total VTSO was noted as being in a weak risk aversion type of category. Through a review of the results of analyzing the risk attitude of VTSO according to gender, age, VTS career, VTS center position, accident experience, and boarded career, it was found that there was a significant difference in the VTS career, VTS center position and accident experience. In addition, a regression model that is able to further explain the risk attitude of VTSO was derived as a factor that confirmed the significant difference and applied to CoRi to predict the collision risk according to the individual VTSO to be used as a fundamental information gathering tool for providing more accurate and safe VTS service at sea.
Using a Consensus Qualitative Research approach, this study aimed to identify the ageism and explore age-integration as a solution of age discrimination that occurs during the delivery of medical services by nine healthcare professionals who have experience in treating elderly patients. There were two-sided confession has shown by health care professionals about the Ageism. They reported that they don't discriminate by age. However, They also appealed an inconvenience due to the elderly. There were real Ageism in the Healthcare Professional site as a way of Unsuitable care, elderly alienation and dependence on caregivers, polarization of medical service and double discrimination against poor elderly. They found it difficult to offer age integrated health care as a means to mitigate or solve. However they have sought to break barriers to communication, provided a comfortable environment not only for senior citizens but also for all others, and have diversified institutional and service standards. To ensure the healthy life and proper medical service of the rapidly increasing elderly patients, we proposed to do critical review of the factors in the Korean medical system that accelerate the Ageism, reorganization of the health care system for the poor elderly, including the curriculum associated with age-integrating within the health care professional education system, raising the Geriatric Medical Service and the relating professionals and improvements in perception of the health care domains for the elderly and older adults.
This paper studied condo selection attributes that affected satisfaction, recommendation and revisitation, in particular, investigated gender and age differences. Research target is the group who revisited time-sharing condominium within one year. The paper seeks to understand factors that affect and contribute to customer satisfaction and intentions for reuse. This study model was analyzed by the basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple analysis, using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. We found that 5 condo selection attributes that have significant affect on user satisfaction: facility, service, product, accessibility and expense. Furthermore it was evident that user satisfaction has a significant effect on condo recommendation and intentions of reuse. With regard to sex, for male users expense, accessibility and service had a significant effect on their satisfaction level, while for female users, product was most important. User satisfaction both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse but for females this was more evident. Regarding the age, for 20~30 age band, service and product factor had a significant effect on user satisfaction in order, whereas, for the age band of over 40s, expense, product and facility factors were important. User satisfaction of both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse. In the meantime user satisfaction of 20~30 age band had a bigger positive significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse than the age band over 40s.
