The purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of nutrition service utilization in health centers. Utilization of nutrition services for chronic discase were also investigated. Interview survey using questionnaire was conducted to collect the data required for analysis. The study subjects were 300 residents over 40 years of age, and 15 health workers representing health center service personnel in Kypnggi province. A wilcoxon 2-sample test and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to compare the distribution of health centers by health center characteristics and nutrition services. A chi-square test was used to test the association between service utilization and personal variables of the population. A multiple logistic regression analysis was used to measure the relative importance between the variables on service utilization. The results showed that only 10.0% of the study subjects used nutrition services provided by the health centers. Pilot project implementation and location of health centers, as well as educational level of the residents were significant factors influencing the utilization of the nutrition services provided by the health centers. Among the variables, pilot project implementation was the most important factor that influenced the nutrition service utilization in health centers.

Offer of medical treatment service for recovery or preservation of physical spiritual function of elderly people by sudden population graying developing is essential. Therefore, according to increase of elderly's medical treatment demand, medical treatment service request is augmented. Number of medical treatment service utilization wishes to grope medical treatment service support way for elderly residing cloth elevation laying stress on elderly's Aging in Place in increase trend in this research. If decide, is as following : First, national hospital and public health center were concentrated most on Seoul and kyonggi, and there were many hospitals to south of a river nine, Songpagu, Seochogu, and public health center was expose that is one by one to each nine. Second, in the case of Seoul, elderly population ratio was expose that comparatively high Yeongdeungpo, Chongno, Yongsan, west passage nine is few hospital number relatively in elderly's residential area. Third, need that establish elderly full text clinic on part of general hospital or university hospital equipment. Fourth, must do so that can use access as is easy little more in local community to all elderly who need medical treatment service of visit nursing, visit medical examination and treatment etc.. that consist in present public health center.

Purpose: O2O service are becoming popular in various industries such as food delivery and taxi. This research explores how users' motivation of O2O service influence customer loyalty through expectation-confirmation and satisfaction. this study attempts to explore the motivation factor (i.e. pricing, enjoyment, immediately, social influence) and to empirically examine the relationships between those and users' loyalty to O2O service. Methods: To test the proposed research model, a survey research methodology was used. Paper survey was distributed to O2O service users in Korea. A total of 198 data were used for the analysis. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. Results: According to our findings, this study found that satisfaction was positively influenced by users' motivation factors. all hypotheses about the effect of motivation on expectation-confirmation were statistically not significant. Conclusion: O2O service providers should consider the results of this study to satisfy users' expectations and satisfaction for building a better O2O market.

N데이터센터는 정부부처를 대상으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 제공하는 '클라우드 컴퓨팅센터'로 변모를 꾀하고 있으며, 각 부처에 필요한 만큼 정보자원을 서비스 형태로 제공하는 'IT서비스 센터'로 탈바꿈 예정이다. N센터 8중의 보안체계 하에서 클라우드서비스가 이미 정부부처에 제공되고 있으며, 향후 보안을 전제조건으로 민간분야까지 확대할 계획이다. 따라서 보안은 민간분야와의 클라우드 확산에 있어 선결요건이며, 이의 체계적이고 효율적 추진을 위해서 클라우드 데이터 센터로서의 보안수준을 파악하고 적절한 방안을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 선진 각국의 클라우드 데이터 센터의 보안 요건을 분석하고 클라우드 서비스 형태에 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 취약점을 파악하고, 선진 민간 클라우드 데이터 센터의 보안수준을 파악하고, 현행 N데이터센터 보안 수준과 선진 민간 클라우드 데이터센터와의 갭을 분석하여 보안관점에서 전환을 위한 요건을 제시하였다.

This paper describes an integrated navigation strategy for the autonomous service robot PSR. The PSR is under development at the KIST for service tasks in indoor public environments. The PSR is a multi-functional mobile-manipulator typed agent, which works in daily life. Major advantages of proposed navigation are as follows: 1) Structured control architecture for a systematic integration of various software modules. A Petri net based configuration design enables stable control flow of a robot. 2) A range sensor based generalized scheme of navigation. Any range sensor can be selectively applied using the proposed navigation scheme. 3) No need for modification of environments. (No use of artificial landmarks.) 4) Hybrid approaches combining reactive behavior as well as deliberative planner, and local grid maps as well as global topological maps. A presented experimental result shows that the proposed navigation scheme is useful for mobile service robot in practical applications.

In this paper, we have implemented the device management system to upgrade T-PAK software in mobile phone. The hybrid scheduling method and selective upgrade method are proposed. Hybrid scheduling method is based on distribution of delivery data in accordance with network traffic load and service priority from device management server to mobile phone. Selective upgrade method manages DSL classified by T-PAK software version to be upgrade using version management established in OMA DM SCOMO. Key mechanism of selective upgrade method is to only deliver DSL to be replaced to the mobile phone. We made an experiment on two methods using MS-700T terminals. The experimental result shows that the proposed method is faster than normal from delivery time standpoint.

본 논문에서는 국내의 효과적인 AAC 서비스 전달체계 수립방안 논의를 위해 미국과 한국의 AAC 서비스 전달체계 현황을 비교 분석하였다. 비교 분석을 통해 본문에서 제안한 'AAC 서비스 전달체계 모델'은 현재 정부나 각 기관에서 운영하고 있는 AAC 서비스 전달체계 관련 공적급여의 방식을 최대한 유지하면서 AAC 지원체계의 사각지대가 발생하지 않도록 현재의 방식에서 부족한 부분을 추가 보완하는 형태로 구성하였다. 제언 및 시사점으로는 현재 공적급여에서 제한적으로 지원하고 있는 AAC 보조기기 품목을 대폭 확대하고 전국에 설치되어 있는 보조기기센터, 특수교육 지원센터, 발달장애인 지원센터, 언어치료실 등을 활용한 인프라 구축을 통해 사각지대가 없는 보편적인 AAC 서비스의 제공이 필요하며. 관련 협회 및 학회 차원에서 AAC 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 전문가 연수 및 보수교육과 같은 인력 관리에도 많은 노력이 필요하다.

정보화 사회가 급속히 확산됨에 따라 국내외 비즈니스 환경 역시 급변하고 있다. 또한 분명한 서비스 품질 향상과 신뢰성의 확보를 위하여 국내외 IDC 사업자는 SLAs(Service Level Agreements) 제도를 시행 또는 추진하고 있다. 인터넷 서버, 계통 및 UPS등에 의한 전원품질은 인터넷 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 주요한 요소의 하나가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 IDC의 고조파 실태를 측정 분석하였고, 다상화(Multi-Phase)를 통한 고조파 저감 효과를 검증하였다.

정보 서비스를 포함한 웹 서비스에서 사용자 의도를 파악하는 것은 해당 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 중요한 단서가 된다. 본 연구는 과학기술 대표 정보 서비스인 ScienceON에 맞춤형 서비스를 도입하기 위해 사용자가 해당 서비스를 사용하는 과정에서 발생시키는 사용자-서비스 간 상호작용인 사용자 행동을 분석하고 사용자 의도를 파악하여 동적으로 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 방식을 제안한다. 특히, 사용자 행동 상태 전이 모델을 도입하여 사용자가 반복적으로 행하는 검색 행동과 내비게이션 행동을 추적하고 의도를 파악할 수 있도록 한다. 288,200 건의 웹 로그 분석을 통해 만들어진 상태 전이 모델과 특정 사용자 로그를 분석하여 본 연구가 어떻게 사용자 의도를 파악할 수 있는 지를 보여준다.

외상후 스트레스 장애는 다양한 치료들에 대한 치료반응이 좋지 않아, 많은 임상가들에게 큰 도전이 되고 있다. 최근 발간된 여러 임상 진료지침들은 인지처리치료 및 지연노출치료를 포함한 트라우마 초점 정신치료들을 일차 치료로 공통적으로 권고하고 있다. 환자에게 근거에 기반한 치료적 선택지들에 대하여 정보를 제공함으로써 환자와 임상가가 함께 최선의 치료방법을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하며, 이를 위해 인지처리치료의 내용과 근거를 소개하는 것이 본 종설의 목적이다. 인지처리치료의 회기 구성과 내용을 요약하여 소개하고, 외상후 스트레스 장애에 대한 인지처리치료의 효과를 알아본 다양한 연구들을 민간인 집단과 재향군인/현역군인 집단으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 인지처리치료의 탈락율을 낮추고 치료성적을 올리며 치료접근도를 높일 수 있는 방법들 및 외상후 스트레스 장애에 대한 근거중심치료의 활성화를 위한 방안을 토의한다.
