Reading education is very important in order to promote the refinement, cultivate the emotion and complete the character to the secondary school students. This thesis deals with the establishment of reading education as a formal course in secondary schools, responsibility of teaching and problems related to recommended reading lists. Reading education must separate from the national language education because of literature centered education in reading education. If reading education was separated from the national language education, students can a n.0, pproach to the other cultural boundary besides other own and exchange their information and ideas. So, reading education must be included to the elective subjects in a independent course or become a compulsory subject in secondary school curriculum. The teacher of reading education must become the teacher librarian who has a firm faith and an intellectual accomplishment. But, teacher-librarian has much disadvantages such as the problems of promotion, the division of qualification between elementary school and secondary school, and a short-term training courses for teacher-librarian. Hence, theses problems music be solved in national administrative level. Recommended reading lists must be provided to the student in order to prevent confusion of the sense of value, to estimate their own reading ability by themselves and to establish life long reading plan. Therefore, both Korean Library Association and the Ministry of Education should re-examine and develop recommended reading lists. Finally, problems of a juvenile delinquency in the post industrial society have to be solved through reading education. To solve the juvenile delinquency problems, adolescents should cultivate their moral character and possesses abundant knowledge through reading education. Then, young adults will grow as sound citizen in the society.

Many educators and teacher-librarians have emphasized many times on the necessity and the educational value of the school library. But actually the necessity and the educational value of the school library is not recognized as the most important ones in the educational system. Therefore I tried to find out several ways on the development of the school library and the promotion of the teacher-librarian focusing on recognition of the necessity of school library. In order to develop the school library, it is necessary that the function of the school library should be maximized and transformed to effective system. I would like to suggest the following methods : 1) Transform the present school library into the school library media center. 2) Connect the running system S.L.M.C. to the curriculum of the school. 3) Emphasis of the reading education. 4) Guidance on the use of library. At last I studied on the definition, the legal status and the education of the teacher-librarian.

본 연구는 단순한 지식을 전달하는 장소에서 탈피하기 위하여, 학교도서관의 문제점을 분석하고 자율적이고 창의적인 능력을 신장시키기 위한 학교도서관 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 학교도서관 기본 시설 확충 및 예산, 사서교사 배치 및 제도적 장치 정비, 사서교사의 전문적이고 능동적인 활동, 교과목 교사와 협동체제 구축으로 협동수업의 전개 방범을 제시하여 학교도서관의 활성화를 기하는데 도모하였다.

The school library standards. a guideline encouraging the reasonable library administration for school education that began with early quantity in 1920, has been changed as an information power in 1988 after 7th revision. The school library is highlighted as a gear of education process and the center of education change. The major summary is as follows: First. the name of librarian has been changed from teacher's librarian to school library media specialist that executes as a leader for participating in plan. performance and development of instruction. Second. the type of material has been changed from book to electronic media. Also, the number of book per capital has been increased from 6-8(1920) to 23-28(1988) Finally, the function of school library has been changed from space service into proactive service which is playing the role of the heart of school education process based on information skill.

이 연구는 학교도서관 사서가 자신의 과업을 수행함에 있어 SNS를 어떻게 이용하고, 과업의 특성과 1인 운영체제의 특성으로 인하여 SNS를 활용하는 것이 자신의 성과에 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하고자 하였다. 사서의 과업, SNS이용 및 성과에 대한 상관관계를 객관적으로 설명하기 위해서 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model)과 과업-기술적합도(Task-Technology Fit)의 결합을 통하여 사서과업-SNS기술적합도의 모형을 제시하였다. 229건의 설문조사를 분석한 결과, 학교도서관 사서의 업무적인 SNS활용이 자신의 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 증명하였다. 또한 학교도서관 사서가 SNS를 활용하는 것이 단순히 개인적 취향이나 업무를 방해하는 요소만 있는 것이 아니라, 과업의 특성이나 1인 운영체제와 같은 조직의 특성으로 인해 업무성과를 향상시키는 요인이라는 것을 확인하였다.

이 연구는 미국의 사서교사 전문성과 관련된 기본 배경을 이해하고, 현재 미국에서 활용되고 있는 국가 수준과 주정부 수준의 사서교사 평가기준과 도구 그리고 자기평가 도구를 분석하는 것을 주요 목적으로 설정하고 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 미국은 국가 수준의 학교도서관 기준에 맞추어 사서교사 양성, 자격기준, 평가기준의 일관성 있는 전문성 계발 구조를 갖추었으며, 국가 수준의 사서교사 전문성 기준은 미국 전문교사자격 기준위원회의 자격기준과 미국학교도서관협회에서 발표한 "평생교육을 위한 학습" 기준의 사서교사 평가도구가 대표적으로 제시되고 있다. 미국의 여러 주정부에서는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 기준을 바탕으로 주정부의 실정에 맞는 사서교사 평가기준과 도구를 개발하여 실제 평가에 활용하고 있다. 더불어 미국학교도서관협회는 2012년에 사서교사의 자기평가 도구인 "사서교사 평가의 21세기 접근법"을 발표하여, 사서교사가 국가수준의 기준에서 제시한 전문성에 도달할 수 있는 실천적 방향을 안내하고 있다.

본 연구는 주제전문사서 양성을 위하여 문헌정보학과의 교육과정에서 교육이 이루어져야 하는 필요성을 바탕으로, 이러한 교육이 주제전문사서에 대한 인식을 제고시키고, 진로결정 의사능력을 강화하는데 도움이 될 것을 증명하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구는 크게 두 가지 내용으로 구성되었다. 첫째, 대표적인 주제전문사서양성 사례들을 조사하였다. 둘째, 상명대학교의 '의학용어와 MeSH', '보건의학정보원' 수강생들을 대상으로 주제전문사서와 주제전문서비스에 대한 인식 제고, 진로 결정능력 향상 등을 설문 조사하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답자 대부분이 의학사서와 의학정보서비스의 필요성을 인지하고(88.7%), 의학사서의 역할을 이해하며(92.5%), 의학정보서비스의 유형과 기능에 대하여 더욱 잘 알게 되었으며(100%), 전문직으로써 의학사서에 대한 자부심을 더욱 더 자각하게 되었다(83%). 둘째, 의학도서관으로의 취업의사를 갖거나(45.3%) 의학정보서비스 업무 담당 의사를 보인(26.4%) 응답자는 앞의 다른 질문의 응답자 수보다 현저하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교과목 수강 여부, 수강 과목의 수, 학년에 따른 통계적인 차이는 없었고, 의학사서와 의학정보서비스에 대한 이해도 면에서는 수강자가 비수강자보다 높았고, 의학사서 취업 의사에 있어서는 비수강자가 수강자보다 다소 높은 수준을 보여주었다. 넷째, 문헌정보학과 교육과정 안에서의 교육은 지식습득에는 효과적이지만 취업의사나 진로결정의 부분에서는 오히려 조심스러운 입장을 갖게 하는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 마지막으로 의학주제에 대한 어려움과 낯설음을 극복할 수 있도록 교과목을 개선할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was attempted to investigate the professional perception of the public library directors in Korea, and to measure and to compare the perceptional difference between Directors that have or have not of Librarian's license. The authors obtained data through questionaires by mail to 188 directors of public Libraries. The number of respondents which become available for analysis was 188 and the response rate was 58.8%. The Major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The professional perception of public Library Directors differs from the qualification for a librarian. 2. The Librarian's license made difference with regards to perceptional attitudes, consciousness of services, satisfying on job situation of Directors. 3. The professional perception of public Library Directors may have influence on each others of a school career, task work, colleague understandings on the gob situations. 4. but the difference have no significance statiscally. 5. Thus we need to study other types of organization and influencial variables for generalization of this study.

본 연구의 목적은 계획행동이론을 적용하여 사서교사의 도서관 협력수업 실행의도를 설명하는 것이다. 사서교사의 도서관 협력수업 실행의도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 태도, 주관적 규범, 교사효능감 및 지각된 통제가능성을 설정하고, 사서교사 218명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 사서교사 연령이 30대인 경우, 근무학교의 규모가 작은 경우, 도서관 협력수업 경험이 있는 경우에 도서관 협력수업 실행의도가 높게 나타났다. 계획행동이론에 따른 변수 중 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 통제가능성은 사서교사의 도서관 협력수업 실행의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 반면에 교사효능감은 도서관 협력수업 실행의도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 개방형 문항을 활용하여 통합적으로 연구결과를 해석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 도서관 협력수업을 확대하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 레퍼토리 그리드 기법을 적용하여 학교도서관 서비스의 특성을 파악하고, 인적자원(사서교사, 교과교사, 사서)간의 학교도서관 서비스에 대한 인식과 내적 경험의 차이를 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 학교도서관 서비스의 특성을 분석하기 위해서 요소 강도, 구성개념 극단, 불일치 구성개념, 암묵적 딜레마 등의 지표를 활용하였다. 렙그리드의 요소를 9개로 설정하고, 현장 사서교사 3명과 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 전개하여 14개의 구성개념을 설정하였다. 교육대학원 학생, 30명을 대상으로 웹상에서 접근이 가능한 GRIDCOR 6.0을 통해 레퍼토리 그리드를 완성하도록 하고, 그 중 인구통계학적 특성을 고려하여 최종 6개를 선정, 분석하였다. 요소 강도의 관점에서 보면, 학교도서관 서비스 중에서 자료관리, 도서관협력수업, 독서·정보 상담 서비스가 중요하고 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 구성개념 강도의 관점에서 볼 때, 자기 역할이 분명한 정도, 실제 수행 정도, 자기조절능력이 높게 나타났다.
