In this paper, we propose a window-based congestion control algorithm to achieve a fair sharing of the available bandwidth in ECN capable heterogeneous TCP networks with a single bottleneck link. The proposed algorithm is based on extracting the network status from the successive binary congestion information provided by ECN. From the explicit network information, we estimate the fair window size proportional to the propagation delay. Through simulations, the effect and performance of the proposed algorithm are shown for the heterogeneous networks.

Exhibit space is result that various kinds works of architecture design, interior design, plan and control of exhibit program, embodiment to display space, operation and administration etc. are formed accomplishing creation. Because exhibit space must consider interaction of value that is in dwelled along with the external form about human and exhibits. Therefore, display space of exhibition must achieve functional role that can accomplish communication with spectator as well as function as place that possess products of accumulative value. Therefore, we must establish effective communication plan by position and form of display space as well as properly of exhibits, display contents, exhibit program to achieve purpose of trade fair display. Display space of trade fair can be classed by wall style, corner style, head style, island style, two entrance style 5 according to the position. And we must plan communication plan by these position dividing the function to passive communication area, active communication area, intensive communication area, function achievement area. We will can grope contents and method for successful exhibit through communication plan that is connected form and position of exhibit between exhibit space of such trade fair and we may achieve purpose of trade fair display.

The study aims to discuss on legal prospects of digital collections' fair use through an analysis of treaties and legislations domestic and international. Based on analysis of leading researches and literature, it discusses legal principles of fair use and defines digital collections' concept and types. For understanding the actual legal system on fair use, limitations and exceptions of copyrights which are presented in treaties, such as 'Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works' and'Copyright Convention', each nation's laws, and judicial precedents. Especially, a legal dispute between 'Technische $Universit{\ddot{a}}t$ Darmstadt' and Eugen Ulmer KG, which debates on library's rights for digitizing their collections without the rightholder's permission, is analyzed. As a result, this study analyzes its implications for the improvement of the existing copyright system in Korea.

The 40th Annual Southern Arizona Regional Science and Engineering Fair was analyzed in terms of contents of exhibits and research methods. Elementary school students like to choose first, biology; secondly. physics; thirdly, chemistry; fourthly. consumer science; fifthly, S.T.S; sixthly. earth science area topics. Chemistry area topics are 20 %, which are much more than rates appeared in American elementary science textbooks. Elementary school students like topics such as pollutions, energy saving materials and characteristics/selection of products required in every-day life. In the most preferential area, biology, students do experiments or survey about plants growth, microbiology, learning/behavior of animals, health/exercise, which are reconcile with the analysis of American elementary science contents.

This study aims at suggesting a creative way of activating KOFURN (Korea Furniture) fair by analyzing its problem in studying its marketing strategy. The proposition is limited to the analysis of the matter for the strategy based on KOFURN's status in 2010 with its history. Through the related references and documents, the interview with the related people in KFFIC (Korea Federation of Furniture Industry Cooperatives) that has held the KOFURN fair since 2002, and its viewing in 2010, the materials were collected. As a result, first, there is no effectiveness following participating the fair; second, its public relations on the internet is not enough; third, the furniture-related firms don't make sure that KFFIC is able to do a good job for them; lastly, the companies, KFFIC, and consumers require better communication. Therefore, in order to resolve the four matters, first, the publicity on the internet needs to supplement creative ways of making KOFURN attract a lot of people. Second, KFFIC hosting KOFURN fair needs to offer an opportunity for the visitors to participate and experience a variety of events prepared by itself. Finally, KFFIC has necessity of building its better reliance which is able to lead the furniture-related firms by planning and carrying out various businesses with them.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the framework for innovation policy that the approach to popularization, diffusion, and S&T culture through the science and technology(S&T) fair. The innovation policy has a role which suggests direction to do behavior and concerns to social members. According to, this point of the diffusion of the S&T culture emerges the reasonable and adoptable innovation policy. Korean S&T fair have many problems, for example, a short historical background, lack of the fund and special human resource, so on. In this aspect, this study provides theoretical reviews and several issues for publicity of the innovation policy and S&T popularization and culture through the representative case-Future Tech Korea2006. Also, this study argues that "How to build and improve S&T fair", and "What the figure of S&T is that communicate and approach to people". Finally, the research for the S&T fair gives detailed and realized strategies for improving them.

The multimedia ad hoc wireless network is quite an attractive issue since it offers a flexible solution to enable delivery of multimedia services to mobile end users without fixed backbone networks. However, with the unique design challenges of ad hoc wireless networks, it is a non-trivial issue to provide bounded delay guarantee, with fair share of resources. In this paper, we implemented the delay guaranteed fair queueing (DGFQ) scheme distributively. Through the results of performance evaluation, we can conclude that DGFQ also performs well to control bounded delay in multimedia ad hoc wireless networks.

The franchise business in Korea, having a relatively short history compared to those of the advanced countries, disclosed many problems between franchisors and franchisees due to a rapid growth in number for the short period of time. Having recognized these problems, the Korean government, responding to social demands, established "The Fair Trade Practices Law for Franchise Business" to restrict unfair trade practices and to develop a healthier franchise business practice in general. In this study, we closely examined how the franchisees' understanding of the related laws would influence the franchisees' countermoves and satisfaction and the franchisor's reactions from the franchisees' standpoints. In conclusion, the franchisees show higher satisfaction in heteronomous changes achieved by the mutual agreement with the franchisors rather than in autonomous changes achieved by their active pursuits, as seen from the interrelation of the franchisors' reactions and the appropriateness of franchise agreements.
