커피전문점 이용고객의 감정적-유용적 이용동기가 커피전문점 선택속성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Emotional-Utilitarian Motivation on Coffee Shop Selection Attribution)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional-utilitarian motivation on coffee shop selection attribution. Based on a total of 276 samples obtained from empirical research, the results of the survey were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, the results of exploratory factor analysis of coffee shop selection attribution emphasized service, coffee quality, diversity of menu, atmosphere, convenience, and price. Secondly, the customers showed higher emotional motivation than utilitarian motivation. Thirdly, emotional motivation had a significant effect on perception of 'service', 'coffee quality', and 'atmosphere'. On the other hand, utilitarian motivation had a significant effect on 'service', 'diversity of menu', 'convenience', and 'price'.

이용자와 직원이 인식하는 도서관의 서비스품질과 만족도, 충성도 - 국립중앙도서관의 사례를 중심으로 - (Gap Analysis of Users' Perceptions and Staffs' Expectations Regarding the Library Service Qualify, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty : A Case Study of the National Library of Korea)

  • 이 연구에서는 국립중앙도서관의 이용자와 직원을 대상으로 도서관서비스품질(도서관직원 이용/서비스지원, 자료/정보자원, 시설/장비)과 서비스가치, 만족도, 불평행동, 충성도의 관계에 대해 이용자의 지각과 직원의 예상간의 차이를 분석하고. 새로이 설계된 만족도와 충성도모델을 통해 그 영향관계를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 국립중앙도서관의 이용자 614명과 직원 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 인식차 분석결과 이용자는 직원들이 생각하는 것보다 도서관의 서비스품질은 더 낮게 평가하면서도 그 가치를 높게 평가하고 있고 만족도와 충성도는 더 높으며, 불평행동은 예상보다 적게 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다 모델분석결과 이용자의 지각치와 직원의 예상치를 바탕으로한 두 모델 모두 서비스가치와 전반적인 만족도는 불평행동과 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이용자는 서비스품질의 4가지 구성요인 중 도서관직원만이 서비스가치, 전반적 만족도. 불평행동, 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식하고 있는 반면, 도서관직원모델에서는 어느 구성요인도 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나는 차이를 보였다.

예비 초등 교사의 좋은 수학 수업에 대한 인식 (Prospective Elementary School Teachers' Conception on Good Mathematics Instruction)

  • Prospective teachers need to have an opportunity to critically examine their initial perception with regard to effective mathematics instruction during the teacher education period. This study analyzed the perception in relation to good mathematics instruction by a total of 265 prospective teachers from four institutes for elementary teacher education using a survey. The results of this study showed that the pre-service teachers regarded learner, teaching and learning method, selection of content, and construction of curriculum as important for high-quality mathematics instruction. However, they revealed relatively low levels of agreement against the importance of instructional materials, classroom environment and atmosphere, and assessment. On the basis of teachers' perception on each element of effective mathematics instruction, this paper raises issues for discussion and includes some implications for teacher education.

경기 지역 소비자의 주류 소비 행태 및 약주에 대한 인식 조사 (Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages and Perception about Korean Yakju in the Gyunggi Area of Korea)

  • This study was conducted to investigate consumer behavior and perception related to alcoholic beverages and Korean rice wines (yakju). Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 254 male and female adults in the Gyunggi-area of Korea. Male respondents were significantly more likely to drink more often, consume greater amounts and spend more on alcoholic beverages. Male respondents preferred, in order, soju, beer and wine. Female respondents preferred, in order, beer, wine and soju. Most of the respondents (69.2%) showed conservative consumption behaviors, and indicated they would drink a new product when it became popular. Flavor/taste was the most important attribute when selecting alcoholic beverages. The reasons for drinking yakju were "high quality" and "considering health". The most answered reason for low market share of yakju was lack of publicity and marketing.

로컬푸드에 대한 가치인식이 구매 및 체험에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Local Food Value Perception on Purchasing and Experience)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of local food value perception on purchasing and experience in consumers. ${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis were conducted. The findings are summarized as follows: The most common place for buying agricultural products was 'hypermarkets' (41.7%), and the most important factor for purchasing local food was 'local government's certification products' (23.7%). The most important value recognition item for local food was 'I think that local food is a high-quality agricultural products'. (3.74 points), followed by 'I think that local food have a value of respect for customers' (3.61 points) and 'I have a faith for the local food'. (3.61 points) in that order. The main tourism experience activity was 'food experience' (49.0%), and information source of local food experience tourism was 'mass media (TV, newspapers, etc.)' (37.3%). As age increased, experience of local food also increased. The most effectual value recognition item for purchasing local food was 'I think that local food have a value of respect for customers'. The most effectual value recognition item for increasing intake experience of local food was 'I think that the local food is high-quality agricultural products'.

연구관리자의 국가R&D정보서비스 고객가치 및 업무성과 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Customer Value and the Performance of National R&D Information Services of the R&D Managers)

  • 본 연구에서는 국가R&D정보서비스(NTIS)를 이용하는 연구관리자를 대상으로 정보고객가치와 업무 성과를 향상시키는 정보서비스 영향요인을 분석하여 고객 지향 정보서비스 전략을 제시하였다. 연구 결과를 보면, 정보서비스품질은 정보고객가치 및 정보원인식에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 정보고객가치는 정보이용성과에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 정보원인식은 정보이용성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 또한, 정보이용환경의 조절효과를 측정한 결과 정보이용환경은 정보품질과 정보고객가치 간의 관계와 정보품질과 정보원인식 간의 관계, 정보고객가치와 정보이용 성과 간의 관계에 조절효과가 나타났으나 정보원 인식과 정보이용성과 간의 관계에는 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 이용자의 고객가치를 제고할 수 있는 정보서비스 품질을 제공하기 위해서는 이용자 환경 분석, 지속적인 정보고객가치 조사 등을 통하여 정보서비스 전략을 수립하고 개선, 발전시켜야 할 것이다.

학교 급식의 우리 농축산물 이용 실태 및 이에 대한 영양사의 인식 (Using Status of Korean Agricultural Products in School Food Service and Dieticians' Perception)

  • This study was planned to investigate the current using status of agricultural products in school food service both produced in Korea and imported from other countries and the dieticians' perception on using those. A total of 723 dieticians of 442 elementary schools and 381 middle high schools were surveyed in July, 2003 to perform the purposes of the study. A high using rate (93.4%) for Korean agricultural products was investigated. As for meat such as pork and chicken except beef and eggs, the using rate of Korean agricultural products was high. Almost 100% of vegetables and fruits, except tropical fruits such as banana, kiwi, orange and pineapple supplied for school food service were also Korean products. As for nuts and edible oil, the rate of using for Korean agricultural products was comparatively lower than those of other food items due to the price gap. Most dieticians rated the quality of the products produced in Korea higher than that of the imported products in the aspects of their freshness, taste, and safety. But they found no difference in the package condition of the products produced in Korea and of those imported from other countries. This result suggests that the package system should be improved for the agricultural products produced in Korea.

무상급식에 대한 부산지역 고등학생의 인식 및 급식만족도 (Perception and Satisfaction of the Free School Meal Program for High School Students in Busan)

  • This study investigates perception of the free school meal program, satisfaction of school meal, and eating habits of free and paid school meal program students in the Busan area. Between 20 to May 2020, a total of 350 students were researched, of which 177 belonged to the second grade of high school (free school meal program), and 173 were from the third grade of high school (paid school meal program). 96.0% free school meal program students and 89.0% paid school meal program students responded to the necessity of a free school meal program, which was significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). All questions regarding the perception of the free school meal program, which were responded to by more than 3 points, were considered positive. 'Decline of the school meal's quality' had the maximum response, from 64.4% and 76.4% free and paid school meal program students, respectively, and was significantly different between groups (P<0.05). Paid school meal program students wasted significantly more school food than the free school meal program students (P<0.001). 'Not delicious' was responded by 56.0% free school meal program students and 50.0% paid school meal program students. Evaluating satisfaction of the food quality and service categories was determined to be higher amongst free school meal program students than the paid school meal program students (P<0.05). Considering our study data, we propose that with the gradual expension of free school meal programs, inclusion as part of the education system will serve as a foundation for proper eating habits, and compulsory education will help improve students' health and quality of life.

Perceived Service Quality among Outpatients Visiting Hospitals and Clinics and Their Willingness to Re-utilize the Same Medical Institutions

  • Objectives : This study was to determine how the perception and the satisfaction of outpatients who utilized clinics and hospitals are structurally related with their willingness to utilize the same institution in the future. Methods : Three hundred and ten responses (via convenient sampling) were collected from 5 hospitals and 20 clinics located in Seoul listed in the "Korea National Hospital Directory 2005". Service quality was utilized as the satisfaction measurement tool. For analysis, we used a structural equation modeling method. Results : The determining factors for general satisfaction with medical services are as follows: medical staff, reasonability of payment, comfort and accessibility. Such results may involve increased competition in the medical market and increased demands for quality medical services, which drive the patients to visit hospitals on their own on the basis of changed determining factors for satisfaction. Conclusions : The structural equation model showed that the satisfaction of outpatients with the quality of medical services is influenced by a few sub-dimensional satisfaction factors. Among these sub-dimensional satisfaction factors, the satisfaction with medical staff and payment were determined to exert a significant effect on overall satisfaction with the quality of medical services. The structural relationship in which overall satisfaction perceived by patients significantly influences their willingness to use the same institution in the future was also verified.

특급호텔 서비스종사원의 조직적 시민행동과 역할외적 행위가 고객의 서비스품질에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors and Service Quality as External Effectiveness of Contact Employees for Deluxe Hotel in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 특급호텔의 종사원의 조직적 시민행동과 역할외적 서비스가 고객이 느끼는 서비스품질과 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하고 분석하여 특급호텔 호텔경영자와 중견 간부들에게 새로운 대 고객서비스를 개발하는데 중요한 역할과 활용을 제시한다. 본 연구 구체적 결과는 고객과 접촉하는 종사원의 조직적 시민행동과 역할외적인 서비스가 고객에게 믿음과 신뢰에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다는 유의한 의미를 발견하였다. 제시된 가설에 유의미한 긍정적인 결과를 보여주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 호텔이 대 고객서비스의 고객관계 형성에 종업원의 역할을 이해하는데 기대하며 올바른 서비스 활동을 지원하는데 긍정적인 효과를 가져 오기를 기대한다.
