도심 주거지의 실태와 개발 장애요인 분석 (The Analysis of the Situation of Residential Area and Difficulties in Developing)

  • This study is to analyze the situation of residential area in Down Town and to research any factor of difficulty in developing residential area. First, we can summarize briefly in consequence of analyzing the residential environment classified with apartment and independent house in Down Town. 1) The apartment houses located in Down Town were constructed long ago on a small scale. The field investigation shows that parking lots are not enough and there are many spaces used inappropriately. 2) Each detached house was too old and built in narrow spaces. The irregular narrow lanes between houses also cause problems in walking and parking. And empty houses are found in that area. Second, the brief results of analyzing difficulties in developing the residential area in Down Town are as follows. 1) The land and buildings have difficulty in reconstruction because of the deterioration. 2) The economical efficiency is low though it is developed as a residential area. 3) There are some factors that they don't like to live in Down Town. 4) The law system is not enough to support the development of the residential area in Down Town

Response of structures to seismic sequences corresponding to Mexican soft soils

  • This is paper presents the results of an analytical study aimed at evaluating the effect of narrow-banded mainshock/aftershock seismic sequences on the response of structures built on very soft soil sites. Due to the scarce availability of recorded seismic sequences in accelerographic stations located in the lake-bed of Mexico City, artificial narrow-banded sequences were employed. In the first part of this study, a parametric investigation was carried out to identify the mainshock/aftershock ground motion features that have detrimental effects in the seismic performance of equivalent single-degree-of-freedom systems representative of framed-buildings that house standard and essential facilities. In the second part of this work, the seismic response of two (8- and 18-story) steel-moment resisting frames that house essential facilities is examined. It is concluded that buildings with fundamental periods of vibration longer than the dominant period of the mainshock can experience a significant increment in their inter-story drift demands due to the occurrence of an aftershock.

대구 도심의 주거환경만족도와 거주의향 분석 (Analysis of Residential Environment Satisfaction and Residential Preference in Daegu Downtown)

  • As an empirical study on Daegu Downtown showing decentralization phenomenon, the purpose of this study is, based on the residential satisfaction research targeting the Downtown residents, to analyze the residential environment satisfaction and residential preference. Considering the parameters of measurement, we used the Ordered Logit Model and Logistic Regression. The results are as follows: First, the comprehensive residential environment satisfaction is relatively lower than that in 2008 and the residential preference in Downtown is similar to that of the past. Second, among the 7 factors that constitute the Downtown residential environment, the house, the landscape, and the security have a relatively large influence on the comprehensive residential environment satisfaction. Third, the residential environment factors which affect those who are hoping continuous Downtown residence are the safety, the house and the complex.

  • Under the premise that the housing market is not fixed, but changes organically according to social and systematic environment, it has important meaning as the object of this study to identify the recent housing market's movement by deducing the changed characteristics of the factors to compose the recent new houses. By using the following methodology, this study analyzed the characteristics and mutual relations of the economical and house-composing factors, categorized the investigation object into sub-markets, and executed comparative analysis. First, based on the leading studies analyzing the factors of house price determination and the assessment indicators of 'Green Building Certification Program', the composing factors are deduced. Second, the factors are categorized as economic, housing complex planning and geographical condition. Third, to identify the influence of housing environmental factors on economic factors, the correlation between the former and the latter, and the difference between economic factors are analyzed. Fourth, by segmenting and categorizing the housing market into time and location subgroups, the chronicle trend and the geographical characteristics are analyzed.

  • This study is to describe the changes of spatial structure of Korean traditional housing in urban context with the following preconditions. Firstly, Chosun Hanyang's urban housing should be classified as it's own type. Secondly, Chosun's traditional housing accomplishes a complete urban housing type in Japanese colonial period through the stream of time. And the purpose of this study is as followings. First is to find out the process of changes of urban housing in urban context from the latter period of Chosun Dynasty to 1960's. Second is to find out the origin of spatial structure of urban house which is being kept throughout the above changes. Third is to find out the unique characteristics of urban house and the fundamental differences with folk houses in province.

  • 'Health' trend like the latest fashion that spread to present society that elevate a lot of interests in qualitative elevation of life by rapid economic growth did to derive vocabulary called 'well-being' over all field. More and more comprehensive new type word 'LOHAS' appear to this. I wish to present basic data that need in study of healthy eco dwelling through making comparative study of existing study, literature analysis, and application type and planning elements etc of healthy dwelling. This study is preceded in following steps and contents. First, make conceptional definition for similarity words regarding healthy eco dwelling through existing study and internet search data etc, and analysis comprehensive meaning of 'Health' and 'Healthy Dwelling'. Second, I have done arrangement examination synthetically about healthy eco dwelling, wellbeing house, and ubiquitous future dwelling by paradigm of spread healthy dwelling. Third, examine application type of healthy dwelling that appear present and arrange analyzing planning elements is applied in the types.

In this study, the characteristics of balcony space on thermal on vironment in apartment house were analysed. First, the effect of the balcony space on thermal environment of living space was analysed by field measurement. Second, the temperature distribution of the bedroom and heating/cooling load with the balcony expansion were analysed by numerical simulation.

  • Planning/planning stage Construction cost prediction is very important. In particular, flexible thinking is required to predict the construction cost by reflecting rapid market changes and current conditions. Therefore, in this study, we tried to consider the process for calculating the construction cost of an apartment house in a more accurate planning/planning stage. First, cases were collected based on the classification system by construction type. Second, the construction cost was predicted using the case-based reasoning technique. Third, the composition ratio by construction type of the most similar case was applied to the derived construction cost. Finally, the construction cost was predicted based on practical corrections reflecting the market and field conditions.

국내 2층 돈사와 톱밥돈사의 구조 및 분뇨처리 실태조사 (Field Survey on the Structure and Manure Treatment of Two-Storey and Sawdust Pig Houses in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 2층 돈사 및 톱밥돈사를 조사하였으며 현재 양돈에 적용되고 있는 분뇨처리 형태, 사육형태, 환기방식 및 돈사건축비의 실태를 현장조사를 통하여 분석, 평가함으로써 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 기후와 조건에 적합한 분뇨처리와 돼지사육이 가능한 고상식 돈사의 건축모델에 적용 가능성을 고려할 목적으로 무창 2층 돈사와 개방식 톱밥돈사 농장을 방문 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 2층 돈사의 분뇨에 수분조절재로 톱밥, 수피, 왕겨를 사용하였다. 톱밥돈사는 톱밥만을 사용하였으며, 수분조절재의 사용깊이는 대체로 $30\~60cm$로, 이용기간은 평균 $3\~6$개월 정도 이용하였다. 2. 2층 돈사에서 돼지의 사육형태는 1층에서는 주로 임신돈 및 분만돈을 사육하였고 2층은 자돈과 육성돈을 사육하고 있었다. 3. 환기시스템은 기본적으로 2층 무창돈사는 기계적 환기(mechanical ventilation)시스템을 설치하였고 톱밥돈사는 자연환기(natural ventilation)시스템으로 조합되어 있었다. 4. 2층 돈사의 단열재는 블록, 칼라강판 및 샌드위치 판넬 등을 사용하였고 단열재두께는 지붕 $75\~100mm$, 벽이 $50\~75mm$였으며 천장높이는 최소 2.0, 최대 3.0m로 조사되었다. 5. 평당 건축비는 무창 이층돈사는$70\~1,400$천원 이내였으며, 개방식 톱밥돈사는 자체 건축한 곳을 제외하고는 $300\~400$천원 내외로 건축비가 소요되었다
