Implementation of the Intelligent System using RFID for HealthCare Self-Diagnosis (RFID를 이용한 헬스케어 자가진단 지능형시스템 구현)

  • In this paper, we implemented the intelligent healthcare system self-diagnosis that can achieve self-diagnosis by measured bio-signal(blood pressure, blood sugar, body fat monitor) after the recognize a user to access using RFID. The implemented healthcare self-diagnosis intelligent system is consist of kiosk structure that is RFID reader, bio-signal measuring instrument(hemadynamometer, glucometer, body fat monitor), computer for a part of database server and printer for print the result of self-diagnosis. It can achieve self-diagnosis of a user after compare and analyze the measured data and information of a user from database. The implemented system can make simple self-diagnosis even if not take a physical examination at hospital and apply to company, school, etc.

  • Sasang constitution medicine is to do different treatment accordining to sasang constitution. Therefore, the constitution diagnosis in the Sasang constitution medicine is very important thing. The Process of Sasang constitution diagnosis Is difficult thing, because of consuming much time, making every effort. It is apt to be subjective tendency. So it need to make objective method. The QSCC II (Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification II ) have several problems- can't do diagnosis of Taeyangin, the accuracy rate of Sasang constitution diagnosis is not high (probably 60%), and so on. So, we need the new methods for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis. We will modify the problems of QSCC II. The First is the problems of the study execution process, not-multicenter study, a low data, the absent of Taeyangin cases. So, we have to do the multicenter study. The Second is the problems of a query and the method of statistics analysis. We will modify the problems of self-report Questionnaire. That is the problems of self-report Questionnaire, the lack of objective estimation( body type, personal appearance, etc), the absent of the estimation on typical or non-typical type constitution. We modified the problems of QSCC II. Therefore we made the new self-report Questionnaire for patients. We modified the problems of self-report Questionnaire. Therefore we made the new Constituion diagnosis Questionnaire for doctors. We develop the Questionnaire of two ways for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis. The one is the new self-report Questionnaire for patients. The other is the new Constitution diagnosis Questionnaire for doctors. We have to melt down the Questionnaire of two ways for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis.

  • A new material was tested and its applicability was investigated so as to give the capability of self-diagnosis of fracture in composite mortar. In the research for giving self-diagnosis capability, conductive mortar intermixed with cokes and carbon fiber powder(milled carbon fiber) was developed and its using for self-diagnosis material was proposed. Then after examining change in the value of electric resistance and AE characteristics before and after the occurrence of cracks at each weight-stage, the relationships of each factors were analyzed. As the results, it can be recognized that a new composite material with cokes and carbon fiber powder(milled carbon fiber) can be applied for self-diagnosis of fracture in mortar specimen.

A Study for Identification of Nursing Diagnosis using the Roy's Adaptation Model in Maternity Unit (Roy's Adaptation Model에 의한 모성영역에서의 간호진단 확인연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the meaningful nursing diagnosis in maternity unit and to suggest formally the basal data to the nursing service with scientific approach. The subject for this paper were 64 patients who admitted to Chung Ang University Hospital, Located in Seoul, from Mar. 10, to July 21, 1993. The results were as follows: 1. The number of nursing diagnosis from 64 patients were 892 and average number of nursing diagnosis per patient was 13.9. 2. Applying the division of nursing diagnosis to Roy's Adaptation Model, determined nursing diagnosis from the 64 patients were 621 (69.6%) in physiological adaptation mode and (Comfort, altered r/t), (Injury, potential for r/t), (Infection, potential for r/t), (Bowel elimination, altered patterns r/t), (Breathing pattern, ineffective r/t), (Nutrition, altered r/t less than body requirement) in order, and 139 (15.6%) in role function mode, (Self care deficit r/t), (Knowledge deficit r/t), (Mobility, impaired physical r/t) in order, 122 (13.7%) in interdependence adaptation mode, (Anxiety r/t), (Family Process, altered r/t) in order, 10(1.1%) in self concept adaptation mode, (Powerlessness r/t), (Grieving, dysfunctional r/t) in order. 3. Nursing diagnosis in maternity unit by the medical diagnosis, the average hospital dates were 3.8 days in normal delivery and majority of used nursing diagnosis, (Comfort, altered r/t) 64.6%, (Self care deficit r/t) 13.6% in order, and the average hospital dates were 9.6 days in cesarean section delivery and majority of used nursing diagnosis, (Comfort, altered r/t) 51.6%, (Self care deficit r/t) 15.2%, (Infection, potential for r/t) 9.9%, (Injury, potential "for r/t) 8.1%, (Anxiety r/t) 5.0%, (Mobility, impaired physical r/t) 3.3% in order, and the average hospital dates were 15.8days in preterm labor and majority of used nursing diagnosis, (Comfort, altered r/ t), (Anxiety r/t), (Injury, potential for r/t) in order, and the average short-term hospital dates were 2.5days, long-term hospital dates were 11.5days in gynecologic diseases and majority of used nursing diagnosis, (Comfort, altered r/t).   • Distributed computing helps to efficiently store and process large data on a cluster of multiple machines. The performance of distributed computing is greatly influenced depending on the state of the servers constituting the distributed system. In this paper, we propose a self-diagnosis system that collects log data in a distributed system, detects anomalies and visualizes the results in real time. First, we divide the self-diagnosis process into five stages: collecting, delivering, analyzing, storing, and visualizing stages. Next, we design a real-time self-diagnosis system that meets the goals of real-time, scalability, and high availability. The proposed system is based on Apache Flume, Apache Kafka, and Apache Storm, which are representative real-time distributed techniques. In addition, we use simple but effective moving average and 3-sigma based anomaly detection technique to minimize the delay of log data processing during the self-diagnosis process. Through the results of this paper, we can construct a distributed real-time self-diagnosis solution that can diagnose server status in real time in a complicated distributed system.

  • In this paper, a fault diagnosis method is proposed for self-diagnostics of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), process controller in industrial fields, and diagnosis of its external devices such as sensors and actuators. The aim of this research is proposition of systematic method of fault diagnosis of PLC control system and development of its equipment. A PLC fault diagnosis algorithm consists of self-diagnostics given by PLC makers, Inpuot/Output tracking method by analyzing sequence PLC programs, searching method of past fault cases in database using an expert system, and diagnosis of PLC units such as CPU, DI, and DO board. Finally usability of PLC fault diagnostic system is verified by testing a MELSEC PLC.

  • Unlike in previous generations of mobile technology, machine learning (ML)-based self-healing research trend are currently attracting attention to provide high-quality, effective, and low-cost 5G services that need to operate in the HetNets scenario where various wireless transmission technologies are added. Self-healing plays a vital role in detecting and mitigating the faults, and confirming that there is still room for improvement. We analyzed the research trend in self-healing framework and ML-based fault detection, fault diagnosis, and fault compensation. We propose that to ensure that self-healing is a proactive instead of being reactive, we have to design an ML-based self-healing framework and select a suitable ML algorithm for fault detection, diagnosis, and outage compensation.

  • In the case of a weak self-control youth, young students easily tend to fall into addiction by using the Internet as a sensation seeking and an alternative to escape the reality. Until now, internet addiction self-diagnosis techniques such as Internet addiction scale have been developed and used to solve this kind of internet addiction issue. However, traditional methods do not assess the correlation of addiction and the effects of the environment systematically because they are simply composed of redundant addiction scale criteria and questionnaire forms of the diagnostic methods. Thus, in this paper, we propose a new internet addiction self-diagnosis technique based on Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) and implement a self-diagnosis system in order to make a systematic internet addiction self-diagnosis system. In addition, we analyze the correlation of the measured data based on different perspectives such as home environment, family relationships, peer relationships, school life, and so on.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the self-diagnosis methodology based on process for improving the effectiveness in public institutions service and to suggest it. For this goal, we would like to select the management methodology which can be easily handled from the viewpoint of working personnel in the public institutions and make it as a process. First, the strategy for the public institutions and the strategic task for practicing it are acquired using BSC (Balanced Score Card) which is now under the active research. At this time, the relative degree of significance is derived using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) which is conducted for the professionals and management to get the degree of importance in the strategic tasks. The acquired relative degree of significance and the figures related to the performance of each strategic task derived from the subsequent questionnaire are used to get the final highly efficient strategic task through IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). In this study, this process based self diagnosis methodology will be explained in detail using the case of Project A in order to verify the effectiveness of the management science technique on the self diagnosis of the public institutions.

A Study on the Developement of Evaluation Indicator for Brand Self-diagnosis of Agricultural Management Organizations (농업경영체의 브랜드 자가진단을 위한 평가지표 개발)

  • This study is to develop evaluation indicator for brand self-diagnosis of agricultural management organizations and analyze importance weight to be used in the field. Self-diagnosis evaluation indicator of brand equity of agricultural management organizations were selected by brainstorming of brand specialists. As a result, six evaluation indicator of communication, organization, responsiveness, clarity, customer relations and quality control were selected. Importance weight of self-diagnosis evaluation indicator of brand equity of agricultural management organizations was analyzed by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy AHP. The results of Fuzzy AHP were as follows. Communication for 13.9%, organization for 6.5%, responsiveness for 9.9%, clarity for 7.7%, customer relations for 26.5%, and quality control for 35.5% respectively. In order to enhance brand equity of agricultural management organizations, first, cultivation guidelines should be set up to produce equal quality products among members. Second, quality levels need to be subdivided, brands and packages should be different by level. Third, persistent efforts to find new clients and distributors. Fourth, various efforts to maintain the existing excellent clients and distributors.
