Historically, performance prediction and sizing of server systems have been the key purchasing argument for customer. To accurate server's sizing and performance prediction, it is necessary to correctness guideline for sizing and performance prediction. But existing guidelines have many errors. So, we examine the benchmarks of performance organization such as SPEC and TPC. And then we consider to TPC-C and TPC-E benchmarks for OLTP server's sizing and performance prediction that is a basic concept of guidelines. Eventually, we propose improvement of errors in guidelines.

Hardware sizing is determinated by an increasing rate of operated business and characteristic of adapted technology which are imported systems. Because it is very difficult for intuitive decision of hardware sizing's appropriateness. But in sprite of difficulty, for maximizing the utilization of information resource and the effect of information investment in public sector are need to correctness hardware sizing. In this paper, we proposed hardware sizing method for OLTP server that is make up It's faults of proper proposal method. Our study certainly will act as a catalyst for higher investment-efficiency of future information systems in public sector.

In this study, It is suggested how to utilize hardware capacity sizing system for WEB, WAS, OLTP server's CPU, memory, and disk capacity by its user reasonably. To achieve goal of this study, we presented specific approaches in aspect of institutional viewpoint. The result of this study can be reflected gradually in the guideline of informatization related budgeting by MPB(Ministry of Planning and Budget) and e-government supporting program.

The purpose of this study is to develop a size information providing model which is easy recognition and utilization for customer. This study also implemented web page to apply the size-informational model. Web page implemented using Apache Web Server and JAVA client-side scripting. Research result on the actual condition of fashion electronic commerce, most of the firms are used the old named same with period of 1980. On the same named-code, they are used different sizing systems by firms or items. Size interval is used 2~5 cm, different by firms. In the size information, is provided only named-code(55, 66 etc.) or garment size, and is confusing whether the marked is body size or garment size. Many of the marked size information were wrong. The sizing system of KS K5001(2009) is not used well. These problems are increased a lose customer and firm by return, exchange, mending-cost, stock, etc. Therefore, the problems should be improved by providing correct and detailed information of size and garment, as well as standardization of sizing systems based on KS K5001.

The primary purpose of a computer room of data center and associated infrastructure is to support the operation of critical IT equipment. Traditionally, most owners of large critical data centers have been more than willing to accept a reasonable amount of computer room worker discomfort if necessary to support critical IT systems. All electrical equipment produces heat, which must be removed to prevent the equipment temperature from rising to an unacceptable level. Most information technology equipment and other equipment found in a data center or network room is air-cooled. Sizing a cooling system requires an understanding of the amount of heat produced by the equipment contained in the enclosed space, along with the heat produced by the other heat sources typically encountered.
