  • In this paper, we propose a mutual Authentication module, using ECDSA(Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) for web-Camera system. which. is based on three module. first is authentication module which is based on ECDSA algorithm. second is transfort module using stream socket. the last module is graphic module. This paper describes cipher algorithm which can be used restrict condition for the same secret service with wire internet. we made a authentication module using based client and server system.

  • Measurement uncertainty could play an important role in the assessment of test results in laboratories and industries. We investigated measurement uncertainties possibly included in determination of flubendazole, a benzimidazole anthelmintic, in pork by HPLC. The concentration of flubendazole was 62.69 ng/g in a sample of pork. Uncertainty was estimated in the analytical procedure of flubendazole. A model equation was made for determination of flubendazole in pork. The four uncertainty components such as weight of sample, volume of sample, calibration curve, and recovery were selected to estimate measurement uncertainties. Standard uncertainty was calculated for each component and all the standard uncertainties were combined. The combined standard uncertainty was expanded to a sample population as an expanded uncertainty. The expanded uncertainty was calculated using k value on Student's t-table and effective degrees of freedom from Welch-Satterthwaite formula. The expanded uncertainty was calculated as 3.45 with the combined standard uncertainty, 1.584 6 and the k value, 2.18. The final expression can be ($62.69{\pm}3.45$) ng/g (confidence level 95%, k = 2.18). The uncertainty value might be estimated differently depending on the selection of the uncertainty components. It is difficult to estimate all the uncertainty factors. Therefore, it is better to take several big effecting components instead of many small effecting components.

  • Fatigue failure is a phenomenon such that structures under cyclic service load is failed by sudden brittle manner. Therefore, in order to obtain structures safety against the fatigue failure during their service lifes, fatigue characteristics should be considered for design and analysis of the structures. As stress range of prestressed (PS) tendons, which governs fatigus characteristic of prestressed concrete (PSC) structures, increases with increased use of partial prestressig, it is more necessary to consider fatigue characteristics of PS tendons. In this paper, direct-tension fatigue experiments with special specimen-setting devices are carried out to obtain fatigue characteristics of domestic low relaxation PS strands having different diameters and PS strands connected with coupler. Then, allowable stress range of fatigue for PSC beams using low relaxation strands are presented for the fatigue examination of prestressed concrete beams applied cyclic loading.

As the tilting trains offer the optimum means of providing faster and more comfortable rail service with minimum of environmental disturbance and capital investment. more than 14 countries have now adopted or are about to adopt tilting train technology. The Korean National Railroad is also planing to apply faster tilting train to the areas where the high speed rail service are not provided. This paper describes the parametric study to achieve the optimal suspension design of tilting bogie for 180 km/h Korean Tilting Train(TTX), which was done as a part of the Korean National R&D project.

고속액체크로마토그라피를 이용한 우유 중 노보비오신 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on determination of novobiocin residues in milk by high performance liquid chromatography)

  • A method for the determination of noboviocin in milk was presented by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The novobiocin in the spiked sample was extracted with methanol and evaporated under vacuum. After evaporating, the residue was mixed with distilled water for 2$m\ell$, filtrates with 0.45$\mu\textrm{m}$ acrodisc was injected into HPLC. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The calibration curve of novobiocin was showed constantly linear(r 0.999) in the range of 100~500ng/$m\ell$. 2. The mean recovery rate of novobiocin from the spiked milk sample were 88~98%. 3. The coefficients of variation were 2.6~5.8% 4. The lowest detectable limit of novobiocin was 25ppb.

  • Tilting train improves a traveling velocity through giving a tilt the car-body without ride comfort deterioration in curve. Dynamic behavior in acceleration or deceleration will show quite another feature in constant velocity. In this study, we see through the dynamic behavior due to a variation of tractive force and braking force in Korean Tilting Train. Hence we compose of 3D dynamic model, as well as we check upon the property in service tractive condition and unique tractive condition with a fault motor. Besides we check upon the property in service braking condition and unique braking condition with a fault system. This study has the meaning with reference data of developing Korean Tilting Train test traveling.
