For this purpose, we applied the 'Cyber Home Study Content Quality Control Tool' presented in 'Elementary Secondary Education e-Learning Quality Management Guidelines (Ver.2.0)' of Korea Education & Research Information Service (2008). The results of contents analysis are as follow: First, it was presented that the study guide introduced the contents which should be studied for one class, properly. And it was not analyzed that the diagnosis assesment was not completed in the initiative study; Second, it was possible to study choosing the contents fitting the learner's level of learning in the main study, it was comprised of about 15 minutes. Third, it was performed without feedback for incorrect answers in the learning assessment, just the number of wrong questions. And the learning arrangement present the important contents learned in that class, summarizing and arranging again. The results of content evaluation are as follows: First, a big difference was not showed against the needs analysis, instructional design, interaction in each class. And the evaluation of the ethics was not included a word or sentence not suitable. The evaluation of copyright, it was analyzed that Work within the content display in compliance with international copyright Second, the evaluation of instructional design presented mainly the description of a simple picture based, the visible resources like flash card were poor. And in the evaluation of Supporting System, it was presented that the contents were installed so that it was freely available for learners. But it was analyzed that there was no memo-function learners were able to jot down something during the studying contents. And in the evaluation for evaluation, the clear valuation basis about the described content was not presented. So there were slightly differences for each class. • This article is to investigate the possibility that project-based classes introducing mobile phones can replace the monotony of traditional classes led by teachers as well as they can encourage students to take active part in the classes to some extent. The students in groups choose a genre for their own video projects (e.g., movie, drama, news, documentary, and commercial) and produce the video contents using a mobile phone for presentation made at the end of a semester. In the sense that the students are allowed to do video-based mobile phone projects, they can work independently outside of class, where time and space are more flexible and students are free from the anxiety of speaking or acting in front of an audience. A mobile phone project consists of around five stages done both in and outside of the classroom. All of these stages can be graded independently, including genre selection, drafting of scripts, peer review and revision, rehearsals, and presentation of the video. Feedback is given to students. After the presentation, students filled out a survey questionnaire sheet devised to analyze students' responses toward preferences and level of difficulty of the project activity. Finally, proposals are made for introduction of a better mobile phone-based project classes.

  • The portfolio can be used as a methodology supporting the learning of constructivism. Recently, the use of portfolios has been increased gradually in the education field, but a study on the current state analysis and design direction of portfolios leaves much to be desired. In this paper, we analyze statistical data on the portfolio application of teachers in domestic elementary, middle, and high school. We also propose a design direction of e-portfolio needed in the society of knowledge information based on this analysis. The results of research show that the following problems will be improved: understanding portfolio, analyzing the current state according to the types of portfolio application, designing a distinguished system according to the level of school, expanding education of teachers with high career, and developing a guide helper. The design of total system that combines the learning and evaluation is needed to improve a problem that spends lots of time to make portfolio, and operates temporally and formally achievement evaluation. In addition, the design of e-portfolio supporting efficiently interaction and self-directed teaming is required.

  • This study is a qualitative study in which a focus group interview is applied to explore nursing students' perception of blended learning. 21 students in the 4th grade of nursing department were divided into 4 groups to collect data through interviews and content analysis was conducted. As a result of the study, it was categorized into four topics: 'Application and operation that are not thoroughly prepared', 'Loss of direction and departure from learning', 'One-way listening', and 'Convenience'. Students were satisfied with blended learning which is free from time and space constraints and repetitive, but felt inadequacy and unsatisfactoriness about quality of online contents, system, and preparation for applying blended learning. In order to apply blended learning in the future nursing classes, high-quality online content should be developed based on the effective design of online and offline classes considering the curriculum, and a systematic, administrative, financial, and institutional foundation to support online course should be prepared. In addition, a support system should be created to guide students' self-directed learning activities in online classes of blended learning.

  • This study proposes hyper-parameter settings for developing a generative AI-based learning support tool to facilitate programming education in online distance learning. We implemented an experimental tool that can set research hyper-parameters according to three different learning contexts, and evaluated the quality of responses from the generative AI using the tool. The experiment with the default hyper-parameter settings of the generative AI was used as the control group, and the experiment with the research hyper-parameters was used as the experimental group. The experiment results showed no significant difference between the two groups in the "Learning Support" context. However, in other two contexts ("Code Generation" and "Comment Generation"), it showed the average evaluation scores of the experimental group were found to be 11.6% points and 23% points higher than those of the control group respectively. Lastly, this study also observed that when the expected influence of response on learning motivation was presented in the 'system content', responses containing emotional support considering learning emotions were generated.
