네트워크 분석을 이용한 애플리케이션 서비스 하위 카테고리 분류: 헬스케어 어플리케이션 중심으로 (Categorizing Sub-Categories of Mobile Application Services using Network Analysis: A Case of Healthcare Applications)

  • 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스 시장의 폭발적으로 성장함에 따라 애플리케이션 서비스를 고객과 개발자 관점에서 분류하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 그러나 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 체계적 분류에 관한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네트워크 모듈성 분석을 통하여 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 분류하고 하위 카테고리를 제안하고자 한다. 구글플레이(GooglePlay)를 통해 총 1,607개의 헬스케어 관련 애플리케이션 서비스를 수집한 후 각 애플리케이션 서비스의 설명(description) 텍스트를 활용하여 유사도를 측정하고 이를 바탕으로 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 모듈성 분석을 수행하여 전체 네트워크의 커뮤니티를 탐지한 후, 각 클러스터를 기반으로 서비스 분류법을 도출한다. 이번 연구는 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스를 체계적으로 탐색하고자 하는 고객과 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 트렌드를 분석하고자 하는 개발자 모두에게 도움이 되는 서비스 분류에 대한 체계적인 접근방식이 될 것으로 기대된다.

공공도서관의 어린이자료실에 있어서 서비스프로그램으로 본 평면유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on Plan Types of Service Program in Children's Department of Public Library)

  • Lately, in public libraries, there are various service programs for child user by corresponding to importance of reading based education and also a variety of changes by accommodating family based cultural life style. Therefore there is a need for space planning based study on unit-data room. This study gives guide-line of space planning through categorizing of space plot and furniture lay-out in child data room. The researcher, as a first step, searched web sites of 29 data rooms of 26 libraries and summarized space plots and features of data rooms through in-person visits. Then the author made a categorization standard and did a general analysis of featured data rooms through multiple categorization steps. There are Basic Type, General Type, Book-Shelf Centered Type, Book-shelf Scattered type and Multi-Functional Type out of this categorization steps. In sum, six categorizing bases, dividing infant room from child room, space zonning, position of entrance, compactness of reading space, position of book-shelf and orientation of book-shelf will be important design standards for child data-room of future libraries and an effective guide-lines for other unit data-rooms.

  • This paper is about that case study of the Tube Transportation System that the new transportation system offering passenger and logistic service in a metropolis having plenty of the floating population or between medium-sized cities, and solving large issues like terrible traffic jams and environmental problems etc. in this region. Also it presented that elicitation results of performance parameter and the categorization system of it applying a systematic analysis methodology. By the medium of this paper, It showed that definition, case study, performance parameters, and the categorization system of parameters of a general tube transportation system before developing requirements of a specific tube transportation system. From now on, it will come in pretty handy in systems engineering of activities to establish a concept of a new tube transportation systems and develop requirements.

A Deep Learning Model for Extracting Consumer Sentiments using Recurrent Neural Network Techniques

  • The rapid rise of the Internet and social media has resulted in a large number of text-based reviews being placed on sites such as social media. In the age of social media, utilizing machine learning technologies to analyze the emotional context of comments aids in the understanding of QoS for any product or service. The classification and analysis of user reviews aids in the improvement of QoS. (Quality of Services). Machine Learning algorithms have evolved into a powerful tool for analyzing user sentiment. Unlike traditional categorization models, which are based on a set of rules. In sentiment categorization, Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) has shown significant results, and Convolution Neural Network (CNN) has shown promising results. Using convolutions and pooling layers, CNN can successfully extract local information. BiLSTM uses dual LSTM orientations to increase the amount of background knowledge available to deep learning models. The suggested hybrid model combines the benefits of these two deep learning-based algorithms. The data source for analysis and classification was user reviews of Indian Railway Services on Twitter. The suggested hybrid model uses the Keras Embedding technique as an input source. The suggested model takes in data and generates lower-dimensional characteristics that result in a categorization result. The suggested hybrid model's performance was compared using Keras and Word2Vec, and the proposed model showed a significant improvement in response with an accuracy of 95.19 percent.

학교급식 영양사의 업무 중요도 및 임무차원 분석 (The Importance and Categorization of Task Elements of School Food Service Dietician)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigation the importance and categorization of task elements of school food service dietician and to provide the useful data for standard model of the dietician′s tasks of school foodservice. This study was conducted in school food services nationwide in method of written questionnaire. The questionnaires were mailed to the dieticians of 3 type school foodservice system-conventional, commissary, joint management. Of the 660 schools that participated in this study, the responses from 212 conventional system and 212 commissary system and 200 joint management system were selected for analysis. Statistical analysis was performed with SAS/Win 6.12 package program for descriptive analysis, T-test, ANOVA, factor analysis using. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows Importance level was more than 4 score out of 5 scale in most of the task elements. The result was indicative of the appropriateness of definition of the 61 task elements. Of 61 task elements, importance level on ′nutrition education′ and on ′evaluation of foodservice operation management′ indicated the most significant difference between present and ideal situation. Through factor analysis, 61 task elements were regrouped into 7 dimensions; "Duty dimension of cooking and distribution management", "Duty dimension of cost management", "Duty dimension of raw material management", "Duty dimension of education management", "Duty dimension of menu management", "Duty dimension of record keeping of foodservice", "Duty dimension of general management (others)".

  • 최근 인터넷의 급격한 확장에 따른 정보의 양이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 실제 사용자에게 필요한 정보는 극히 일부분으로 사용자가 원하는 정보를 찾는데 까지는 부가적인 시간과 노력이 요구된다. 따라서 검색어로 검색된 문서에 대한 유사도 평가를 통한 계층적 유사 정보와 검색 우선순위에 대한 정보를 제공할 필요성이 있다. 이를 위해서 검색어를 구성하고 있는 키워드의 동시 발생 빈도를 고려한 검색 문서에 대한 유사도를 기반으로 문서 클러스터를 구성하고 SVM을 적용한 빅 데이터 기반 계층적 유형 분류 모델을 제안한다. 계층적 분류방법과 SVM 분류기의 결합은 문서의 계층이 기하급수적으로 늘어나는 웹 문서의 경우에 높은 성능을 얻을 수 있다. 제안된 모델은 정확하고 신속한 검색을 제공하는 정보검색시스템의 응용 모델로 활용될 수 있다.

LSTM 인공신경망을 이용한 자동차 A/S센터 수리 부품 수요 예측 모델 연구 (A Study on the Demand Prediction Model for Repair Parts of Automotive After-sales Service Center Using LSTM Artificial Neural Network)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identifies the demand pattern categorization of repair parts of Automotive After-sales Service(A/S) and proposes a demand prediction model for Auto repair parts using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) of artificial neural networks (ANN). The optimal parts inventory quantity prediction model is implemented by applying daily, weekly, and monthly the parts demand data to the LSTM model for the Lumpy demand which is irregularly in a specific period among repair parts of the Automotive A/S service. Design/methodology/approach This study classified the four demand pattern categorization with 2 years demand time-series data of repair parts according to the Average demand interval(ADI) and coefficient of variation (CV2) of demand size. Of the 16,295 parts in the A/S service shop studied, 96.5% had a Lumpy demand pattern that large quantities occurred at a specific period. lumpy demand pattern's repair parts in the last three years is predicted by applying them to the LSTM for daily, weekly, and monthly time-series data. as the model prediction performance evaluation index, MAPE, RMSE, and RMSLE that can measure the error between the predicted value and the actual value were used. Findings As a result of this study, Daily time-series data were excellently predicted as indicators with the lowest MAPE, RMSE, and RMSLE values, followed by Weekly and Monthly time-series data. This is due to the decrease in training data for Weekly and Monthly. even if the demand period is extended to get the training data, the prediction performance is still low due to the discontinuation of current vehicle models and the use of alternative parts that they are contributed to no more demand. Therefore, sufficient training data is important, but the selection of the prediction demand period is also a critical factor.

  • This article attempts to describe and analyze the rules on the service provider's duty to provide his service in conformity with the contract under the Draft Common Frame of Reference (here-in-after DCFR), which are applied to construction, storage, design and factual information contracts. It categorizes such rules in accordance with the requirements of conformity with the contract, the time when the service provided must be in conformity with the contract, and the exemptions of the service provider's duty. On the basis of such categorization, it examines the rules on the service provider's duty in each type of service contract under the DCFR. By doing so, it seeks to figure out how the members of EU compromised on the various issues of the service provider's duty under the DCFR which is regarded as the first uniformed legislation in the area of the service contract. This may provide some guidance to the legislators of domestic law for their amendment or interpretation of their laws. In addition to them, this article also seeks to point out problems in terms of their interpretations and gaps in their rules to cover various aspects of non-conformity and put forward some solutions for such problems and gaps.

  • After Forest Service formed a forest welfare service system by life cycle in 2008, they established a variety of policy for promoting welfare of the people. In Forest welfare service plan(2013~2017) which recently the forest service department established to along with government's welfare policy, they introduce forest welfare service voucher linked to National welfare system to provide forest welfare actively to disadvantaged citizen. The purpose of this study is to setup a direction of forest voucher system, and to make strategies of forest welfare service voucher by research existing voucher system of government. A study conducts a qualitative research by use grounded theory without a quantitative research, because there is not a lot of similar cases with forest welfare service voucher. The subject of this study is experts of National Park Authority 's voucher management, forest service's Nature recreation management and relevant researcher institution. The research is conducted by interviewing the subject and by using grounded theory analysis. After processing an opening coding, categorization of opening coding, and axis coding, induce a direction of the forest welfare service voucher system.
