  • In this study, in order to obtain basic data on the development of a new hanbok skirt pattern for developing a customizing system, a new hanbok brand skirt pattern was compared and analyzed. After analyzing the patterns of six new hanbok brands, virtual simulation was performed to evaluate the appearance, clothing pressure, and airgap. As a result of analyzing the waist skirt patterns of commercial new hanbok brands A, B, C, D, E, and F, it was found that they were produced in different dimensions despite the free size skirt of the same design. The pattern of new hanbok waist skirt was composed of a flat pattern like the traditional hanbok. As a result of appearance evaluation, it was evaluated that there were significant differences between the patterns of the six brands in all the evaluation items on the front, side, and back. In the appearance evaluation, it was evaluated that the waist skirt of the B brand was excellent. As a result of examining the color distribution and airgap, it was evaluated that the airgap was large in most parts due to the characteristics of the waist skirt worn around the waist, and the garment pressure was low. In this paper, we propose a basic data for standardizing dimensions and patterns according to activation New Hanbok. It is thought that a unified pattern development based on the B brand pattern should be made.

  • Security of chaos communication system that has characteristic of sensitive initial conditions is superior to digital communication systems, but BER(Bit Error Rate) performance is evaluatied badly. So, studies in order to improve the BER performance is important. existing studies, BER performance of proposed chaos transceiver is possible to improve than the CDSK(Correlation Delay Shift Keying) system because it has characteristic that has very few addition elements like noise signal except for the desired signal. Chaos communication system has many symbols because it spreads according to characteristic of chaos map. Therefore, study that can have the good data rate in chaos communication system is required. Information bits of existing chaos modulation system are modulated as -1 and 1 on the basis of BPSK system. However, instead of BPSK system, if chaos communication system is applied high level modulation systems such as QPSK system and 16QAM system, it is possible to have good data rate because more data are transmitted at a time. In the paper, when QPSK system and 16QAM system are applied to proposed chaos transceiver in existing study, we evaluate the SER(Symbol Error Rate) performance and compare the each performance. Also, when QPSK system and 16QAM system are applied to proposed chaos transceiver, we evaluate the anti-jamming performance of proposed system.

  • Regarding the [Government Organization Act; which is legislated on 19th November, 2014] Korea Coast Guard(KCG) has been re-organized and belong from Korea Coast Guard shall be established under the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries to Ministry of Public Safety and Security. Furthermore, National Police Agency(NPA) Commissioner has the right for administer duties concerning investigation and information by succession from Korea Coast Guard Commissioner. That means that main rule has been moved from prior KCG to Ministry of Public Safety and Security(MPSS) and NPA currently which is dual structure. Meanwhile, This kind of organization change has been effective to investigative agency which exert KCG's call of duty and causes needs of variety problems. In other words, There are quite huge changes such as KCG's reduction of their work, call of duty and re-organization regarding revised government organization act. However this change - including re-organization by government, was not able to take current MPSS's special features such as organization specialty and legal rights. It means, the current change has not been taken present law system CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LAW and there was no preparation to stable maritime police authority action as well. To sum up, this revised GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ACT is supposed to provide total, quick security service by establishing strong disasters and safety control tower. However they only contains few area such as organization revision regarding 'Sewol Ferry Disaster', they was not able to contain the other parts of Society. Therefore, in this article I would like to check the part of re-evaluation of current change made by KCC's organization revision. It is supposed to provide better legal stability by making clear of work area by government agencies who acts maritime police authority.

  • In this era of big data, a variety of government organizations are trying to create new added value via Information Integration. Therefore, several projects related to government agencies' information sharing have activated system connection/integration. The risk factors of system operation, however, have increased as the volume of Information Integration System grows. The interference in information sharing is predicted to affect the operation of the agencies, and the issue will grow even worse with massive impact on civil society when the agency operation is interrupted due to system failures in terms of infrastructure, software, data quality, and security. Diverse studies related to the maintenance of Information System have been conducted, but there is currently no evaluation framework for the operational system of Information Integration between various government agencies. In this respect, this study distinguishes each of the Information System components, Data, IT, People, Process, systematizes with Plan-Do-See, and finally presents a maturity model for Information Integration. Nine derived processes were analyzed through interview and questionnaires from Information Integration System officials, further suggesting maturity stage applying CMMI. This model allows diagnosis of the maturity level of an Information Integration System, and is expected to be utilized as resource for improving organizational processes.

  • It is usually proposed that job security of old age workers is hampered by the structure of wage increasing with age. This paper sets forth a model to comprehend the characteristic of the old age workers' labor market and policy implications derived from it. In order to stimulate demand for old age workers, policy initiatives should be taken as follows : the wage criteria should be simplified which apply differently from one institution to other; incentives relatively favorable for employing old age workers' in manufacturing sector should be also given to service sectors; employment subsidy or other tax incentives should be given for labor contract after the retirement age; licensing and evaluation system for job ability should be introduced based on occupation & job analysis. To lower the reservation wage of workers, mortgage loan for house and long-term low interest loan for tuition fees should be developed together with stabilization of housing cost. Wedding culture which requires high expense should be amended. Above all, it is necessary to install reasonable social security system. Policy orientation should also pay attention to reduce labor supply of the old aged via aiding old age workers' firm opening and voluntary civil service together with developing various honor programs for members of civil corps.

  • Thailand had issued a national strategic development master plan with issues related to water resources and water security in the entire water management. Water resources are an important factor of living and development of the country's socio-economy to be stable, prosperous and sustainable. Therefore, water management in both multidimensional and multi-sectoral systems is important and will supports socio-economic and environmental development. The direction of national development in accordance with the national strategic framework for 20 years that requires the country to level up security level in terms of water, energy and food. To response to the proposed goals, there is a subplan to increase water productivity of the entire water system for economical development use by evaluating use value and to create more value added from water use to meet international standard level. This study aims to evaluate the water productivity of Thailand in each basin and all sectors such as agricultural sector, service and industrial sectors by using the water use data from water account analysis and GDP data from NESDB during the past 10 years (1996-2015). The comparison of water productivity with other countries will also be conducted and in addition, the measures to improve water productivity in next 20 years will be explored to response to the National Strategic Master Plan goals. Water productivity is defined as output per unit of water depleted. The simplest way to compare water productivity across different enterprises is in monetary terms. World Bank presents water productivity as an indication of the efficiency by which each country uses its water resources. There are two data sets used for water productivity analyses, i.e., the first is water use data at end users and the second is Gross Domestic Product. The water use at end users are estimated by water account method based on the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting for Water (SEEA-Water) concept of United Nations. The water account shows the analyses of the water balance between the use and supply of each water resource in physical terms. The water supply and use linkage in the water account analyses separated into each phases, i.e., water sources, water managers, water service providers, water user at end user under water regulators of all kinds of water use activities such as household, industrial, agricultural, tourism, hydropower, and ecological conservation uses. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP), a well- known measuring method of the national economic growth is not actually a comprehensive approach to describe all aspects of national economic status, since GDP does not take into account the costs of the negative impacts to natural resources that result from the overexploitation of development projects, however, at present, integrating the environment with the economy of a country to measure its economic growth with GDP is acceptable worldwide. The study results will show the water use at each basin, use types at end users, water productivity in each sector from 1996-2015 compared with other countries, Besides the productivity improvement measures will be explored and proposed for the National Strategic Master Plan.

  • In today's digital world, smartphones and web-based applications have gained remarkable importance throughout the globe. These smart applications are playing a very significant role in maintaining a powerful business. As well as, they are helping a lot to expand these businesses via social networks. Social media networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn are playing a prominent role to promote the companies. In the hospitality sector, most of the companies are running their hotel booking systems by utilizing mobile applications and a web-based infrastructure, but usability issues still exist. This study has been conducted specifically to tackle the usability issues of hotel booking systems and the best utilization of social networks to promote the business. TripAdvisor was selected as an authentic source for selecting those systems and two international hotels are selected for this study. The first step is to identify different hotel booking systems. In the second step, the user's satisfaction level was measured for the selected systems by performing the System Usability Scale (SUS, Quick & Dirty) approach. Additionally, by which source (social media or personal relations) they found these hotels. It is found that the SUS rating for both systems is below the acceptable level of usability. The Mean SUS for hotel 1 is found at 55.25 and 51.2 for hotel 2. The third step was to identify the user interface (UI) issues, and heuristic evaluation is performed for this. The experts identified the UI issues on the basis of their experience. The major issues were related to the visibility of system status, error prevention, flexibility and efficiency of use. Depending upon the identified issues, an interactive UI (prototype) for the selected web-based applications was proposed. This prototype is mainly based on the user's perspective. This prototype can be used for improving the UI of the selected systems which is based on the user's perspective. During the process of verifying the satisfaction level, it is revealed that the targeted audience is not able to use these systems efficiently and effectively. The reason behind this is the negligence of usability guidelines throughout the process of design and development of these hotel booking systems. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the usability of these systems should be evaluated and redesigned, based on expert opinions. It has also been observed that the reviews/ feedback of customers has spread a negative impact through social networks.

  • The Korean government, as of last year, is attempting to introduce a competitive system in the rail-market. However there are some pertinent issues which need to be addressed in order to select the best possible organization for optimum railway traffic control. As there are no standard guidelines in selecting an agency, objective evaluation factors need to be properly applied to ensure the best possible decision is made. Through literature review and various interviews with experts, appropriate criteria were selected to evaluate the suitability of each potential operator. As generally mentioned, both safety and efficiency play vital roles in the selection process but in addition, there are other factors such as security and fairness, which also need to be considered. The individual weight of these factors were calculated by the AHP, in which three groups of experts were interviewed to acquire their expertise. According to the results, as a potential operator, the score of a railway operating company and the management cooperation of railway is 2.75 and 3.85, respectively. In the future, in preparation towards becoming a competitive rail-market, this research is expected to assist in choosing the best party to control the rail traffic system.
