This paper shows a theoretical-reflective analysis on the importance of vocational training and value education to transition into models that are inclusive in cultural diversity, typical of the globalized and hyperconnected environment of modern societies. Interculturality is contextualized as a key element in linking teaching-learning processes with the uniqueness and problems associated with cultural ethnocentrism and alterity. In this sense, the work is part of a thematic review that contributes to the understanding, inclusion and recognition of cultural, racial and ethnic diversity in the different formal spaces of learning. As summary, value education and transversality are the basis for building educational interculturality in future generations.

Software Defined Networking (SDN) is a novel approach that have accelerated the development of numerous technologies such as policy-based access control, network virtualization, and others. It allows to boost network architectural flexibility and expedite the return on investment. However, this increases the system's complexity, necessitating the expenditure of dollars to assure the system's security. Network Function Virtualization (NFV) opens up new possibilities for network engineers, but it also raises security concerns. A number of Internet service providers and network equipment manufacturers are grappling with the difficulty of developing and characterizing NFVs and related technologies. Through Moodle's efforts to maintain security, this paper presents a detailed review of security-related challenges in software-defined networks and network virtualization services.

Industry 4.0의 진행으로 이기종의 IoT 장비들 간의 통신을 위해 다양한 산업용 통신 미들웨어들이 등장했다. 그 중 Robotics 분야에서 활발히 사용되는 Robot Operating System (ROS)는 개발자 커뮤니티와 로봇 개발 도구들을 기반으로 지속적인 시장 점유율 증가세를 보이고 있다. 초기 발표된 ROS1의 경우 보안이 전혀 고려되지 않은 설계로 Packet Injection 공격등의 사이버 보안 위협에 취약했지만, ROS2의 경우 통신 미들웨어인 Data Distribution Service (DDS) 통신규격을 전송 계층에 적용하여 메시지 전송에 대한 보안 기능을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 최근 연구에서는 DDS와 관련된 ROS2 취약점이 발표되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 DDS와 관련된 ROS2의 공격 기술 동향을 소개한다.

This paper presents a review of standardization activities toward the interoperability between different metaverse platforms, which is a research hotspot in the metaverse. The metaverse is often considered as the evolution of the current mobile Internet. Like for the Internet, interoperability is essential to provide continuous user experiences over different metaverse service environments. However, current metaverses have limitations in providing interoperability in terms of portability of services, digital objects, such as identity and avatars, and economic systems. To address these limitations, the metaverse industry and open-source communities have recently begin to develop metaverse interworking standards. We describe activities conducted by various representative standardization bodies such as the Metaverse Standardization Forum, W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) Open Metaverse Interoperability, Open Metaverse Foundation, Open Metaverse Alliance for Web3, and Metaverse Alliance. In addition, we discuss how to counteract interoperability issues from the Korean perspective.

After the financial crisis, the spread of indirect employment, which is an outsourcing method, is gradually becoming common in our society, and the risk of harm is relatively high or the proportion of simple jobs is high. Simple workers have a higher proportion of non-manufacturing industries such as the service industry, and production workers are intensively used in the manufacturing industry. In Article 63 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, contractors must take necessary safety and health measures. In addition, due to the expansion of the scope of contracts under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, it is necessary to review the appropriateness of industrial accident prevention measures and implementation standards.

Indonesian construction companies are currently facing high competition both among themselves and with global construction companies. In order to address this issue, the Government of Indonesia has enacted specific regulations and policies relating to the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMSs) ISO 9001 based in construction, acknowledging that the consistency of construction project quality requires a formal quality system as a guarantee to raise quality standards at all project stages. The research has been undertaken to examine the effectiveness of the regulations and policies against several key performance indicators (KPIs) of the ISO 9001 Indonesian construction companies. A comprehensive review of the relevant regulations and policies together with interviews with the Government and National Construction Services Development Board recommend possible additional guidelines and supporting quality system, which intends to measure contractors' project output against defined standards as well as to assess their performance among other similar service providers. The outcomes of the research contribute to the development of the Indonesian own construction industry quality measurement and assessment system.

This study is to analyze the economic effects of tariff reduction using computable general equilibrium(CGE) model. We set up the social accounting matrix for five-base equilibrium year. Our main findings are as follows. First, the impact of tariff reduction on GDP was different from time to time. It meas that the differentiated economics structure was affected by tariff reduction. As our economic grew up, the impact of tariff reduction was measured much higher. Second, until 1995 the impact of tariff reduction on total export and import was increased, then while 1995 the increase was dropped. This is because we reduced the tariff by the WTO negotiations. Third, the tariff reduction affected the price of imported goods, so it contributed to substitute effects between domestic and imported goods. According to these results, we found out the importance of the linkage between the tariff reduction and economic structure.

Recently, third-party logistics and second-party logistics are well known as a form of logistics service. However, there are several opinions about the effectiveness of second-party logistics and third-party logistics. In this study, the efficiency of second-party logistics companies and third-party logistics companies, which are the main providers of logistics services, was compared and the sales impact on the logistics market was measured. Efficiency was measured using DEA's CCR and BCC models. Debt and equity were used as input variables, and sales, operating profit, and net income were used as output variables. As a result of measuring the efficiency of logistics companies, the efficiency of third-party logistics companies was higher than that of second-party logistics companies in 2019 and 2020, and it had a positive effect on the rate of change in sales.

Structural health monitoring is a technology or research field that extends the service life of structures and contributes to the prevention of disaster accidents by continuously evaluating the safety, stability, and serviceability of structures as well as allowing timely and proper maintenance. However, the contact-type sensors used for it require considerable time, cost, and labor for installation and maintenance. As an alternative, computer vision has attracted attention recently. Computer vision has the potential to make quality, deformation, and damage monitoring for structures contactless and automated. In this study, research cases in which computer vision was utilized for structural health monitoring are introduced, and its effects and limitations are summarized. Therefore, the applicability and future research directions of computer vision-based structural health monitoring are discussed.

The Internet of Things (IoT) enables the connection of millions of disparate devices to the World Wide Web. To perform the task, a lot of smart gadgets must work together. When gadgets communicate with one another, they require a promise of confidence. Trust provides certainty that the gadgets or objects will function as expected. Trust management is more difficult than security management. This review includes a thorough examination of trust management in a variety of situations.
