u-City 사업 시행주체와 지자체의 경영난에 따른 u-City 인프라 구축 및 운영난이 함께 맞물려 새로운 돌파구가 필요한 시점이다. 즉 u-보건의료, u-방범, u-교통, u-환경 등의 복지에 대한 수요 충족과 지역의 u-City산업발전을 통한 지역생산성 제고 등 새로운 딜레마를 어떻게 극복해 나갈 것인가 하는 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구는 성남시를 사례로 이러한 딜레마 극복을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

KISTI가 대기업 고객을 대상으로 수행하던 유망아이템 발굴 지원 사업은 2008년 중소기업을 대상으로 확대된 이래, 지난 2016년에는 벨류체인에 기반한 모델로 다양 화 되었다. 본 연구는 상호작용에 기반한 유망아이템 발굴이 가지는 영향력을 비교 분석하여, 매출증대 등 직접 효과 중심으로 평가되던 동 사업이 가지는 다양 한 간접 성과를 검토할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다.

본 논문은 논문, 특허, 연구보고서 등과 같은 다양한 과학기술문헌에 포함된 기술 지식을 효과적으로 추출하는데 필요한 기반 텍스트 분석 엔진들의 성능 평가 및 개선을 위한 테스트베드 툴킷을 소개한다. 이 툴킷은 과학기술분야의 전문용어를 비롯한 인명, 지명, 기관명 등을 자동으로 인식하는 기술개체인식엔진을 위한 테스트베드와 인식된 기술개체 간의 의미적 연관관계를 자동으로 추출하는 기술개체 간 관계추출 테스트베드 로 구성되어 있다.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 구축 운영하고 있는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼은 창의적 아이디어의 발굴 육성 확산을 통해 국민의 아이디어를 가치화하는 아이디어사업화 지원 플랫폼으로, 창의적 문화와 창업 확산의 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼의 PC환경 웹사이트와 모바일 이용자 형태를 분석하여 모바일 환경에 간소화된 핵심 메뉴구조와 최적화된 UI/UX, 모바일 장치의 특성을 활용한 모바일 웹 서비스 구축으로 언제, 어디서든, 자유롭게 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

단어 의미 유사도 측정은 정보 검색이나 문서 분류와 같이 자연어 처리 분야 문제를 해결하는 데 큰 도움을 준다. 이러한 의미 유사도 측정 문제를 해결하기 위하여 단어의 계층 구조를 사용한 기존 연구들이 있지만 이는 단어의 의미를 고려하고 있지 않아 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국립국어원에서 간행한 표준국어대사전에 50만 어휘가 추가된 우리말샘 사전을 기반으로 하여 한국어 단어에 대한 계층 구조를 파악했다. 그리고 단어의 용례를 word2vec 모델에 학습하여 단어의 문맥적 의미를 파악하고, 단어의 정의문을 sent2vec 모델에 학습하여 단어의 사전적 의미를 파악했다. 또한, 구축된 계층 구조와 학습된 word2vec, sent2vec 모델을 이용하여 한국어 단어 의미 유사도를 측정하는 모델을 제안했다. 마지막으로 성능 평가를 통해 제안하는 모델이 기존 모델보다 향상된 성능을 보임을 입증했다.

This research entailed the production of stereoscopic 3D (S3D) contents using 2D-to-S3D conversion for exhibition at a museum and subjective evaluation. Hybrid production combining S3D images of existing live-action videos using the 2D-to-S3D conversion technology and computer graphic ones created via stereo rendering was conducted. Design and control of the chronological analysis of the parallactic angle was conducted on the produced contents, using binocular information as well as subjective evaluations, with the intent of conducting an investigation on the characteristics of such contents from the perspectives of the producers and viewers. An investigation was also conducted on the effects of the viewing position on the impressions of the S3D images.

Subject classification of journals is important because it can be utilized for the improvement of scholarly information services and analysis by research area. The classification by experts in a subject area wastes a lot of time and expense. On the other hand, the simple classification with basic information, such as the journal title has limitations. To solve this problem, this paper suggests the automatic classification of Korean journals using the SCI journals information cited by Korean journals, and an analysis of the classification result. In particular, this study adopted the WoS subject categories for classification to support the base for comparison between the Korean citation database and the global citation database (KSCI vs. SCI).

동절기, 야간 등 도로에서 결빙으로 인한 연쇄 추돌 사고는 교통 체증 및 2차 사고의 위험으로 이어진다. 도로 중 결빙 발생 다발 지역인 지방도로, 터널 출입구, 교량 구간, 산기슭 도로, 그늘진 곡선 도로를 대상으로 C-ITS 관점 안전운전 결빙 주의보 애플리케이션을 제공하여 결빙으로 발생하는 사고를 미리 예방하고자 한다. 노면/기상 상태를 아두이노, 기상 api로 측정, 차량 운전자용 앱(GIS/맵 기반) 구현을 통해 앱 사용 운전자 간 양방향 V2V, 운전자와 아두이노 센서 간 V2I 통신으로 결빙으로부터 운전자를 보호함에 있다.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the demands for developing marine science technology to reduce fatalities caused by marine accidents. For this purpose, we analyzed the contents of about 77,000 news articles posted for a month after the tragedy of the Sewol (April 16~May 15) to identify keywords and then we used the Social Network Analysis (SNA) for each keyword. The findings of the analysis show that there are five networks and that each one reveals different aspects about technology development to prepare for marine accidents. Based on these findings, we categorized three kinds of demands for technology development from the perspective of marine science technology: provision of the information about the marine environment, development of equipment and technology to overcome extreme environments, and the establishment of a field support system.
