울산시 신주거지의 아파트 계획을 위한 거주자 주거선택행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Housing Choice Behavior of Residents the Plan of Apartment in New Housing Area, Ulsan)

  • The purpose of the study was to identify the level of housing choice behavior by using the factors of residential satisfaction level, mobility motivation, and housing needs of potential purchasers in Bukgu New Housing Area, Ulsan. The survey used questionnaire from 326 households living in Bukgu and nearby area and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results showed low degree of residential satisfaction in storage space and neighborhood. The mobility motivations were improvement of physical environment improvement, education environment, walking road, view and lighting. The housing needs for indoor spaces showed to want more functional arrangement than the room size. The housing needs for outdoor spaces showed to want neighborhood environment in connection with the education or hospital facilities, the welfare facilities for pre-kindergarten children and elders and the leisure facilities. And the housing needs for facilities were floor furnishing for health, crime prevention system for safety needs, housekeeping appliance against environmental pollution, additional function for energy saving. The housing needs for common spaces showed that the residents preferred playing facilities by age group, exercise facilities, the community hall and the rest room which can do games or meetings.

청소년의 봉사활동 참여정도와 정신건강과의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과 검증 (Verification of mediating effects of self-esteem in the relationship between level of participation in volunteering activity and mental health of adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine whether the level of participation in physical activity affects the mental health of adolescents, that is, their subjective well-being. In addition, we would like to see if adolescents can improve their satisfaction with life away from the negative emotions they are currently feeling through physical activities such as hand-help and consolation activities and check if self-esteem has mediating effects in this process. Design: Survey. Methods: The survey was conducted by the surveyor, with a total of 9,041. Results: First, it shows that the higher frequency of adolescents' physical activity leads to higher self-esteem and subjective well-being. Second, it shows that the higher the self-esteem leads to higher subjective well-being felt by adolescents. Third, the level of youth physical activity itself contributes to subjective well-being while also affecting self-esteem, and the self-esteem also affects the subjective well-being that adolescents perceive. Conclusion: It will be necessary to provide programs to enhance subjective well-being for students with poor school life adaptation and satisfaction with life, as well as continuous attention such as organization and counseling of programs in schools to enhance self-esteem. In addition, it is considered that by encouraging and guiding teenagers with low satisfaction with life and low self-esteem to physical activities such as volunteer activities and leisure activities that suit their aptitude, and the adolescents will get away from the negative emotions they are currently feeling and increase their satisfaction with adaptation to school life and life.

  • Sportswear transforms itself into a new fashion item to satisfy desires for beauty in addition to having functionality and movability for sports activities. Sportswear is not in fashion just temporarily but comes in various forms along with sociocultural phenomenon that put emphasis on well-being and leisure. This research aims to study the needs of the bikers who ride bicycles or cycles has become a popular outdoor activity, and give suggestions for high functional sports design that can satisfy the needs of the highly demanding taste of athletes. To understand the design development direction and design preference, practical consumer needs were derived through a survey analysis on bike wear purchasing satisfaction and actual wearing state by bike riders. For consumer needs analysis, focus group interview, in-depth interview and questionnaire method were used. Based on analysis of those researches, athleisure bike wears appropriate for urban sports activities were categorized into sports, life, fitness and leisure 4 styles for athleisure bike wear design development. It is believed that this study will contribute to in the category expansion of sports wear market and satisfy the consumer demands for functional and specialized casual bike wears as well as fashion factors optimized to life style of modern people.

  • The domestic food service industry has established its industrial basis since the overseas brands were introduced and international events were held in Korea. It also has showed a prominent growth rate as consumers began to show more interests in leisure and quality of working life(QWL) At this, the employees, constituting Points of contacts with consumers of the food service industry, have emerged as a Primarily critical concern in order for the food service industry, which can affect people in various ways, to adopt our own food culture and develop its business quality. In the food service industry, as a relatively labour-intensive industry, the manpower service is considered very important. Whether the industry succeeds or not depends on the role of employees as the quality of service of employees can decide the quality of the industry itself. In spite of the importance of employees in the food service industry, not many researches have been Performed on the personnel management of the industry, as Koreans traditionally have hold a prejudiced view on the food service industry and it is only a short time since the food business began to be considered as an industry. This thesis aims at research on the factors affecting job satisfaction of the employees by dealing with the importance and characteristics of the role of employees of the food service industry and theoretical background of the job satisfaction. The presumable factors affecting the job satisfaction are divided into several groups ; characteristics of organization, working condition, human relationship, psychological factors, and its reputation in the labour market. Hypotheses and models, where those factors affect the employees, are formed. Statistical methods such as correlation analysis and multiple regression are used in order to verify those hypotheses. Alternatives to improve job satisfaction of employees are suggested based on the analysis. It is expected that there will be more active researches on employees of the food service industry, as this thesis has selected employees of the food service industry as its subjects while subjects of similar researches have been mainly hotel employees so far.

간호사의 직무 스트레스, 공감만족, 회복탄력성이 우울에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Job Stress, Compassion Satisfaction and Resilience on Depression of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influence of job stress, compassion satisfaction, and resilience on depression of nurses. Methods: One hundred seventy six nurses working at one tertiary hospital in one metropolitan city were included. The data collection was conducted from September 1st to October 1st, 2018, using a structured, self-reported questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The $M{\pm}SD$ age of 170 subjects was $29.62{\pm}5.59$. Depression had significant negative correlations with compassion satisfaction (r=-.50, p<.001) and resilience (r=-.56, p<.001), and a positive correlation with job stress (r=.42, p<.001). In the multiple regression analysis, marital status (${\beta}=-.15$, p=.015), job stress (${\beta}=-.00$, p<.001) and resilience (${\beta}=-5.47$, p<.001) had a significant effect on depression. The explanatory power of the subject's marital status, leisure life, job stress, compassion satisfaction, and resilience on depression was 44.1% (F=27.62, p<.001). Conclusion: The study results showed that single status, low job stress, high resilience may decrease depression of nurses. Reducing job stress and improving resilience of nurses will virtually contribute to reduce their depression that can influence on not only nurses' health status but also their performance and qualitative caring for patients.

내부마케팅 관점에서 본 퇴직예비교육 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Retirement Education from the Perspective of Internal Marketing)

  • 베이비부머 세대의 은퇴시기가 도래함으로써 퇴직(예비) 종업원들에 대한 기업의 관심이 높아지고 있고 실제 많은 기업들이 다양한 교육지원을 제공하고 있다. 퇴직관련 교육프로그램 지원은 은퇴하는 개인적 차원에서도 중요할 뿐 아니라 현직 종업원 관리차원에서도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 내부마케팅 관점에서 퇴직예비교육이 현직 종업원들의 직장만족, 퇴직불안, 직무동기부여, 고객지향성에 미치는 구조적 영향관계를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 실제 퇴직예비교육을 제공하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 창업교육, 재취업교육, 재테크교육은 종업원의 직장만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 퇴직불안을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 여가생활교육은 직장만족과 퇴직불안에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 직장만족은 직무동기부여에 긍정적인 영향을 퇴직불안은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 직무동기부여는 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이러한 결과에 기반하여 실무적, 이론적 시사점이 제시되었다.

공유경제서비스의 이용경험과 사회적 상호작용의 조절효과: 자전거공유서비스를 중심으로 (Users' Experience of Sharing Economy Service and Moderating Effect of Social Interaction: Focused on Bicycle-Sharing Service)

  • Purpose The main purpose of this study is to examine whether the expectations and outcomes of the bicycle-sharing service significantly influence users' expectation disconfirmation, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use. In addition, we will verify the moderating effect of social interaction in bicycle-sharing service on the relationship between satisfaction and continuous intention to use. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies dealing with determinants of bicycle use, users' expectations and outcomes of the bicycle-sharing service were measured by three variables; accessibility, convenience, and safety. To collect the data, we conducted a survey of undergraduates at a university located in Seoul for three weeks, beginning March 6. Participants completed the first questionnaire, which measured expectations of the bicycle-sharing service based on the attributes and social interaction before using the BSS. After a few weeks, the same participants completed the second questionnaire, which measured outcomes of the outcome, disconfirmation, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use the BSS. Only participants who completed both surveys received monetary compensation. In order to test hypothesis, the Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) modeling technique was applied. Findings In terms of main effects, based on the expectation disconfirmation theory, the results indicated that there were significant relationship among expectation, performance, disconfirmation, and satisfaction. In particular, it was verified that disconfirmation completely plays a mediating role between performance and satisfaction. In addition, the moderating effect of social interaction was examined. There was a significant interaction effects of social interaction and satisfaction on the continuous intention to use for leisure purpose. Finally, this study is expected to contribute to the study of resource sharing in the field of tourism and provide baseline information for future research.

자율주행시대에 통근시간 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 (Analysis of Factors Affecting Satisfaction with Commuting Time in the Era of Autonomous Driving)

  • 자율주행시대가 우리 삶에 다가오면서 삶의 변화에 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 자율주행자동차가 등장하면 운전자의 부담을 줄임으로 차내에서 생산적 가치가 확장되는 만큼 이를 평가할 수 있는 지표개발이 필요하다. 이번 연구는 경기도 직장인 중 승용차를 이용하는 통근자를 대상으로 자율주행 자동차가 통근시간 및 통근시간 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 통근시간 및 통근시간 만족도는 비선형 관계(V)가 도출되었다. 여기서, 자율주행시대에 영향받을 가능성이 높은 비선형 구간인 통근시간 70분 이상영역을 중심으로 이항로지스틱 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 자율주행시대의 영향변수로는 건강도, 수면시간, 근무시간, 여가시간 등이 도출되었다. 자율주행자동차의 등장은 이러한 변수를 개선시킬 가능성이 높으므로 장거리 통근자의 통근시간 만족도는 개선될 가능성이 높다.

우쿨렐레 연주활동이 중년여성의 일상생활 스트레스 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Ukulele Performance on Stress and Daily Hassles and Life Satisfaction of Middle-aged Woman)

  • 본 연구는 중년여성을 대상으로 우쿨렐레 음악 활동이 일상생활 스트레스와 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 40세-64세까지의 중년여성 전국 우쿨렐레 연주 동호회 회원 300명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 다중 회귀분석 및 3단계 회귀 분석을 통해 결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중년여성의 우쿨렐레 연주 횟수와 활동 기간은 중년여성의 일상생활 스트레스 해소에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년여성의 우쿨렐레 연주 횟수와 활동 기간은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일상생활 스트레스는 활동 기간이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 부분 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연주 횟수가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서는 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

축제개최 지역주민의 축제효과요인 인식이 축제참여도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 한국 보령시를 중심으로 - (Effect of Festival Impact Perception of Local Residents on Participation and Satisfaction Level - Focus on Boryeong, Korea -)

  • 본 연구는 방문객 관점에서 벗어나 축제 개최지역에 거주하는 지역주민들을 대상으로 과연 지역주민들은 축제를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가라는 연구문제 아래 충남 보령지역주민을 대상으로 2008년 머드축제기간 동안 보령시내에서 수행되었다. 연구결과 및 정책적 함의는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 축제개최지 지역주민의 지역축제 효과요인 인식에 있어 문화적 요인은 정(+)의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경제적 효과요인은 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 문화적 요인에서는 기존의 선행연구들과 일치된 결과를 보이고 있으나 경제적 효과요인에서는 일반적인 축제의 긍정적 경제파급효과와는 다른 차이점을 보였다. 구체적으로 보령시는 축제의 성공적인 개최도 중요하지만 더 다양하고 구체화된 지역주민 의견 수렴을 위한 공청회와 세미나 등의 기회확대를 통해 실질적으로 일반 주민들이 참여할 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. 둘째, 선행연구를 통해 축제개최 지역주민들이 축제에 참여한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 축제를 인식하는 데 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 축제참여 경험여부를 조절변수로 하여 참여의도와의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조절효과는 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 축제참여도는 지역축제에 대한 지역주민의 축제만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보령시는 외지 방문객뿐 아니라 지역주민들의 적극적인 축제참여를 위한 지속적인 노력을 강구해야한다고 사료된다.
