분산 서비스 거부(DDoS: Distributed Denial of service)공격은 다수의 소스에서 특정 목적지에 대하여 동시에 비정상적으로 대량의 패킷을 전송함으로써 목적지의 대역폭이나 처리력을 점유하게 된다. 최근의 DDoS 공격 통계에 의하면 초당 최대 오백만 패킷에 이르는 공격과 함께, 초당 백만 패킷 이상의 여러 공격들이 발생하고 있음을 보여준다. 이와 같이 DDoS 공격은 그 규모가 커지고 있고, 회수도 빈번하여 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DDoS 공격 대비를 위한 비용과 공격 발생시 서비스 중단으로 인한 경제 손실 모델 사례연구에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 비용 효율적인 DDoS 공격 대응 및 완화 기법의 설계를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

최근 정보보호 패러다임은 네트워크 보안에서 데이터베이스 보안으로 진화되고 있는 가운데 데이터베이스의 관리 및 운용을 외부사업자에게 위탁하는 데이터베이스 아웃소싱 서비스(DAS, Database As a Service)가 활성화되고 있다. 이러한 가운데 포털사이트나 기업내 데이터베이스에 저장된 데이터 유출이나 도난의 위험성이 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DAS 모델 환경에서 암호화 데이터의 효율적인 연산이 가능한 준동형 암호 방식을 검토한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 Generalized Paillier 암호방식을 암호화된 개인 의료데이터의 연산에 적용한다.

분산 서비스 거부(DDoS: Distributed Denial of Service) 공격이 인터넷에 대하여 거대한 위협을 제공하고 있으며, 이에 대한 대응책들이 많이 제시되었다. 그러나 공격의 복잡성과 다양성으로 인하여 어떤 대응 기법이 효과적인지도 상당히 혼란스럽게 되었다. 공격자들은 보안 시스템을 우회하기 위하여 꾸준히 공격도구들을 변경하고 있으며, 이에 대한 방패로써 연구자들 역시 새로운 공격에 대한 대응책을 강구하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 DDoS 기술동향, DDoS 공격 및 대응 기법에 대한 분류법 및 DDoS 대응 기법의 과제에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 효과적인 DDoS 공격 대응책을 수립하는데 필요한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

In this paper, I investigated and analysed of the utilization of logistics information system in Korean firms - key factors of logistics management capacity, capacity of logistics information technology management, utilization of logistics information system and logistics outcome. I come to the conclusion that the higher firms are management capacity and capacity of logistics information technology management, the better firms utilize logistics information system, and the better these firms are logistics outcome, that is, the higher to promote logistics service and to reduce logistics cost.

Mobility of service users makes Registration and Paging (R/P) procedures indispensable features in mobile communication networks. Importance of optimizing the configuration of R/P areas has been increased by the growth of R/P related signaling. Given the network topology (cell locations and adjacency between them) and R/P related traffics generated by each cell, we deal with the problem of finding optimal R/P areas minimizing the amount of R/P related signalling while the constraints on paging channel capacity and network configurations are satisfied.

Three essential components of self-regulating capital market includes trading clearing and regulation. These three procedures have to be excuted in accurate, prompt, and orderly way so that the markets can provide individual investors with confidence. In this study, we review these procedures and discuss how the quality service of them can be related to investor confidence. We will also discuss the details of regulatory process and especially how to monitor the stock price and volume for the detection of their unusual movements as the first procedure of regulation.

Urban transit construction has increased since 1970, and the utilization of urban transit system also has sharply increased. However, the prediction for station scale was underestimated in design, eventually, passenger crowdedness of station, platforms and transfer pathways has got worse. Especially, safety for passenger is concerned for rush hour because of passenger crowdedness peak. Therefore, several stations, which service level is D, were investigated for passenger crowdedness. In this study, measures which are to mitigate passenger crowdedness for stations are indicated.

This paper presents the policies Korea adopted to educate and train scientists/researchers and technicians/skilled workers. The Korean policies for the increase of human resources in science and technology that stimulated an upgrading of skills in industry and adapted to technical advancements are identified. An important factor is that the supply and demand mechanism created a virtuous circle so that the science and technology education and training policies were responsive to economic demands. In addition, policies to foster a human resource capacity have enhanced the contribution of human resources in science and technology for innovation and economic growth.
