Private specialized institutions differ from public ones in that they mostly act independently. This paper reports a study designed to assess the provision of specialized institutions for children with intellectual disabilities in Saudi Arabia. The approach taken in this study was qualitative, involving a case study strategy that enabled the researcher to gain rich and in-depth information based on the shared experiences of participants comprising institution leaders, educators and families from two specific specialized settings, one public and one private. The study aimed to examine the existing disparities in service delivery so as to develop a clear picture of the service quality provided by public specialized institutions for children with intellectual disabilities in Saudi Arabia. The results suggest that the weak relationship with inpatient and specialized institutions is a consequence of the parents' poor responsiveness, which may result in these institutes developing a negative impression of the parents. Conversely, the lack of active initiative on the part of the public specialized institutions led to a negative parental attitude towards these institutions. A sensible approach to resolving this problem might be to recognize that these institutions have a significant responsibility to encourage parents of children with intellectual disabilities to become involved in their children's learning, to promote positive attitudes.

"Tolerance" is considered as an important professional quality of a modern specialist, which is manifested in an active moral position and readiness for constructive interaction with other participants in the pedagogical process; characterized by the manifestation of humanity, tolerance, friendliness, focus on resolving conflict situations in the professional sphere on a non-violent basis. The article considers scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of "tolerance". There are a number of factors that significantly affect the formation of tolerance in students. The way to the formation of tolerance is the rejection of social prejudices, negative social stereotypes, the development of an objective attitude to man regardless of his individual characteristics, the formation of skills of tolerant interpersonal interaction, the use of lectures, discussions, games and training in educational work. The purpose of this article is to highlight communicative tolerance as a necessary component of pedagogical practice of future professionals. It was emphasized that tolerance is the basis of religious tolerance and peace, prevention of all kinds of extremism, which are of particular importance for a multinational and multi-religious Ukraine.

The paper is an attempt to study the individual's intention to use mobile banking. In light of the results obtained from the study, the proposed model offers a better fit with the data and explains the intention of individuals to use mobile banking services. Government support, trust, and compatibility significantly contribute to the Perceived behavioral control of a bank customer to use mobile banking while Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Security and privacy, and risk have a significant positive impact on the attitude of the individuals to utilize mobile banking service. The study uses primary data and the final instrument was administered to 950 respondents, across the country of which 904 data were used for the analysis after editing to accommodate the missing values. The study has adopted structural equation modeling approach to analyze the relationships between the variables in the study. The proposed framework in this study can be utilized to identify the factors that promote the adoption of mobile banking practices and the study also has the potential to provide updated and comprehensive literature on mobile banking, which can accelerate future research in this field.

Social media sites like as twitter, Facebook and flicker widely used by people, not only as a source of distributing information but also as for communication purpose, with the advancement of technology today. Now a day's one of the most frequently used communication methods are social networks. In various research studies, their use in different fields and the effects of social media on student's behaviors, chat sites and blogs caused by Facebook has been analyzed. In order to obtain the basic data, a general scanning model that is public opinion and views of parents and comments that are openly available across social media sites, used to perceive attitude of graduate students, instead of traditional methods like questionnaires and survey's conduction. A dataset of nearly 20000 reviews of parents was collected from different social media networks about their children's, while in another dataset in which 362 graduate school teachers who observe the students to use social media during classes, labs and in campus during free times, their comments about those students were chosen. As per this study, through different positive and negative factors the detailed analysis has been performed to show effect of social media on student's behavior.

본 연구의 목적은 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 전자의무기록 도입 시 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Davis TAM 모형에서 태도변수를 제외하고 유용성과 편이성을 전산화 효과인식으로 변형하였다. 강원도 소재 한 종합병원의 의사, 간호사, 의료기사들을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 2009년 11월 11일부터 12월 2일 까지 4주간 자기기입식 응답하는 방식으로 수행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 전산처리하였다. 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기본적 특성, 정보보호행동 수준, 전산화 효과인식, 기술적 준비도의 네 가지 차원으로 구분하여 세부적인 특정 변수를 측정하였다. 분석결과, 전자의무기록 도입시 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 의료정보전산화로 인한 효과인식에 따라 수용의도가 달라짐을 파악하였다. 특히 정보보호 행동 수준과 기본적 특성이 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과 일반적, 업무적, 온라인 정보관리 세부분 모두 직종별로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 업무관련 정보관리나 온라인 정보관리에서는 보안교육 경험에 따라 유의한 결과를 나타내었다.

본 논문에 분석자료로 소개되는 요인암살 및 위해사건은 3가지인 바 미국의 레이건대통령 저격사건, 한국의 박정희대통령 저격사건, 이스라엘의 라빈수상 암살사건이다. 1981년 레이건대통령이 워싱턴의 힐튼호텔 앞에서 연설을 마치고 백악관으로 이동하기 위하여 차량에 탑승하기 직전, 범인 힝클리가 33구경 리볼버 권총으로 대통령의 가슴과 공보비서 및 경호원 등을 실탄6발로 저격한 사건이 발생하였으며, 한국에서는 제일동포 2세 문세광이 1974년 서울 장충동 소재 국립극장에서 거행된 29주년 8. 15광복절 기념식 행사장에서 박정희대통령을 시해하려다 실패하고 육영수여사를 저격하여, 우측두부에 총상을 입혀 사망케 한 사건이 발생하였고, 이스라엘 라빈수상은 1995년 이스라엘 텔아비브 시청 앞에서 중동평화정착 계획지지 군중대회를 마치고 차량에 탑승하려는 순간 범인 이갈 아미르가 쏜 총탄에 피격되어 사망하였다. 이러한 사건들은 경호분석 측면에서 큰 교훈을 남겼으며, 경호기관에서 교육훈련시 활용되고 있는 소재들이다. 한국에서도 대통령실 경호처는 물론이고, 전국 경호관련학과에서 '경호분석학', '경호실무', '경호방법론' 등의 교과목에 주요한 위해사건 모델로 다루어지고 있다. 경호임무를 수행함에 있어 경호기법은 가장 중요한 사안이다. 더불어 정치 사회 문화와의 제반관계와 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경호분석적 측면에서 주요 모델로 다루어지고 있는 이 사건들을 소개 수준을 넘어, 경호기법적 측면에서 분석하여 재평가하고자 하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 특히 미국 레이건대통령 암살미수사건은 현장의 근접경호원들이 총성 이후 10초 만에 경호 대상자인 레이건 대통령을 사건 현장에서 즉시 대피시키는 신속성을 발휘한 부분에 있어서 1963년 케네디 대통령 암살 사건과 비교해 볼 때 경호원들의 행동이 상당히 전문화 되었다는 긍정적 성공사례로 평가되고 있으나 본 연구에서 제기된 행사장 외곽 취재구역 근무요원의 방심, 수시사용 행사장에 대한 안일한 자세, 무선교신 혼란과 무선보안 누설위험, 의무기록철 비치 미비, 위해 인물 프로파일링 미비, 병원 및 응급실 사전 미확보 등의 문제점을 발생시켰음을 부인할 수 없다.

고도화된 정보통신 기술에 부합하는 사용자-친화적인 서비스 제공을 위해서 많은 정보가 무분별하게 수집되어지고 있다. 최근 사용자 정보 관리의 문제점과 정보 누출의 후유증을 통해 알려진 바와 같이, 기존의 사용자 프라이버시 보호 모델은 매우 수동적이며 심각한 취약성을 내포하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 정보 보호를 위한 새로운 접근방식으로 익명 인증 기반의 사용자 프라이버시 보호 방법과 이에 대한 법제적 가용성을 제시한다. 이를 위해, 프라이버시 또는 익명성 정도를 정량 및 정성적인 관점에서 정의하고 익명인증 프레임워크를 구성하는 형식적이고 체계적인 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 현재 알려진 인증 기법들을 다양한 프라이버시 수준 별로 분류하고 분석한다. 특히 사용자 및 서비스 제공자 측면에서 모두 유익한 익명 인증 기반의 사용자 프라이버시 보호 방안을 도출하고 모델링해 본다. 또한 현재의 법제적인 테두리 내에서 가용한 익명 인증 기반의 프라이버시 보호 기술에 대한 발전 방향을 제안하고 이에 대한 적용가능성을 제시한다.

본 연구는 자연재해의 발생이 급증하는 현상을 반영하여 자연재해 안전교육의 중요성을 강조하고자 교육 활동을 구성하였으며, 유아의 안전문제해결사고와 환경 친화적 태도를 향상 시키는데 목적이 있다. 행정안전부와 충청북도 교육청에서 다루고 있는 자연재해 종류를 참고하여 지진, 황사, 폭염, 홍수, 태풍, 낙뢰, 화재, 폭설, 지구온난화를 교육내용으로 포함시켜 자연재해 안전교육 활동을 20회기로 계획하였다. 연구대상은 충청북도 C시에 위치한 K병설 유치원 만 4세 유아 20명을 실험집단으로, N병설 유치원 만 4세 유아 20명을 통제집단으로 선정하였다. 실험집단의 경우 본 연구 활동을 진행하였고 통제집단의 경우 누리과정 생활주제에 기초한 일상적인 활동을 실시하였다. 연구결과 자연재해 안전교육을 실시한 실험집단 유아들이 통제집단 유아들보다 안전문제해결사고와 환경 친화적 태도가 향상되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서 이루어진 자연재해 안전교육이 유아의 안전문제해결사고와 환경 친화적 태도 향상에 효과를 줄 수 있는 교육활동으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 본 연구는 실제로 유아교육현장에서 자연재해 안전교육을 실시하고자 하는 현장 교사들에게 구체적인 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Generally, underwater gliders do not have separate propellers for their forward movement. They derive a propulsive force due to the difference between their buoyancy and gravity. The attitude of an underwater glider is controlled by changing the relative position of the buoyancy center and mass center. In this study, we derived nonlinear 6-DOF dynamic and mathematical models for the motion controller and buoyancy controller. Using these equations, we performed dynamic underwater glider simulations and verified the suitability of the design and dynamic performance of the proposed underwater glider.

Smartphone is affecting not only our everyday life but also our business, directly causing diverse side-effects. But up until now, many researches that have been conducted on smartphone were focused on continuance intention for smartphone use and user satisfaction. Thus, the objective of this research is to investigate the effects that smartphone dependency has on digital dementia which is one of negative effects of smartphone. For the purpose, we have reviewed studies that are related to perceived characteristics of existing smartphones. As perceived characteristics variables, we have adopted perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. And to present our research model, we have adopted smartphone dependency as psychological attitude variable and digital dementia as consequence variable. To implement an empirical analysis of our research model, we have conducted a survey with college student groups as research target who use smartphone most.
