대순사상과 진여사상의 포덕과 교화에 관한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Outspreading Virtues and Enlightenment Teaching Related to Daesoon Thought and Shinnyo Thought)

  • The purpose of this article is to study on the comparative relationship between mutual cooperation of the Dae-soon thought of Dae-soon jinrihoe and Shinnyo thought of Shinjo Ito. Dae-soon thought focuses on outspreading virtues and enlightenment teaching based on the saying of Jeong-san Sang Jae's Mutual cooperation without any grudge. According to the Buddha's nature thought of Shinjo Ito, 'Dharma kāya resident' is the source of touching upon buddhahood. The Shinyo-en is an outward manifestation of their deep resolve to help others by cultivating spiritual faculty and mind session. First, we can find the virtue action theory in the mutual cooperation of Dae-soon thought and the virtue nature theory in the Shinnyo thought of Shinjo Ito. From the perspective of comparative relationship, it was Jeong-san Sang Jae who laid foundation for the Posterior Grand Renewal. His idea is that the universe should be completed through the mutual communication between the earth and men following the Posterior Grand Renewal. It was Kyodoin-sama who laid the foundation for identifying the place Shinchoji was established. It was at the time that the power we call bakku-daiju as transversality and Shinnyo spiritual faculty were perfected through Shindoin-sama's passing. Second, based on Jeon-kyungn or Dae-soon Ji Chim, outspreading virtue is to awaken mutual cooperation without any grudge and the enlightenment teaching to practice according to mutual cooperation principle without any deceit toward one's own self. No deceit toward one's own self is to be sincere, to be respectful and to be faithful in Jeong-san Sang Jae. In the different context of Mahayana Buddhism, we can be aware that the immortal resident immortal of Dharma kāya is the source of permanent bliss in the Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra' From the perspective of comparative relationship to pray toward Jeong-san Sang Jae and to participate in the Posterior Grand Renewal is to take part in Cheonji-Gongsa. It is a similar phenomena to be reflected suchness reality before the three personifications of buddhahood and the Shinnyo Stupa is the same meaning as meeting the ever present Buddha. Both of them, they focus to find religious altruism from real possibilities of mutual support. They argue that to dispense with altruism is to dispense with Sang Jae or Dharma for the divine transformation of human possibilities Third, Everybody possesses unique and wonderful abilities to be unified with Jeong-san Sang Jae. If we seek happiness by trying to get by without making much of an effort to take part in CheonjiGongsa, it will be difficult to attain the harmony and peace of mankind with outspreading virtues and enlightenment teaching. In the 'Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra' tells us 'all sentient beings have Buddha nature' that could be the possibility to the fulfillment of buddhahood in the spiritual practice. From the comparative relationship, we can strive with open hearts and minds, in efforts that benefit others, and in ways we can work together to build a word of joy in which everyone can have an opportunity to cultivate spiritual faculty. This is based on mutually beneficial voluntary focused our principles into practice the spirit to build a mind session of Shinnyo as the civic clean precepts of 'Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra'. Fourth, the disciples of Jeong-san Sang Jae are encouraged to acquire the Mutual cooperation manner of being considerate. It is important to accumulate virtue action by daily effort. It is the contrast to awaken virtue nature by daily practice. The Buddha's nature thought of Shinjo Ito is based on the thought of Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra. It can be supported by the Shinnyo parents and the two Dojis to build a world of joy as the light dharma descending and the emphasis of Tathatā spiritual faculty. It's not that we can't do something we haven't attained a higher spiritual level. What counts is our continuos effort, act so we can cultivate our spiritual faculty through the way of mind session.

일부 직업인들의 근골격계 자각증상과 강증진생활양식간의 연관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Musculoskeletal Symptoms and Health Promoting Life Style among Some Workers)

  • In this study, grade of subjective symptom appealed by laborer of Jeollabuk-do was evaluated using questionary regarding factor made effect on musculoskeletal disease and in addition, studied relationship with health promotion life style of them. Based on the result, relationship of general characteristics of musculoskeletal subjective symptom and life-style of the subjects was concluded as below. 1. General characteristics of study subjects were as following. Ratio of male was higher as 57.7% of male and 42.2% female and age distribution was 5.1% of 20s, 34.99% of 30s, 36.3% of 40s and 23.7% of 50s and therefore, $30{\sim}40$ aged groups showed highest ratio. Most subjects (74.9%) was married status and in case of education level, high-school graduate and dropout (23.3%) and over-college graduate (46.8%) showed highest distribution. $1{\sim}2$ Mil. KRW (29.5%) and $2{\sim}2.99$ Mil. KRW (21.2%) is the main income distribution and however there was high ratio of non-reply (29.0%). In case of employment period, $10{\sim}14$ years (15.3%) and over 15 years (29.6%) showed highest ratio and there were many non-reply (39.4%) and in addition, 67.6% replied as own house and 14.3% as lease on deposit base in question of residence type. 2. Subjects showed high ratio of subjective symptom appeal of 62.79% and many cases (50.23%) appealed 1 or 2 symptoms. Symptom by body region was 29.8% (waist), 27% (shoulder), 21.2% (knee), 15.5% (neck), 9.5% (ankle), 8.1% (wrist) and 5.0% (elbow) in order. In case of relationship with general characteristics, female comparing with male, non-residence of own house, subjects with lower education level and employment period of $10{\sim}14$ years showed higher appeal rate and kind of symptoms than others. Therefore, it was concluded that rate of musculoskeletal symptom appeal have close relationship with gender, level of living, education level, age and employment period. 3. In case of severe pain of upper body except waist and ankle, it was appealed in both or right side and it means that upper body pain is originated from right side and right region pain is transited to both region pain. In addition, there was 39.41% of non-reply to existence of right-left region pain and therefore, it was evaluated that, in may cases, there was no awareness of their own symptom condition even on subjective symptom. 4. Degree of pain was, as pain over middle level, evaluated as 2.79 on full mark of 4.0 and in order of waist (2.97), ankle (2.83), knee (2.82), wrist (2.82), neck (2.79), shoulder (2.70) and elbow (2.62). In addition, 71.97% appealed $2{\sim}3$ cases for the latest 1 week. Owing to subjective symptom, 54.95% drop into hospital or pharmacy, 10.32% made temporary retirement or absence, 7.99% transferred into more comfortable duty and $39.4{\sim}54%$ experienced one or more managing mentioned above. 5. Fulfillment of health promotion life style of subjects was evaluated on full mark of 4.0 and total score was 2.63. Average mark of each area was personal relationship (3.05), self-realization (2.92), stress management (2.63), health control (2.48), physical exercise (2.19) and nutrition management (2.19) and personal relationship was highest and physical exercise and nutrition management were lowest. As general characteristics influencing health promotion life style, gender, residence style and employment period showed significant difference. Male showed higher mark than female and showed higher mark in order of own house, others, lease on deposit base, monthly rent. Subjects with longer employment period showed higher mark with significant difference. 6. Accounting of factor influencing each area of health promotion life style, self-realization showed significance in marriage status, income, residence style and education level and health control in age, residence style and employment period. Physical exercise showed significant difference in gender, age, residence style and employment period and nutrition in gender, age, residence style and employment period. Stress management showed significant difference in residence style and employment period and however not in personal relationship. 7. Health promotion life style relating with existence and kind of pain showed significant difference in all area except personal relationship area. In absence of pain, there was statistically significant high score in all area even in total health promotion life style and all area. Accounting of kind of pain, cases of $1{\sim}2$ kinds of pain and $5{\sim}6$ kinds of pain showed relatively high score and it was lower than mark of subject stated absence of pain. 8. Subjects appeal symptom were classified by symptom region and difference of total and each areas were evaluated. General area (p=0.002), self-realization (p=0.012), health management (p=0.023), physical exercise (p=0.028), nutrition management (p=0.028) and stress control (p=0.001) showed statistically significant difference and not in personal relationship area. Especially, elbow, shoulder and neck area marked high and group appealed pain of knee, arm and elbow, foot and ankle marked low. Based on those results, subjective symptom should be accounted seriously in diagnosis of occupational musculoskeletal disease of laborer and among subjective symptom, general characteristics of gender, age, condition of living, education level and employment period make effect. Generally subject appeal symptom marked lower than subject without symptom appeal and it means that life management of subject appealing musculoskeletal pain make important role in management and treatment of occupational musculoskeletal disease.

항공권 초과예약의 법률적 문제에 관한 연구 (A Study on Legal Issues with Airline Over-booking Practice)

  • 1장에서는 항공권 초과예약의 개념, 항공사의 초과예약 운용실태, 그리고 그에 따른 문제의 본질이 무엇인지를 제시한다. 2장에서는 초과예약으로 인해 탑승거부를 당한 승객이 보상을 요구하는데 필요한 법적장치가 충분한지를 검토한다. 현재 우리나라에는 국제법적, 국내법적, 행정적 구제수단이 전무(全無)하거나 불충분하지만 미국과 유럽은 그렇지 않음을 대비시켜 실효적 구제수단의 마련이 시급함을 강조한다. 3장에서는 초과예약의 형법상 사기죄 구성가능성을 검토한다. 1절에서는 사기죄의 객관적, 주관적 구성요건과 초과예약의 양태를 비교하고 대법원의 확립된 판례를 정리해 초과예약이 우리나라 법정에서 사기죄를 선고받는데 부족함이 없음을 보여준다. 필요한 결론에 이르렀음에도 논문은 더 나아가 대법원 판례와 반대 입장에 있는 학설(다수설)의 부당함까지 논증한다. 학설은 사기죄가 성립하기 위해 피기망자의 '재산상 손해'가 필요하다고 한다. 이 논의는 사기죄의 보호법익에 관한 논의와 논리적 근거를 공유하므로 우선 2절에서 학설이 주장하는 보호법익의 대상부터 논박한다. 학설은 사기죄의 보호법익이 '재산권'이며 '거래의 진실성'과 '신의칙'은 부차적인 것이라고 주장한다. 하지만 논문에서는 후자가 곧 '경제적 의사결정의 자유'로서 사기죄의 주된 보호법익이 되는 것임을 반증한다. 이어 3절에서는 '경제적 의사결정의 자유'침해가 바로 '재산상의 손해'와 동일한 것임을 개념적 분석을 통해 논증하여 학설의 자기모순을 증명해 보인다. 이어 4절에서는 외국의 판례와 입법례를 제시하여 3절이 도출한 결론의 논거를 다시 한 번 공고히 한다. 따라서 논문은 항공사의 초과예약 관행이 이론과 현실재판 모두에서 사기죄의 구성 가능성이 매우 높다는 결론에 이른다.

대퇴경부 골절 환자의 입원 생활 (The Hospital Life of the Patient with Femoral Neck Fracture)

  • Nowerdays, the increase of traffic accidents and old age population make the Femoral Neck Fracture(FNF) patients increase. By the improvement of education and standard of living the patients demand better medical service than before. This study is designed to give practical help for the FNF patients by observing their hospital life and establish practical nursing strategies for the FNF patients. For these purposes the Ethnographic Participant Observation was adopted. By this study is focused on the hospital life patient's view. For this end, the field study adopted orthopedic ward in the C University Hospital with 400 beds in Seoul. The object patients of the study were twelve patients. The patients experienced five stages : Embarrassment, Conflict, Stability, Independent, and Extension Stage. The findings and prepared nursing strategies are stated as follows. First, in the Embarrassment Stage they suffered embarrassment, anxiety, pain, they could not do ordinary things. The patients who accidental fractures had anxiety from unfamiliar tests and from hospitalization itself. They lamented that they could not ordinary things, and do nothing but obeying the hospital, and endure the pain. They recognized the changed environment and resigned themselves to life in the ward. In this stage, full openness by the nurses is needed. Second, the attribute of the Conflict Stage were conflict, fear, curiosity, belief, reflection. When they sign the consentment form, they experience conflicts about the possibility of complication, fear of recovery from anesthesia, curiosity about the operation procedure, post - operation state, reflection on their past life, and promise to care for their family members after discharge and keep their religious life faithfully. And they accepted the operation depending on God, believing in modern medicine, and the surgeon. Asking for their changed informations, they expected positive results from the operation. In this stage, an empathic attitude by the nurses is needed. Third, the attribute of the Stability Stage were relief, gratitude, difficulty with excretion, and pain. When they awoke from anesthesia, they felt relief because of a the end of the operation, but they experienced extreme pain, difficulty of excretion in bed. They accepted the changed environment and expected recovery. In this stage, support by the nurses is needed. Fourth, the attributes of the Independence Stage were freedom, exercise, nurturing, anxiety, and discomfort. When they ambulated and exercised, they experienced freedom. They showed exhibited weakness of the digestive organs and discomfort hospital's space, structure, and facilities, the delay of medical certificate issue the lack of prompt response by the medical agents. They ate nurturious food and felt anxiety on the end of hospital life and returning to their ordinary life. They showed the independence of overcoming their environment by increasing exercise and expected their discharges. In this stage, respect by the nurses is needed for the patients to, overcome their environment and prepare for their independence. Fifth, the attributes of the Extension Stage were pessimism, isolation, dissatisfaction, and pain. Accompanied injury and old age made their ward life extend to over seven weeks. They exhibited weariness, melancholy, skeptisis, general pessimistic feeling, and desperation caused by their isolated life. They experienced the digestive discomfort caused by the prolonged medication and psycological pain caused by long-time hospitalization. As a, result, their dissatisfaction on the human, physical, and systematic environments had been increased. They acquired critical power and sought for something to do spending their time. They expected vaguely about the returning of their ordinary life. In this stage, counseling is needed by the nurse to overcome positively their psychological, social, and physical problems. The process of the FNF patient's ward life starts from the dependent state, when they are hospitalized, and gradually progresses to self-fulfillment in order to keep independent life. As a result, the FNF patients showed "Response in Challenge" or "Adaptation in Conflict" through their experiences of social, physical, and psychological difficulties.

은퇴 노인의 주관안녕과 신체건강에 영향을 미치는 요인들: 은퇴전 직종에 따른 종단 연구 (Psycho-Social Determinants of Subjective Well-being and Physical Health of a Retired Elders in Korea: A Longitudinal Study on the occupational classification)

  • 은퇴한 한국 노인의 주관안녕과 신체건강에 과거 경험한 질병 수, 경제상태 수준, 사회관계 요인들로는 배우자에 대한 만족, 자녀에 대한 만족, 자녀에 대한 기대, 사회적 지원 그리고 개인경험 요인으로는 자존심 욕구의 충족, 종교신앙, 정적정서, 부적정서, 건강행동으로는 음주행동 요인이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 은퇴 전에 종사하였던 직종의 유형에 따라 현재(T1)의 주관안녕 및 신체건강에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 비교해보고 이러한 요인들이 2년 후(T2)의 주관안녕과 신체건강에도 동일한 영향을 미치는지 종단적인 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2003년(T1)과 2005년(T2)의 조사에 모두 참여한 서울과 춘천지역에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 1,315명의 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 은퇴노인들 (n=735)이 현재 재직 중인 노인들(n=374)에 비하여 2003년과 2005년 모두에서 과거질병 및 종교신앙 수준이 높았으며, 경제상태, 사회지원, 자존욕구충족, 음주행동, 정적정서, 주관안녕 및 신체건강 지각 수준이 낮았다. 한편 재직 중인 노인 집단과 은퇴한 노인 집단의 2003년 주관안녕과 신체건강을 각각 설명해 보고자 12개 요인들을 단계별로 중다회귀 분석을 실시한 결과, 은퇴노인들의 주관안녕은 재직노인들(63.0%)과 달리 결혼만족과 음주행동 요인이 추가되어 8개 요인이 유의하게 설명하였다(70.5%). 은퇴노인들의 신체건강은 재직노인들(33.7%)과 달리 자녀기대와 음주행동 요인이 추가되어 5개 요인이 유의하게 설명하였다(36.4%). 은퇴노인들의 2년 후 주관안녕은 재직노인들(44.7%)과 달리 결혼만족과 신체건강 요인이 추가되어 5개 요인이 유의하게 설명하였으며(41.8%), 신체건강은 결혼만족, 정적정서 및 부적정서 요인이 추가되어 5개 요인이 26.5%를 유의하게 설명하였다. 은퇴노인 집단들의 경우, 직종별로 세분한 중다회귀 분석 결과도 제시하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과를 논의하고 장래 연구를 위한 시사점을 제안하였다.

에로스, 구원을 위한 유혹 (Eros, Seduction for Redemption)

  • 현대인은 자기(Self) 혹은 신성과의 단절로 인해 고통 받고 있다. 그러나 이 단절로 인해 고통 받는 것은 비단 인간만이 아닐 것이다. 신 역시 자신을 탄생시킬 수 있는 유일한 자궁인 인간의식과의 단절로 인해 고통 받고 있다. 인간과 신은 서로를 필요로 하며 욕망한다. 따라서 신과 인간은 서로를 구원하기 위해 서로를 유혹해야하는 운명에 처해 있다고 상상해 볼 수 있겠다. 에로스는 특유의 초월적 본질로 인해 현대인으로 하여금 종교를 통하지 않고도 자기와 접촉할 수 있게 해주는 얼마 남지 않은 방법 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 개성화 과정의 한 방법으로써의 에로스 및 에로티시즘과 더불어 이런 형태의 개성화 과정에 적합한 정신의 자질들을 고찰하고자 한다. 욕망과 신성의 속성을 동시에 가진 에로스는 그 자신의 정수인 생명력과 불멸의 감정을 엑스터시 안에서 추구할 수 있는 인간을 필요로 한다. 이에 이 신은 그 자신을 육화시킬 수 있는 자질을 가진 인간을 유혹하는 것 같다. 유혹의 대상이 되는 인간은 사랑의 체험에 있어 자기를 향해 자아를 기꺼이 포기할 수 있는 자질을 가지고 있어야 할 것이다. 개성화는 자기를 향한 자아의 철저한 포기를 통해 이루어지기 때문이다. 따라서 에로스가 가진 유혹의 목적은 이러한 잠재력을 가진 인간을 무의식 상태에서 깨움으로써 사랑 속에서 신성을 추구하도록 만들려는 것으로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 나는 이러한 에로스의 유혹을 "신의 에로티시즘"으로 명명하였다. 에로스 신의 유혹의 결과로서 자기를 체험한 개인이 개성화 과정을 끝까지 추구할 수 있기 위해서는 버림받음 역시 반드시 필요한 과정으로 보인다. 상실된 신을 유혹하고 육화해야하는 엄중한 과제 앞에서 자신 속에 무엇이 결핍되었는지에 대한 통렬한 자각보다 더 필요한 것은 없을 것이기 때문이다. 연구 결과 전통적인 개념으로써의 멜랑콜리아적 성향을 가진 개인이 이러한 개성화과정에 적합한 것으로 파악됐다. 이들은 사랑에 탐닉하는 경향이 있으며 생명의 덧없음과 무한성의 결핍에 대한 예리한 자각으로 인해 쉽게 고통 받는다. 결핍을 자각한 자만이 결핍된 대상을 추구할 수 있다는 사실을 고려하면 왜 멜랑콜리아를 가진 개인이 신성에 속하는 존재의 영속성을 동경하고 추구하는 운명에 처해지는지가 설명될 수 있을 것이다. 에로티시즘에 내재한 신의 계획을 놓칠 때 우리는 결코 성을 이해할 수 없으며 우리의 정신에서 본능과 영성이 왜 그토록 가까운지 체험할 수 없을 것이다. 사랑의 신은 강렬한 섹슈얼리티를 가지고 영적 위기를 도발함으로써 우리의 미지근한 영혼을 구원하러 온다. 에로스는 우리를 파괴하러 온 궁극의 구원자인 것이다.
