다속성 빅데이터로부터 유용한 정보 추출에 관한 연구 - 서울시 1인 가구를 중심으로 - (A Study on Extraction of Useful Information from Big dataset of Multi-attributes - Focus on Single Household in Seoul -)

  • This study proposes a data-mining analysis method for examining variable multi-attribute big-data, which is considered to be more applicable in social science using a Correspondence Analysis of variables obtained by AIC model selection. The proposed method was applied on the Seoul Survey from 2005 to 2010 in order to extract interesting rules or patterns on characteristics of single household. The results found as follows. Firstly, this paper illustrated that the proposed method is efficiently able to apply on a big dataset of huge categorical multi attributes variables. Secondly, as a result of Seoul Survey analysis, it has been found that the more dissatisfied with residential environment the higher tendency of residential mobility in single household. Thirdly, it turned out that there are three types of single households based on the characteristics of their demographic characteristics, and it was different from recognition of home and partner of counselling by the three types of single households. Fourthly, this paper extracted eight significant variables with a spatial aggregated dataset which are highly correlated to the ratio of occupancy of single household in 25 Seoul Municipals, and to conclude, it investigated the relation between spatial distribution of single households and their demographic statistics based on the six divided groups obtained by Cluster Analysis.

튀김가루 구매 요구도 조사 - 중요도-만족도 분석과 컨조인트 분석을 통한 구매 시 선택속성 분석 - (Purchasing Needs of Frying Powder according to Purchasing Attributes - Analysis for Selection Attributes through Importance-Satisfaction Analysis and Conjoint Analysis -)

  • This study attempted to improve frying powder products based on 272 consumers' purchase conditions. Factor analysis by type was conducted on purchase attributes of consumers who purchased frying powder by categorizing them based on five factors-namely, convenience, information, diversity, safety, and economy. Five main factors were divided into four purchase attributes named various pursuit, convenience pursuit, economical pursuit, and inform/safety pursuit. Purchasing status of frying powder products was analyzed according to three independent variables such as age, meal preparation type, and purchase attributes. The top motivation for using frying powder was convenience. According to the importance-satisfaction analysis survey, taste, expiration date, and certification mark were chosen as highly important and high satisfaction characteristics for frying powder (p<0.001), whereas nutrition, oil absorption, adhesiveness, crispiness, origin, and food additives were highly important and low satisfaction characteristics (p<0.001). In the conjoint analysis, crispiness was the most important attribute of fried food.

  • 근래 소비자의 제품 선택은 단순한 소득 계층별이 아니라 다양한 라이프스타일에 따라서 변화되고 있으며, 그에 따라 수요의 다양화, 상품의 다품종화가 모든 산업에서 전개되고 있다. 즉 기업은 다양화, 다품종화 속에서 얼마나 생산성을 실현하느냐에 따라 미래 기업의 운명이 좌우되는 것이다. 본 논고에서는 제품개발에 있어서 상품성이 높은 제품개발에는 개발 과정에서의 표적시장 명확화가 불가결하다는 점에 인식에서 출발, 메이커만의 독자적 아이덴티티를 구축하여 브랜드 이미지를 형성하고, 그에 따른 브랜드 역할과 가치에 대해 자동차 사례를 중심으로 논의한 것이다. 이러한 브랜드 고유의 일관된 디자인 아이덴티티를 정립, 적용함으로서 상징성이나 감성적 성향이 점차 강조되어 가고 있는 제품속성에 대응, 고객이 만족하는 기대수준 이상의 가치를 제공하려는 데 의미가 있다.

FARS: A Fairness-aware Routing Strategy for Mobile Opportunistic Networks

  • Mobile opportunistic network is a kind of ad hoc networks, which implements the multi-hop routing communication with the help of contact opportunity brought about by the mobility of the nodes. It always uses opportunistic data transmission mode based on store-carry-forward to solve intermittent connect problem of link. Although many routing schemes have been proposed, most of them adopt the greedy transmission mode to pursue a higher delivery efficient, which result in unfairness extremely among nodes. While, this issue has not been paid enough attention up to now. In this paper, we analyzed the main factors that reflect fairness among nodes, modeled routing selection as a multiple attribute decision making problem, and proposed our Fairness-aware Routing Strategy, named FARS. To evaluate the performance of our FARS, extensive simulations and analysis have been done based on a real-life dataset and a synthetic dataset, respectively. The results show that, compared with other existing protocols, our FARS can greatly improve the fairness of the nodes when ensuring the overall delivery performance of the network.

철도 BIM의 룰 항목 도출을 위한 설계기준 검토 (A Review on Track Design Standards for Selection of Rule Items for Railway BIM)

  • Railway is compsed in various components, such as subgrade, track bed, sleeper, rail, and overhead line, on a linear space. Therefore, comprehensive work for various design standards and guidelines is required when designing a railway facility. For this reason, much time and effort are required to review the relevant design standards and guidelines. While, automatic legal check system for BIM models has been developed in the architectural engineering, it has not been developed in the railway engineering. This study reviews the korean design standard and the korean code for railway engineering, and suggests some rule items of logical information. Comparing the suggested rule items to the railway BIM library, items of logical information and additional attribute information are obtained. The analysis results of railway design standards and BIM library presented in this study would be utilized for defining rule-set items that is essential for development of the automatic legal check system for railway BIM models.

A Study of Smartphone Sustainable Business in the Chinese Market through Conjoint Analysis

  • Purpose: This study focuses on the Chinese smartphone market to estimate product attributes influencing Chinese customers' preference for developing new smartphones through conjoint analysis. Research design, data and methodology: The online questionnaire survey is processed among Chinese potential smartphone customers. Conjoint analysis including traditional conjoint analysis (TCA) and choice-based conjoint analysis (CBCA), is used to analyze the useful data of 500. Results: Results indicate that price is the most important predictor while screen size is the least for Chinese customers' preference whether the method is TCA or CBCA. However, the importance of brand, capacity, CPU, and screen design is different. Moreover, based on each smartphone attribute level's utility, the new products with the best combinations are different compared with both methods. Finally, the predicted market shares of the top 3 products are the same with maximum utility rule model between TCA and CBCA. However, when considering with the new best combined product, they are significantly different. Conclusions: Managers should recognize the differences between TCA and CBCA and select the best method to develop new smartphones for sustainable business in the Chinese competitive market based on the important attributes of price, brand, capacity, CPU, screen design, and size.

중국 북경지역 대학 급식소 고객의 급식선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 평가 (Evaluation of Perceived Importance and Satisfaction of Foodservice Selection Attributes in University Students in Beijing, China)

  • 중국 북경지역 대학 급식소의 음식과 서비스 품질 개선 방안을 마련하고자 중국 북경지역 3곳의 대학 급식소를 이용하는 고객 총 619명을 대상으로 설문조사 하여 통계분석 한 결과 조사대상자는 남자가 53.5%, 여자가 46.5%였고, 평균 연령은 만 23세였다. 전체 응답자 중 하루 세끼 식사를 하는 비율은 전체의 85.3%였고, 대학 급식소에서 점심을 하는 비율은 1주일에 평균 5회 이상인 경우가 전체의 85.5%였다. 그리고 점심비 평균은 5위안(원화 905원) 초과에서 8위안(원화 1,448원) 이하가 전체의 51.7%로 가장 많았으며 대학 급식선택속성에 대한 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 결과 우선으로 개선이 필요하다고 평가된 항목은 '음식의 맛', '음식 재료의 신선도', '메뉴의 다양성', '식사 대기시간'과 '화장실의 청결' 등이었다. 그리고 조사대상자의 특성에 따른 급식선택속성 요인의 만족도 차이 분석 결과 '음식의 질과 메뉴' 요인에 대한 만족도는 평균 급식비가 8위안(1,448원) 초과한 그룹이 다른 그룹에 비해 유의적으로 낮았고(P<0.05), '물리적 환경' 요인에 대한 만족도는 대학 급식소에서 점심을 1주일 평균 4회 이하로 하는 그룹이 5회 이상 식사하는 그룹에 비해 유의적으로 낮았다(P<0.05). 또한 '서비스 질' 요인에 대한 만족도는 매일 대학교 급식소에서 점심식사를 하는 그룹이 다른 그룹에 비해 유의적으로 높았으며(P<0.05), '편리성과 가격' 요인에 대한 만족도는 평균 급식비가 5위안(905원) 이하인 그룹이 다른 그룹에 비해 유의적으로 높았다(P<0.05). 따라서 중국 대학 급식소의 급식관리자는 급식소 이용 고객의 만족도를 증대시키기 위해서 음식의 질 개선과 함께 적정한 가격에 다양한 메뉴를 제공하는 방안을 적극적으로 모색해야 할 것이다.

커피 전문점 선택요인과 만족도에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Analysis of Customer Choice and Satisfaction Factors among Three Types of Coffee Shops)

  • Purpose - Theorists and researchers in the area of customer satisfaction generally agree that product satisfaction intervenes between expectancy disconfirmation and various post-purchase cognitive states including attitude and behavioral intention. Studies in a variety of settings have supported the effect of expectation and its disconfirmation on satisfaction, but only a small number of studies address the cognitive consequences of satisfaction decisions and none report data on choice processes such as brand selection. This study examines the influence of satisfaction and its determinants on behavioral intention and product preference in eight coffee shops across the country. Generally it was found in both overall and summed attribute analyses that satisfaction was a function of expectation and disconfirmation, that intention was a function of satisfaction, and that preference was influenced by satisfaction and disconfirmation, the latter having the greater effect. Research design, data, and methodology - The main objective of this study was to assess the dimensions of consumer selection and satisfaction in choosing a coffee shop. In order to achieve this objective, a study of coffee shops across the country was conducted. This study comprised in-depth questionnaires distributed to coffee shop customers. A survey was conducted from September 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011, involving franchise coffee shop, independently owned coffee shop, and roastery coffee shop customers. Results - Hypothesis 1-1, which states that coffee shop choice attributes differ based on the type of coffee shop, is accepted. It has a significance level of 0.05, according to choosing properties of coffee shop by convenience of transportation, varieties of beans, residence of the owner (manager), information, and relationships. Hypothesis 1-2, which states that satisfaction with the choice factor differs depending on the type of coffee shops, is accepted. The P-values for cleanliness and varieties of beans were 0.04 and 0.00, respectively, and have a significance level of 0.05, according to the satisfaction with the chosen coffee shop. Hypothesis 2-1, which states that the importance of the choice attributes in coffee shop selections differs based on the demographic characteristics of the customers, is accepted. According to the t-test result, convenience of parking and residence of the owner (manager) are significant. Hypothesis 2-2, which states that satisfaction with the choice factor will differ depending of the type of coffee shop, is accepted. Conclusions - This study has shown that intention to revisit a certain shop is most likely correlated to satisfaction in all cases. In order to offer subsequent developments for coffee shops, this study also identifies relations between customer satisfaction and selection by finding significant factors. In order to maximize customers' satisfaction, coffee shops should analyze and satisfy customers' needs and wants in terms of coffee service. While the findings do not generalize beyond the mall sampling procedure used here, we have hopefully identified a close approximation of the process of satisfaction decisions used by consumers generally.

정보검색과 커피전문점 선택속성이 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Information Retrieval and Coffee Shop's Attributes on the Means of Repositioning)

  • 최근 커피전문점 수의 지속적 증가와 이를 방문하려는 소비자들의 커피전문점 방문을 위한 정보검색이 늘어나고 있다. 기존의 커피전문점의 선택속성과 검색을 통해 실제 방문했을 때의 선택속성에 정보검색의 요인을 추가하여 커피전문점 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 했으며, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구의 분석은 정보검색을 통해 커피전문점 방문하기 전과 방문 후의 두 가지로 나누어 실시하였다. 첫번째는 정보검색 시 중요하게 생각하는 4가지 요인과 선택속성은 정보의 신뢰성(커피전문점의 후기 개수와 조회 수, 최근 포스팅), 물리적 환경(매장의 근접성, 분위기, 규모, 사이드메뉴의 존재 유무), 정보의 시각성(물리적 환경, 배경, 디자인, 쉬운 구성), 상품성(커피의 맛, 주차의 편의성)으로 나타났다. 또한 정보검색을 통한 실제 커피 전문점 방문 후 만족도에 대한 선택속성은 커피전문점의 일반적 특징, 메뉴, 정보의 일치성, 커피의 맛, 주차의 편의성의 5가지로 도출되었으며, 이 중 정보의 일치성, 커피의 맛, 커피의 일반적 특징은 재방문 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 속성으로 나타났다.

프랜차이즈 분식점의 브랜드 포지셔닝에 관한 연구 - 부산 지역 대학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on Brand Positioning of Franchise Snack Bar - Focused on Busan Area -)

  • 이 연구는 포지셔닝 전략에 관한 연구로서 프랜차이즈 분식점 브랜드의 경쟁관계를 분석하고, 고객의 욕구를 충족시켜주는 선택속성이 무엇인지 파악하여 효율적인 포지셔닝 전략을 수립함으로 발전적인 마케팅 방향을 제시하였다. 요인분석을 통하여 고객들이 인지하는 프랜차이즈 분식점들의 선택속성은 총 25의 문항들은 총 3개의 요인으로(음식의 품질, 직원들의 서비스, 물리적 환경)으로 범주화 되었다. 이용동기에 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 일원배치분석(ANOVA)를 실시하여 Duncan을 통하여 사후분석하였고, 다차원척도법(MDS)을 통하여 브랜드 유사성, 선택속성과 브랜드 선호도를 검증하였다. 아딸은 음식, 서비스, 물리적 환경 속성에서 평균보다 높은 점수를 받았으며, 봉구스 밥버거는 서비스와 물리적 환경, 고봉민 김밥은 음식과 물리적 환경속성이 평균보다 높았다. 김밥천국은 음식, 서비스, 물리적 환경의 세 요인 모두에서 평균보다 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 5개의 프랜차이즈 분식점에 대한 유용한 경쟁관계를 나타내는 포지셔닝 맵과 실용적인 제안을 제공하였다.
