Purpose: This study aimed to derive considerations for the enactment of nursing law by analyzing the trends and social perceptions of nursing law mentioned in major daily newspapers, cafes, and blogs. Methods: Main texts and comments that included nursing law as a keyword were collected from major daily news and online postings from January 2021 to August 2022. The data collected through web crawling were analyzed using a TousFlux program used for big data analysis. Results: During the period of study, the awareness level around nursing law enactment increased. In particular, public concern over nursing law enactment intensified due to the two political parties' policy pledges related to nursing law in January 2022 and the failure to introduce the nursing law to the national assembly judiciary committee in May 2022. Except in December 2021, public perception of nursing law enactment was generally favorable, with public opinion tilting more in favor of than against enactment. Conclusion: Public opinion should be considered when drafting and implementing the nursing law to make it easier for the people to understand what the law constitutes. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to and continuously promote the relationship between medical care and nursing in the nursing law system of developed nations. Lastly, nursing law enactment can enhance nurses' retention intention and provide a sense of efficacy to medical services.

This research aims to evaluate the current state of technology of enterprises in Vietnam in comparison with several countries in the AEC economic community, thereby to propose several recommendations to Vietnamese enterprises in order able to promote technology innovation activities, create competitiveness with enterprises in the region. Qualitative research methods are used through statistics and comparative descriptions from data collected from various sources: WEF, World Bank, CIEM, General Statistic Office. The study results show that Vietnamese enterprises still have many limitations in technology, originated from their small business scale (capital and labor), the current research capacity is still low, the funding for this activity is not high and the accessibility of the capital is still difficult. According to the Global Competitiveness Index, Vietnam's science and technology indexes are low compared to other AEC-developed countries including the availability of the latest technology; the acquisition of technology at the enterprise level; the capacity of improvement; quality of scientific research organizations..., which shall be a major barrier for Vietnamese enterprises to have to overcome to be able to create the competitiveness when entering the global market. From then on, the authors proposed solutions for two subjects, enterprises and government, to help Vietnamese enterprises to overcome this barrier.

In order to sustain and revitalize the fourth industrial revolution and data economy, the world's first 'data basic law' has been enacted and implemented in Korea.,However, the law prioritizes the activation of data industry and the activation of data production, distribution and use that deals with the protection of data assets, so it can be applied and interpreted more than the Personal Information Protection Act or the Copyright Act.,In this paper, the main contents of the data basic law are examined and the personal information issue is considered.

This paper proposes the science and technology policy implications of power law in econophysics methodology under the recent convergence technology environment. Empirical results are summarized as follow: first, similar empirical results are showed up using Hill estimates and Rank-1/2 estimates in patent data set during 1990 through 2008. Second, the estimates of power law exponents for technology capability distribution are decreased during the periods. The policy implications for science and technology development draw from the empirical results. First, the fact that the exponents of power law are decreased show the convergence of technology capability among countries. The our country policy directs focus on the innovation strategy rather than imitation strategy. Second, the volatility of technology change results from a few capable technology developers so that policy direct may need to control the technology power in the large technology developer or company. The methodology and analytical results used in the paper may also be useful for consider for the science and technology phenomena such as convergence and divergence of technologies among countries in the world.

In this study, we study on the actual conditions of which Korean law school libraries are being operational. Because the successful law school library management means the success of the law school education, guarantees the success of expert education on our laws area. Therefore, this study propose the methods which is designing the content of the law school library website. As a result, an independent law school libraries are 21 (84%). During the law school library websites which are specialized contents with related the law are 15(71%). This website is based, menu of law school library's websites through the analysis of the content are analyzed. Based on this analysis, seven content composition elements that should be service to law school library is proposed in this study.

The article aims at studying the institution of human rights and civil freedoms with due regard to the anthropological approach in the theory of law. To the greatest extent, the provisions of non-classical legal science are confirmed in the Anglo-Saxon legal family, which endows the judge with law-making functions. In this regard, the role of a person in the legal sphere is increasing. The main research method was deduction used to study the anthropological approach to the institution of human rights and freedoms. The article also utilizes the inductive method, the method of systematic scientific analysis, comparative legal and historical methods. To solve the task set, the authors considered the legal foundations and features of human rights and freedoms in the modern world. The article proves that the classical legal discourse, represented by various types of interpretation, reduces the rule of law to the analysis of its logical structure and does not answer the questions posed. It is concluded that the prerequisite for the anthropological approach in the theory of law is the use of human-like concepts in modern legislation (guilt, justice, peculiar ferocity, child abuse, willful evasion, conscientiousness).

Liquid metal-cooled reactors use various passive safety systems driven by natural circulation. Investigating these safety systems experimentally is more advantageous by using a simulant. Although numerous experimental approaches have been applied to natural circulation-driven passive safety systems using simulants, there has been no clear validation of the similarity law. To validate the similarity law experimentally, SINCRO-V experiment was conducted using Wood's metal and water for simulant of the Wood's metal. A pair of SINCRO-V facilities with length-scale ratio of 14.1:1 for identical Bo' was investigated, which was the main similarity parameter in temperature field simulation. In the experimental range of 0.2-1.0% of decay heat, the temperature distribution characteristics of the small water facility were very similar to that of the large Wood's metal facility. The temperature of the Wood's metal predicted by the water experiment showed good agreement with the actual Wood's metal temperature. Despite some error factors like discordance of Gr' and property change along the temperature, the water experiment predicted the Wood's metal temperature with an error of 27%. The validity of the similarity law was confirmed by the SINCRO-V experiments.

In polysaccharide fermentation with Aureobasidium pullulans, the aeration effects on the production of polysaccharide and the rheological properties of fermentation broth were studied. The increase of the aeration rates from 0.5 to 2.0vvm at 500 rpm yielded the maximum specific production rate of polysaccharide from 0.046 to $0.093 (hr^{-1})$, and the maximum specific growth rate of cells from 0.168 to $0.192 (hr^{-1})$. The viscosity behavior of fermentation broths at the different aeration rates followed the power-law ${\tau}= K({\gamma})^n$. The viscosity attributed by cells was about 10% of the total viscosity of fermentation broth and most of viscosity was attributed by the polysaccharide produced. The relationship between power-law parameters and the concentration of polysaccharide generally satisfied the etㄴrations with the regression coefficient greater than 0.980, $lnK(t)= ln({\tau})_o-n(t)\;ln({\gamma})_o\;and\;K(t)=A P(t)^B$.
