퍼지제어기를 이용한 유도전동기의 센서리스 속도제어에 관한 연구 (Sensorless Control of Induction Motor with Fuzzy Controller)

  • A sensorless drive of induction motor has several advantage: low cost and availability in a harsh environment. Most of sensorless control schemes are based on the direct estimation of rotor speed from state observer. This study proposes a new sensorless control scheme. The proposed scheme is based on a reference model control which the error between the model and plant outputs decays to zero as time proceeds. The actuating signal is calculated from the fuzzy controller which increases the system stability and robustness. The simulation results indicate a good dynamic performance.

  • This paper deals with speed-sensorless control of an AC servo motor using Fuzzy-Tuning High Gain Observer(FTHGO). Resolver or encoder can be used to measure a rotor speed, but it has a limit to detect motor speed precisely. To solve this problem, it is studied to measure a speed of an AC servo motor without sensor. In this paper, the gain of an observer to estimate motor speed is properly set up and designed using the fuzzy control theory. It calculates the differentiation of the rotor current of the AC motor and estimates the rotor speed using it. Proposed speed sensorless control is performed using the estimated speed as the control variable. Designed FTHGO is applied to AC servo motor to verify the feasibility of the proposed observer. Feasibility of the FTHGO proposed in this paper is proven comparing the experimental results with/without the speed sensor.

  • This paper proposes a sensorless control method of BLDC motors using line-to-line back-EMFs. Typical sensorless control methods have various problems such as the difficulty in operation at low speed and difficulties in application and so forth. However, the control method using line-to-line back-EMFs that this paper proposes solved not only such problems but also problems of noise and difficulty of commutation detection. The method is to divide line-to-line back EMF into the constant. With 550[W] BLDC motor driving system, simulations and experiments have been carried out for the verification of the proposed control method.

  • Various control algorithms have been proposed for the speed-sensorless control for an induction motor. These control schemes are mainly based on the speed feedback with the flux and speed estimations. This paper proposes another method for the speed-sensorless control for an induction motor. The proposed scheme is based on the torque and flux compensation without speed estimations, in which the same controlled stator voltage is applied to both the induction motor and the numerical model so that the differences between torques and fluxes of the model and the induction motor may be compelled to give access to zero. The results of experiment show the effectiveness of the scheme.

  • The magnetic levitation system is utilized in the magnetic bearing of high-speed rotor because of little friction, no lubrication, no noise and so on. The magnetic levitation system need the feedback controller for the stabilization of system, and gap sensors are generally used to measure the gap. The use of sensor easily goes into troublesome caused by sensor failure discord between the measurement point and the control point etc. This paper presents the design of robust stabilizing contoller by $H_{\infty}$ control theory using the sensorless method proposed by authors in the magnetic levitation system. And we investigated both the validity of the designed controller and the usefulness of the sensorless magnetic levitation system through results of actual experiment.

냉각 팬 구동을 위한 SPMSM의 센서리스 제어 (Sensorless control of a SPMSM for driving cooling fans)

  • Recently, PMSMs(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors) have become increasingly popular in various high-performance motor drive applications. However, the high-performance drive of PMSMs needs a position sensor such as a resolver, which increases not only the price of the system but also reduces the system reliability. This paper is on the implementation of sensorless control of a SPMSM, which drives a fan for cooling in appliances. In this paper, the rotor position for high-performance drive of a SPMSM is derived from back electromotive force (EMF) information proportional to the rotor speed. Also, the initial rotor position information for start-up is estimated from a saturation phenomenon of inductance. The validity of the proposed sensorless drives was confirmed by the experiment on the SPMSM drive systems for cooling fans of refrigerators and laptop computers.

  • In this paper, we present a magnetic levitation system which has not a gap sensor with sensor-less realization and stabilizing controller design. For measuring gap between magnet and levitated object we propose a gap sensorless method and adop two-degree-of-freedom controller for robust-ness and performence of the magnetic levitation system. From time responeses we confirm that the proposed sensorless method which can be applied to magnetic levitation system. Also the designed stabilizing controller has good disturbance rejection and reference tracking performance.

  • The PMSM position sensor using two rectangular hall sensors can restrictively acquire the 90[$^{\circ}$] position information of rotor according to electrical angle. Thus, the control method using this position sensor cannot react properly to a rapid load torque change. On the other hand, even though a sensorless method has the advantage of acquiring instantaneous rotor position information, the accuracy of position sensor can be determined by the gain value of estimator. This paper suggests a robust speed control method on torque fluctuation condition, which combines low cost two rectangular hall sensors and sensorless control method.

  • This paper presents a implementation of digital sensorless position control system of surface permanent-magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) drive with a direct torque control (DTC). The system are stator flux and torque observer of stator flux feedback control model that inputs are current and voltage sensing of motor terminal with estimated rotor angle for a low speed operating area, two hysteresis band controllers, an optimal switching look-up table, rotor speed estimator, and IGBT voltage source inverter by using fully integrated control software. The developed sensorless control system are shown a good motion control response characteristic results and high performance features using 1.0 (kW) purposed servo drive SPMSM.

  • 송풍기를 이용한 제품으로는 핸드드라이기, 자동세차기, 건조기, 청소기등이 있다. 이러한 전동기의 특징은 순간에 강한 바람이 나오도록 구조, 제어 알고리즘이 필요하다. 종래의 여자방식에 따른 전동기는 직권식, 분권식, 복권식, 영구자석식이 있다. 이러한 전동기는 고속 회전 시 기동전류가 크고 회전수가 불규칙한 단점이 있다. 이를 개선하고자 고속BLDC 전동기 제어에 관한 연구로 구동회로 설계, 센서리스 제어 알고리즘, 시뮬레이션, 실험 등을 통해 800W급 고속BLDC 모터 제어와 회로 설계하였고, 95% 이상 고효율을 제어기의 운전성능 평가 방법, 시제품 실험 및 검증을 연구하였다.
