2,000lb급 장착물의 분리분석을 위한 지상투하시험 (Static Ejection Test for Separation Analysis of 2,000lb-Class Store)

  • Static ejection tests were conducted using the 2,000lb-Class Store to provide ejector model for the store separation simulation. In this study, static ejection test device for 2,000lb-class store was constructed and reaction force applied to store was measured over time. In addition, the trajectories of the ejected store were obtained using photogrammetry and compared with the simulations using developed ejector model. The results of the static ejection test were analyzed to determine the cartridge-orifice combination to be used for store separation. Flight tests were performed by applying the analysis results and verified that the store was safely separated from the aircraft.

  • The current drive in an MOSFET is limited by the intrinsic channel resistance. All the other parasitic elements in a device structure playa significant role and degrade the device performance. These other resistances need to be less than $10{\%}-20{\%}$ of the channel resistance. To achieve the requirements, we should investigate the methodology of separation and quantification of those resistances. In this paper, we developed the extraction method of resistances using calibrated TCAD simulation. The resistance of the extension region is also partially determined by the formation of a surface accumulation region that forms under the gate in the tail region of the extension profile. This resistance is strongly affected by the abruptness of the extension profile because the steeper the profile is, the shorter this accumulation region will be.

노즈캡 분리장치 성능 연구 (Design and Evaluation of Opening Devices of Separable Nose Cap)

  • In this paper, we have proposed a separable nose cap and its opening device to protect a seeker's window from aerodynamic heating and to decrease the drag force on missile body. The nose cap should be promptly deployed to secure the view field of seeker when it is needed. This cap consists of two nose cap structures and separation devices such as pyro puller and pusher. The performance of pyro puller was fully verified through analyses and several kinds of operating tests. We can obtain a sufficient confidence level of the pyro puller through many operating tests under various environments.

  • 이중펄스 로켓모타에 적용되는 격벽형 펄스분리장치의 파열판 형상을 변경하는 설계를 진행하였다. 펄스분리장치 설계 확정에 앞서 3가지 다른 형상의 파열판 평판시험을 진행하여 파열판 성능을 확인하였다. 평판시험후 시험결과를 분석하여 펄스분리장치 파열판의 8개의 원형 구멍형과 8개의 사다리꼴 구멍 형상을 적용하기로 결정하였다.

  • In this paper, we investigate interference between short-range radiocommunication devices (SRDs) with frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) and direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) methods when they are in the same frequency bands. In order to analyze interference from unwanted emission of SRD with DSSS to that of FHSS, Monte-Carlo (MC) simulation method is employed and interference probabilities are calculated. We simulate interference scenarios in accordance with several duty cycles and bandwidths. It is also assumed that the propagation model is free space The effect of distance between interfering transmitter and victim receiver is analyzed and bit error rate (BER) is simulated. From the interference analysis results, it is shown that duty cycle affects compatibility more than bandwidth does. Also, we can make sure of the separation distance which satisfies BER criterion when there are only one interfering transmitter and multiple interfering transmitters.

  • A stress-strength analysis is used to assess the reliability of a multi-pulse rocket motor system. Main stress is found to be thermal during explosion and the distribution is obtained by simulation. The strength distribution is derived from the results of actual specimen tests. The failure rate of barrier type pulse separation device is estimated.

  • This paper presents the design and experiment results of a multi-layered microsystem for magnetic bead applications. The magneto-microfluidic device is designed for capable of separating magnetic beads. In the presence of the magnetic field, magnetic beads are attracted and moved to high gradient magnetic fields. A multi-layered microfluidic channel consists of top and bottom layers in order to separate magnetic beads in the vertical direction. Our channel is easily integrated magnetic cell sorter, especially on-chip microelectromagnet or permanent magnet device. Fast separation of magnetic beads in top and bottom channels can be used in high throughput screening to monitor the efficiency of blood and drug compounds.

  • 본 연구에서는 알루미나 나노 템플레이트(anodic alumina oxide; AAO)를 이용하여 신속하면서도 효과적으로 나노입자 및 바이오물질을 분리, 농축할 수 있는 나노필터 소자를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 나노필터 소자는 유체의 주입 및 흐름이 가능한 미세유체채널(microfluidic channel)을 PDMS에 패터닝하였다. 위아래로 형성된 PDMS 미세유체채널 사이로, 다양한 크기의 나노 다공을 형성하고 있는 AAO 막을 삽입하여 크기에 따른 나노입자 및 바이오 물질을 분리할 수 있었다. 위아래로 PDMS 유체채널과 AAO 분리막을 집적하고, 최종적으로 아크릴레이트 플락스틱(acrylic plastic)으로 전체 소자를 고정하여 나노필터유체소자를 제작하였다. 완성된 나노필터소자를 이용하여 나노입자의 농축효율 및 은나노입자가 뭉쳐져있는 필터존(filtration zone)으로부터 뎅기 바이러스(dengue virus)를 표면증강라만(surface enhanced Raman scattering)분석법에 의해 검출할 수 있었다.

  • An object of this study is to confirm the opening amount of the throttle valve that is begun the temperature separation of vortex tube for various engine speed and load condition in a common rail diesel engine. The vortex tube located at downstream of the exhaust manifold is a device separating the incoming exhaust gas to hot and cold stream. To find optimum separation efficiency of vortex tube, the opening amount of throttle valve has been investigated for various engine speed and load conditions. Engine speed was found that the influence of engine speed was dominant compared with that of engine load. As engine speed was increased, the throttle opening amount starting temperature separation was reduced.
