  • 골연골종은 주로 장골의 골간단에서 호발하는 종양으로, 골 구조와 연결성이 없는 연부 조직에 발생하는 골격골외 관절주변의 골연골종은 보고가 드물다. 저자들은 42세 여자 환자의 슬관절에서 발생한 골격골외 관절주변 골연골종을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

  • Streptococcus parasanguinis is a Viridans group bacteria that is most often discovered in the oral cavity and causes dental plaque and endocarditis in a rat model. It has low virulence but an unknown relationship to human respiratory infections. We report on a 61-year-old woman who developed hemoptysis followed by pleuritic chest pain after conscious sedation during a gastroscopic polypectomy and was diagnosed with pneumonia and parapneumonic effusion from Streptococcus parasanguinis isolated in pleural fluid. Microaspiration during the procedure was presumed to play a role in the pathogenesis.

  • Recently because of development of remote network technology, users are able to access the network freely without constraints of time and space. As users are getting more frequent to access the remote server in a computing environment, they are increasingly being exposed to various risk factors such as forward secrecy and server impersonation attack. Therefore, researches for remote user authentication scheme have been studying actively. This paper overcomes the weaknesses of many authentication schemes proposed recently. This paper suggests an improved authentication scheme that protects user's anonymity with preserving variable more safe and also provides forward secrecy.
