양명열증(陽明熱證)으로 변증(辨證)된 안면홍조형 주사피부염 환자 1례에게 백호탕(白虎湯)을 투여한 결과, 약 1~2주 후 안면홍조가 호전되었음을 확인하였으며, 주증상에 동반되었던 열감 및 기타 제반증상 역시 전반적으로 호전되는 모습을 보였다.

Black has been the most important color of all since the ancient times when the recognition of black roused, as well as during most of the eras; and can especially be said as the main color which controlled the chronicles of fashion. The purpose of the study was to broaden the application of black color image make-up by inquiring into make-up design elemental characteristics of lines and textures, after classifying magazine illustrations and advertisement make-up images using black. The photos which made effective use of black among fashion illustrations, magazine advertisements after 2001 were classified in to each type, and make-up expression method and characteristics according to design element of each image type was analyzed. The conclusion of such study was the following. 'Erotic image' showed contrast effect between eye make-up and lip color by using pale tone or red color. 'Mannish image' emphasized form and texture of eyebrow by restraining the colors of eyelids with natural brown tone eye make-up; 'Modern image' expressed vague eyebrow to bring the sensation of the direction of eye shadow on eyelids and eye line as well as slant line to relief. 'Kitsch image' showed free and light imagery by creating unique hair style with various colors; expressing lips mostly with colors similar to skin tone or by restraining colors on lips. 'Decadence image' showed messy and foul sensation with unstandardized eye make-up and matt skin of shimmer, glossy and pale tone, also with black colored lips; 'Retro image' expressed reinterpretation of images from 1920${\sim}$1960 to contemporary styles.

We study the ski wear which are compared at the materials and the designes and their human physiological and phychological response during exercise in a cold and air-conditioned enviroments. Five men exercises in the experiment room with four types of ski-wears : two of one-piece and two of two-piece : two of special material and two of a normal material, respectively. We keep the environment at $-5^{\circ}C$ and speed of 3.6 mile/hr during the measurement of 13 points, which is a mean model of the Muju ski-resort at January 1996. We conclude the followings : 1. The ski-wear with special materials have higher than the normal type at mean skin temperature and rectal temperature. 2. Changes of temperature withing the clothes during the exercise is small, but the humidity within the clothes abruptly increases because of the weight loss. 3. Type A ski-wear with the special material has $295.5g/m^2hr$ weight loss, which is higher, and type D ski-wear is smaller 4. The special material shows comfortable in the thermal sensation. 5. In the design aspect of the ski-wears, the two-piece type ski-wear shows higher skin temperature and temperature & humidity within the clothes than the one-piece type due to the effect of the multiplicity.

In this dissertation I have interest in the personality classification in order to recognize the personlity classification in order to recognize the tenfency of the mentality and the action. This paper compare the temperament of Sasangin(四象人) by Lee Je Ma(李濟馬) and The Psychological Types of C. G. Jung. As a result I get the following conclusions:1. Sasang understood that Sassangin have original tendency of the mentality. But C. G. Jung understood man has all of the four psychological type though they have discrepancy among them.2. In the function of the mentality, the both are similar.3. The mentality of So-Eum-In(少陰人) is similar to The Type of Thinking. The mentality of So-Yang-In(少陽人) is simliar to The Type of Feeling. The mentality of Tae-Eum-In(太陰人) is similar to The Type of Sensation. The mentality of Tae-Yang-In(太陽人) is similar to The Type of Intuition.4. The tendency of the mentality by the personality classification is of some use in the oriental medical therapy.5. For using the tendency of the mentality in oriental medical psychotherapy, they require more studies.

Neurogenic tumors of the mediastinum may have an intraspinal component connected by a narrowed segment of tumor in the intervertebral foramen, then have symptoms of back pain,lower extremity tingling sensation. CT scan or MRI demonstrated a Dumbbell-shaped mass density compressing spinal canal, enlargement of the foramen, erosion of bone, and intervertebral widening. We report the analysis of the 18 cases of neurogenic tumors on posterior mediastinum and Dumbbell type tumors are 3 cases among the 18 cases. The neurilemmomas were 12 cases[67%], the ganglioneuroma were 5 cases[28%], and neuroblastoma was one case[5%]. The successful removal was done in all cases, a standard thoracotomy and laminectomy was done in Dumbbell type tumors.There was no postoperative neurological complications.

지질성 폐렴이란 폐포나 간질에 존재하는 지질에 대한 폐조직의 반응을 의미하며 내인성과 외인성으로 구분된다. 내인성은 지질이 폐실질에서 생성된 경우를 말하며 외인성은 지질을 흡인하거나 흡입한 경우를 말한다. 본 증례의 경우 53세 남자가 오한과 혈담을 주소로 내원하여 경피적 흉막 및 폐생검을 시행후 내인성 지질성폐렴 진단하에 좌하엽절제술 및 늑막박피술을 치험하였기에 보고하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the heating regulation systems and the thermal environment of the Co-Generation apartment house in winter. Personal self-administration and interview method were used in the survey of this study. The respondents were 352 housewives who resided in Mokdong apartement using Co-Generation heating systems. Data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ computer package. The results of this study were summarised as follow; The typical patterns of heating regulation systems were intermittent and partial heating in the living room and bedroom exclusive of kitchen area. The present condition of the thermal environment were relatively warm in winter and Heatng regulation systems were influenced by type of location. Determinants of the thermal sensation and thermal comfort were the type of location of apartment as a architectural factor, clo as a personal factor.

We performed an assessment of wearing, purchasing, satisfaction, and the fit of brassieres according to body and breast type for college women to provide basic data on the manufacture of an ergonomic brassiere. The classifications of domed and conical breast type or projecting and conical breast type were unclear. Flat breast were dissatisfied with the shape of small and flat, and drooping breast were dissatisfied with the shape of big, projected, and drooping. In purchasing a brassiere, the majority of subjects were ignorant of their brassiere size, and over 80% of the subjects bought a brassiere without trying it on. Over 50% of those surveyed said they found it difficult to buy a well-fitted brassiere, particularly for the flat and drooping breast type. Over 70% of those surveyed wore a brassiere of 3/4 cup size, the slim body type wore a brassiere of 1/2 cup size; however, the obese body type wore a brassiere of full-cup size. The flat-breast or slim-body wore a brassiere of a thick pad type but projecting-breast or drooping breast wore brassiere of a thin pad type. Many of the subjects wore an unfitted brassiere in cup size and under bust size. In the classification of breast type, there were slight differences between the breast type that they recognized and the breast type that they were shown. There were distinctions in function, satisfaction, and fitness based on breast type. Therefore, the development of an ergonomic brassiere should considered the characteristics of breast type for fitness and comfort.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to establish the differences of ground reaction force variables and sensations according to the foot types and the structures of the inner arch support band during $2^{nd}$ vertical ballet jump. Method: 12 Female ballet majors in their twenties who have danced for more than 10 years and had no injuries were selected for this research. Independent variables consist of the foot type (pes rectus, pes planus) and the structure of the inner arch support band (no band, x-shaped, linear shaped). Dependent variables consist of ground reaction force variables and relative wearing sensation. Results: The impact decreased the most when x-shaped bands were used on pes rectus and rigid pes planus. When linear-shaped bands were used on flexible pes planus, the impact decreased. Conclusion: The bands also helped reduce the impact on pes rectus. Furthermore, it is clear that according to the foot type, the impact reducing band structures perform differently. The inner arch support bands were necessary for jump training for any foot type.

In order to understand the influences of wearing clothings with different thermal insula-tions when men were exposed from $25^{\circ}C$ environment to 18$^{\circ}C$ environment, thermoregulatory responses were measured on 4 healthy female college students. Subjects rested wearing T-shirts, trousers, and socks called LC(total weight 541g) at 25$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$, 50$\pm$5% R.H. and then exposed to the room conditioned in 18$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$, 50$\pm$5$^{\circ}C$ R.H. with LC as it was(LC Type) or with T-shirts, trousers, socks, training wear upper garment, the training wear lower garment called HC (total weight 1368g)(HC Type) for 120 min. The results can be summarized as follows: 1) When subjects were exposed from $25^{\circ}C$ environment to 18$^{\circ}C$ environment, decrease of rectal temperature was significantly smaller in LC Type than in HC Type. 2)Increase of heat production and weight loss had no significant difference between two types of clothing. 3)Internal thermal conductance was higher in HC Type and external thermal conductance was higher in LC Type. Therefore total thermal conductance was higher in LC Type than in HC Type. 4)Decrease of skin temperature was greater in LC Type than in HC Type. 5)Subjects felt colder with LC Type than with HC Type, but did not feel differently in comfort sensation between two types of clothing. It was suggested that less decrease of rectal temperature in LC type inspite of more dry heat loss from body might be ascribed to a shift of blood from the shell area to the core area originating in the vasoconstriction and the lowered internal thermal conductance. In conclu-sion, the importance of the state of internal heat distribution in the homeostasis seemed to be reaffirmed.
