This study aims to inspect national security consciousness of marriage migrant women, and to figure out factors which affect on awareness of national security. Based on this, this study also suggests a way to build up national security of marriage migrant women. As the result of the factors on security situation, there were several things which are necessity of education, trust in the army and government, positivity toward North Korea and so on, while necessity of education, trust in the army and government, national pride and positivity toward North Korea were on the awareness of national security. There are three ways of building up national security consciousness of marriage migrant women. First, security education is needed to be in the social adjustment program of marriage migrant women. Secondly, concern on security is required to them. Third, a necessity of production on security education material is demanded for marriage migrant women.

많은 조직들이 여전히 정보보안 수준을 향상시키기 위해 공식적/비공식적 통제 메커니즘(예. 정책, 절차, 조직 문화)의 향상에 상당한 노력을 쏟고 있으나, 이러한 메커니즘의 영향과 효과에 대한 연구는 아직 초기 수준이다. 보안 정책의 실행가능성을 높이기 위한 가장 확실한 방법 중 하나는 준수자들로 하여금 정책을 이해하고 필수요소로 받아들이게 하는 것이다. 하지만 조직 구성원들의 보안에 관한 지식 및 인지의 부족은 여전히 주요한 문제이다. 그동안 많은 연구에서 보안 지식과 인지를 높이기 위해 보안인식 교육의 수행을 주장하였으나 많은 연구에서 제시된 결과는 일관되지 않는다. 따라서 본 연구는 왜 보안인식 교육이 효과적이지 못한지 그 의문에 대한 해답을 찾기 위해 수행되었다.

Purpose Since the number of personal information breach incidents increased, many people have perceived the importance of personal information protection, in the recent. Especially, the number of personal information breach targeting middle-aged and elderly people rapidly increases. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors which influence to fail of online information security behaviors among the elderly. Design/methodology/approach This study made a research model by adopting the factors deducted from the protection motivation theory. To analyze the research model, we conducted an online survey targeted on the elderly and middle ages users who have nations of Korean and Chinese respectively. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, we identified that only perceived severity and perceived vulnerability affected information security awareness. On contrast, it was also discovered that perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and response efficacy did not affect information security awareness. Additionally, the awareness of information security also did not affect information security behaviors. Middle-aged and elderly people with personal information protection education did more information security behaviors than people those who no education experiences. Korean middle-aged and elderly people with education significantly did more information protection behaviors than the people without the education.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavioral factors affecting the security attitude and intention to use biometrics password based on the protection motivation theory. This study also investigates security awareness training to understand trust, privacy, and security vulnerability regarding biometric authentication password. This empirical analysis reveals security awareness training boosts the protection motivational factors that affect on the behavior and intention of using biometric authentication passwords. This study also indicates that biometric authentication passwords can be used when the overall belief in a biometric system is present. After all, security awareness training enhances the belief of biometric passwords and increase the motivation to protect security threats. The study will provide insights into protecting security vulnerability with security awareness training.

조직의 정보보안을 강화하기 위해서는 정보보안설비에 대한 투자도 중요하지만 조직구성원들의 정보보안인식 역시 매우 중요하다. 이러한 정보보안인식을 높이기 위해서는 효과적인 교육이 필요하다. 하지만 대부분의 조직에서 활용하는 집체교육방식은 그다지 효과적이지 못하다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이에 대해 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이미 다양한 사례 및 연구를 통해 효과성이 입증되었고 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 조직원들의 인식을 향상시키기 위하여 게임 프로그램을 설계 및 구현하였다. 조직원들을 대상으로 교육을 수행하였으며 교육 전 후 평가 데이터 분석을 통해 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 인식 변화 여부를 조사하였다.

Human factor represents a very challenging issue to organizations. Human factor is responsible for many cybersecurity incidents by noncompliance with the organization security policies. In this paper we conduct a comprehensive review of the literature to identify strategies to address human factor. Security awareness, training and education program is the main strategy to address human factor. Scholars have consistently argued that importance of security awareness to prevent incidents from human behavior.

우리나라 연구개발 수준에 비해 성과를 보호하려는 노력은 이를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부출연연구기관 연구자의 연구보안의식 수준과 보안교육실태를 파악하고 교육을 활성화하기 위한 제도화 방안에 대해 알아보았다. 37개의 미래창조과학부 산하 출연(연) 연구보안 책임자 및 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 조사결과, 출연(연) 연구원의 보안의식은 보통이하 수준이며, 보안의식을 높이기 위해 교육이 필요하며, 보안교육을 효율적으로 실행하기 위해서는 제도화가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 심층 인터뷰 결과 연구성과 보호를 위해 연구자 대상 보안교육의 제도화, 체계적인 보안교육 프로그램 개발, 기관장의 보안의지 강화, 연구보안 전담인력 및 예산 확보가 필요하다.

최근 급변하고 있는 시대에 맞춰 IT 관련 분야에서는 정보보호에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 정보보호 관련 기관에서는 관련 정책을 통해 개인정보보호 및 보안의 중요성을 강조하고 있지만, 아직까지 일부 업체나 개인 사용자들은 보안 의식이 매우 저조한 수준이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자들의 보안의식을 제고시키기 위하여 대칭 블록 암호인 AES를 이용한 학습 프로그램을 개발하여 사용자들이 암호 알고리즘에 대해 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 한다. 즉, AES 암호 알고리즘 교육용 학습 프로그램을 통해 암호화 및 복호화 되는 과정을 직접 확인할 수 있어 AES 암호에 대한 관심을 유발하고 정보보호에 대한 의식을 제고시키고자 한다.

정보보호에 대한 인식이 부족한 학생들의 경우 쉽게 자신의 정보를 타인에게 알려주거나, 죄의식 없이 남의 정보를 가져다 이용하는 일이 발생하고 있다. 사이버 범죄로부터 학생들을 보호하고 예방하기 위해서는 정보보호교육이 필요하지만, 국내 정보 교과과정에는 구체적인 정보보호 관련 내용이 별도로 없고 학교나 교사 재량으로 네티켓 교육을 실시하는 정도에 그치고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등학생들의 정보보호실천에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾는 것이다. 실증분석을 위하여 초등학생들이 이해하기 쉬운 정보보호 어휘로 구성된 설문지로 조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 PLS(Partial Least Square, PLS)를 이용하여 측정모형 및 구조모형 검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 정보윤리인식과 정보보호인식이 정보보호실천에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 초등학생의 정보보호실천에 필요한 구체적인 정보보호 교육내용을 선정하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

선박의 안전과 보안의 유지는 공급망의 각 단계에서 화물운송 및 여객의 인명 안전을 보장하는데 중추적인 역할을 한다. ISPS Code는 선원과 선박을 보안 위협으로부터 보호하기 위해 SOLAS 협약에 채택되었고, STCW 2010 마닐라 개정에 따라 선원은 반드시 보안 교육을 이수해야 한다. 효과적인 선원의 교육과 훈련은 선박의 보안 관련한 위험을 최소화하기 위한 적절한 이행활동의 수준을 보장하는데 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 선원들이 이수한 보안교육과 선원의 보안인식 및 선박의 보안성과 사이의 관계를 실증 분석하는데 있다. 연구 결과에 따르면 (1) 선박 보안 교육을 이수한 선원들은 선박 보안에 대한 인식이 높고 (2) 이러한 보안 교육 및 보안 인식은 선박의 보안성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, (3) 보안 인식은 보안 교육과 보안성과 관계에서 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 보안 교육과 훈련은 선원의 보안인식과 보안성과에 중요한 영향을 미치며, 이는 결과적으로 해운산업에서 보다 경제적 운영적 및 이미지 측면에서 주요 이점으로 해석될 수 있을 것이다.
