The Effects of Nurisng University Students' calling, value of work and interpersonal relationships on nursing leadership (간호대학생의 소명의식, 일 가치감 및 대인관계가 간호리더십에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was attempted to provide basic data for preparing a program that strengthens nursing leadership capabilities by confirming the degree of nursing leadership, calling, value of work, and interpersonal relationships of 4th grade nursing students, and identifying factors that affect nursing leadership. This study surveyed 187 nursing students located in C and D cities, and the factors affecting nursing leadership were calling (β=.185 p<.01), value of work (β=.580, p<.001), and interpersonal relationships (β=.108, p<.05), and its explanatory power is 56.8%. In order to strengthen nursing leadership, not only professional knowledge and nursing skills, but also calling and value of work should be added so that they can acquire knowledge and knowledge as a professional and demonstrate a sense of social responsibility in taking care of their health.

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to examine the Experience of Adaption to Work in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units of Nurses. Methods : Empirical data were collected from 8 nurses through in-depth interviews. Eight participants who had more than 6 months of clinical experience in the general ward and had more than 6 months of work experience in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units were selected as participants. The main question was what does it mean to work in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units? All interviews were recorded and transcribed, and then analyzed using Giorgi's interview. Results: As a result of the analysis, five topics were derived. 'Facing a changed work environment', 'A sense of unexpected heterogeneity in work', 'Evaluation of immediate reality.', 'Finding strategies and promoting balance', 'Growing up as a professional nurse.' Conclusion: Based on these findings, There is a need to build a system that can adapt to work and continue to develop programs for capacity building in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units of Nurses.

The long-term agricultural weather forcast methods using machine learning and GloSea5 : on the cultivation zone of Chinese cabbage. (기계학습과 GloSea5를 이용한 장기 농업기상 예측 : 고랭지배추 재배 지역을 중심으로)

  • Systematic farming can be planned and managed if long-term agricultural weather information of the plantation is available. Because the greatest risk factor for crop cultivation is the weather. In this study, a method for long-term predicting of agricultural weather using the GloSea5 and machine learning is presented for the cultivation of Chinese cabbage. The GloSea5 is a long-term weather forecast that is available up to 240 days. The deep neural networks and the spatial randomforest were considered as the method of machine learning. The longterm prediction performance of the deep neural networks was slightly better than the spatial randomforest in the sense of root mean squared error and mean absolute error. However, the spatial randomforest has the advantage of predicting temperatures with a global model, which reduces the computation time.

  • As digital media technology continues to evolve, media arts are being created using new technologies. Among them, interactive media provides new experience and interest to the audience in that the audience is completed only by participating in the works. The use of these characteristics as a marketing strategy has led to an increase in sales and a positive image of the company. Through this study, we analyze the case of interactive media contents and infer the usage plan and elements. In addition, we propose a prototype of interactive media contents that can be used as a strategic marketing element by exploring ways to utilize interactive media as a marketing element of the film industry. This suggests the development direction of interactive media that provides a continuous and new sense of immersion to the audience, and suggests subsequent research on effective use of the industry as well as movie marketing.

  • This study is a study on the perceptions of pre-primary early childhood teachers on teaching and learning methods for infants and toddlers in the early childhood teacher training process. This is a mixed study using word cloud analysis and qualitative case analysis on the subject, focusing on literature research and understanding of pre-primary early childhood teachers' 'teaching and learning methods for infants and toddlers'. The purpose of this study was to find out the meaning of a early childhood teacher through thoughts on teaching and learning methods for infants, difficulties, points to be learned, teaching competency to be good as a teacher, and experiences for teaching professionalism. Through the results of this study, it is expected to find a way to increase their sense of efficacy on teaching and learning methods when conducting classes for young children in the future, and to provide basic data for improving the quality of early childhood education.

A Case Study of Collaboration between Global Luxury Fashion Brands and Korean Contemporary Artists (글로벌 명품 패션 브랜드와 한국 현대 예술가의 콜라보레이션 사례 연구)

  • Recently, global luxury fashion brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Louis Vuitton have been showing special interest in Korean contemporary artists and actively collaborating with them. This can be said to be a new change that is distinguished from previous collaborations of fashion brands. Therefore, this study investigated the cases of collaboration between global luxury fashion brands and Korean contemporary artists, and analyzed the types and characteristics to examine the trends and characteristics and draw meaning. As a result, fashion brands combine the characteristics of Korean art works of various genres with the brand concept and pursued values to create new sensibility and high value-added products. It can be seen that the intention was to prepare a place to draw out. In addition, it was found that collaboration was also utilized in terms of marketing so that domestic customers could visit the brand store with a sense of familiarity by utilizing Korea's artistic and cultural sentiments. Based on the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data for the development of creative contents for various collaborations between fashion and art that can help develop the modern fashion industry.

The Regional Development Strategy by Public-Private Activities: A Case Study of the Tsushima Arirang Festival, Tsushima, Nagasaki Province, Japan (민.관의 활동에서 본 쓰시마시의 지역 활성화 정책: 아리랑 축제를 사례로)

  • This paper examines how Tsushima has used the Arirang festival as a place marketing apparently targeting at Korean tourists, which has been historically achieved at the Arirang festival though public-private activities. Tsushima has tried to advertise Tsushima city to Korean tourists, with methods including the 'Chosen Agency Parade' and the title of the Arirang festival, but due to the Dokdo problem, the people of Tsushima objected to holding the Arirang festival. Therefore, Tsushima city had a meeting to solve it, and it was agreed that they need not stop the festival nor change of the title of the Arirang festival for the regional development, but instead they decided that the title of Arirang festival is to be used as a subtitle from 2007. By deciding this, The residents of Tsushima are sometimes against the opinion of Tsushima government, but they have eagerly participated in everything from the operation of the festival to the performances themselves. In this sense, it is thought that the Arirang festival is utilized as a local identity and also a place marketing, and the process for the regional development strategy is organized by public-private actors together.

  • The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the information analyzation over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitive power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these, factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top managers support, well structured communication channel, strategic plans connection and inner information analyzation level. And IS organization & human resources, IS discipline & training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LISs main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working processs, institutions imperfection and systems interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

Implications of Disciplinary Power in Tourism Destination (관광 공간에서 나타나는 규율 권력에 관한 소고 - 베트남 패키지 관광을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to prove that a tourism is not a personal act but a social product, through the examination of 'disciplinary power' existing in Vietnam package tour. The results are summarized as follows: A tour guide, together with the tourist agency, was the agent of the tourism. He exercised power by using surveillance, punishment, partition, and so on. Tourists were the target at first as they were under surveillance of the guide. However, they became self-regulatory actors, which is so called 'modern tourists' in this paper, by learning and internalizing how to be empowered. In this way, a tourist was transformed into the agent of the tourism finally. Power was not owned either by a guide or a tourist, rather it existed as guide tourist relations. Power was not restricted to a specific tourism destination but it existed in all destinations. In addition, power was not repressive but productive in a sense that tourists became self-regulatory actors. This kind of power is so called 'disciplinary power.'

  • Attempts to embody the three-dimensional world into works have continued without distinguishing between the times and the media, and the purpose is to realize an immersive state rather than the reproduction of reality. It was considered that the flat screen, which is the medium that finally faces the viewer in digital media art, hinders complete immersion, and this study investigated and analyzed the cases of works that give a sense of reality of space beyond the limits of the screen. Using the results of the analysis to produce the work, it was found that the presentation of the realistic space and enhancing immersion in the digital media art field should be viewed not only as visual video content on the screen, but also as an installation suitable for the exhibition environment and the resulting space itself.
