Experts are concerned about the lack of troops and security vacuum due to the low birth rate in the Republic of Korea. They consider policies to expand the proportion and role of female soldiers to address these issues. In this regard, We would like to introduce the successful use of female personnel in the Ukrainian military and draw implications for the Korean military. This will provide a clue to offset the shortage of troops in the Republic of Korea.

Considerable research has been done on the issue of succession in family businesses. However the process of induction, of preparing the members of the next generation for joining the family business has not been examined in detail. This paper attempts to analyse the relevance of three critical factors - 'quality of relations', 'willingness of the inductee' and 'the ability to manage tensions harmoniously' - to the induction process and the progress of the business. It focuses on the Indian context, specifically in the Small and medium Enterprise (SME) area. Qualitative research has been carried out. The Case Study method is used and data has been gathered from two families (including two branches of one family), using frequent unstructured interviews, over a period of five years. It is concluded that positive impact on business, family and the inductee depends to a large extent on the quality of relations, willingness of the inductee and the ability of both the inductor and inductee to handle and manage the tensions. Thus the findings of the study extend current understanding about succession drivers to the specific context of eastern cultural and developing economy represented by the Indian family businesses in the small and medium enterprise sector.

This research has investigated the perceptions of subject specialization services and the opinions of students majoring in library and information science preparing for librarianship, librarians operating in the field, and library directors on the status and ways of nurturing subject specialization for librarians, among others. To this end, based on the results of previous research and the survey questionnaire analysis, we have presented a policy to train subject librarians. First, we have proposed a plan for systematizing the current educational system within the department of library and information science. We have also suggested ways to secure subject expertise based on curriculum management, minor programs, multi-major programs, and interdisciplinary major programs based on the standard curriculum model. Second, we have presented a subject specialization educational system for field librarians, and further suggested details for the development of an educational program that can help build subject expertise and the operation of educational methods as well as the personnel in charge of implementing the educational programs. Third, we have proposed institutionalization of the qualifications of the subject librarian where the qualification requirements have been organized considering academic background, major program, library career, and career experience in the subject specialization service, further suggesting the implementation and maintenance of the system.

Airlines tried to introduce training programs in connection with practical work in order to provide more effective education and training. To this end, airlines have been conducting evidence-based training(EBT) to strengthen the practical capabilities of aviation personnel and enhance safety culture. Airlines can systematically evaluate the capabilities and practical capabilities of aviation personnel by analyzing operational data and case studies for effective EBT model development. In addition, EBT models can be constructed by applying technical methods such as crew resource management (CRM) and a holistic approach that includes human factors. Due to the introduction of EBT, airlines will establish diagnostic and feedback systems for pilots' practical work, provide personalized education, and establish an education and training system that verifies the effectiveness of education through educational outcomes.

The following study, as the importance of military role in a national disaster is emerging as a part of comprehensive security, there has been a number of elements of social disaster-related support in support of each type of national disaster aimed to improve the military's role towards comprehensive security but there has been no regular study of this topic. The point of this study is to analyze various aspects and hardships during the mission and improve the effectiveness of future support missions by observing and interviewing the military personnel which substituted the role of train drivers in the Seoul Metro in 2016, when the Korean Railroad Corporation [KORAIL] Workers Union was on strike [72 days] which is the longest period of a national disaster requiring military assistance.

While the progress of preparation for the 2002 World Cup games goes on the environment is changing by industrializations development of science and specialization of technology, because of that recently the crime has also became intellectual so the importance on countermeasure of safety has raised. The countermeasure for safety The stadium is a limited space where amount of population could be concentrated, so that in a moment there could be a great casualties by terrorism, specially there should be efficient countermeasures for bomb terrorism. So to be prepared for the problems that had been appeared on bomb terrorism activities of North Korea around the world, we should know about the inspection environment and special inspection environment, and for the prevention first of all I've studied on suitable way to inspect the stadiums secondly to plan on specialized training of the necessary personnel on inspection and finally efficiency of use on inspection equipment. With there following plans we could make perfect safety countermeasures focused on prevention for the successful World Cup games.

This study began with the question of obtaining human resources through the promotion of outstanding resources of the Special Forces Officer and studied the following four promotion strategies: First, it is Facebook's promotional strategy medium. Second, it is a promotional strategy medium of YouTube. Third, it is a promotional strategy medium for blogs. Fourth, it is a public relations strategy medium for Web site. Furthermore, we would like to consider this study through four promotional strategies and cases of acquiring excellent foreign personnel in order to acquire excellent non-commissioned officers. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain excellent resources through promotional activities by utilizing strategic intermediaries for obtaining excellent resources from special forces. Ultimately, this study can provide fundamental implications for recruiting special forces officers for obtaining excellent resources by utilizing strategic intermediaries.

After starting the war on terrorism, the U.S. military began to utilize the strength of its women's workforce by operating a cultural support team (CST) and a women's close combat team (FET) that obtained the information needed for civil operations with emphasis on civil factors. In addition, in order to subdue resistance forces that carry out surprise attacks by covering the shielded terrain of the rugged land or among residents, female personnel with excellent understanding, calmness, and detail were operated as unmanned aircraft operators (RPA). Since the situations that the U.S. has already experienced are likely to be reproduced on the Korean Peninsula, the South Korean military will be able to overcome uncertainties in the future battlefield environment by utilizing the U.S. female workforce.

Background: The thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) and Monte Carlo (MC) dosimetry are carried out to determine the occupational dose for personnel in the handling of ¹²⁵I seed sources. Materials and Methods: TLDs were placed in different layers of the Alderson-Rando phantom in the thyroid, lung and also eyes and skin surface. An ¹²⁵I seed source was prepared and its activity was measured using a dose calibrator and was placed at two distances of 20 and 50 cm from the Alderson-Rando phantom. In addition, the Monte Carlo N-Particle Extended (MCNPX 2.6.0) code and a computational phantom with a lattice-based geometry were used for organ dose calculations. Results and Discussion: The comparison of TLD and MC results in the thyroid and lung is consistent. Although the relative difference of MC dosimetry to TLD for the eyes was between 4% and 13% and for the skin between 19% and 23%, because of the existence of a higher uncertainty regarding TLD positioning in the eye and skin, these inaccuracies can also be acceptable. The isodose distribution was calculated in the cross-section of the head phantom when the ¹²⁵I seed was at two distances of 20 and 50 cm and it showed that the greatest dose reduction was observed for the eyes, skin, thyroid, and lungs, respectively. The results of MC dosimetry indicated that for near the head positions (distance of 20 cm) the absorbed dose rates for the eye lens, eye and skin were 78.1±2.3, 59.0±1.8, and 10.7±0.7 µGy/mCi/hr, respectively. Furthermore, we found that a 30 cm displacement for the ¹²⁵I seed reduced the eye and skin doses by at least 3- and 2-fold, respectively. Conclusion: Using a computational phantom to monitor the dose to the sensitive organs (eye and skin) for personnel involved in the handling of ¹²⁵I seed sources can be an accurate and inexpensive method.

The use of human resources determines the success of enterprises. This study applies the questionnaire design method to analyze the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction, and job performance, noting that few studies have comparatively examined these variables between industries, especially between high-tech and traditional industries. The proposed assessment model in this study can facilitate decision-makers' ability to make the optimal business decisions through their personnel systems, thereby improving employee satisfaction and increasing job performance. This study found that in the traditional and high-tech industries, some demographic variables have significant differences in the job stress, job satisfaction and job performance, but the demographic variables that can significantly affect the differences in these job's variables are differences between industries. This study acknowledges that job stress and performance have a significantly negative correlation, and traditional industries will have more stress factors than high-tech industries. In addition, support for traditional industries exist in job satisfaction and performance has a significantly positive correlation, but not in high-tech industries. Job stress for performance has a significantly negative correlation in two industries. This study reconfirmed the relationship between job stress, satisfaction and performance, found some differences in this relationship and the respective industrial characteristics.
