This study was aimed to get the course which is caused by Neuropsychiatric symptoms in Sang-Han. Therefore this study is based on ${\ulcorner}Euhak-Ipmun\;Sang-Han{\lrcorner}$(${\ulcorner}$醫學入門\;傷寒${\lrcorner}$) classfied mainly by symptoms. The results were summerized as follows: 1. Neuropsychiatric symptoms in ${\ulcorner}Euhak-Ipmun\;Sang-Han{\lrcorner}$(${\ulcorner}$醫學入門\;傷寒${\lrcorner}$) are explained as Pal-Gang(八綱), which shows those are settled down to a systematic oriental medical theory. 2. Pal-Bup (八法) is used in the cure of symptomatische psychose in Euhak-Ipmun${\cdot}$Sang-Han (醫學入門${\cdot}$傷寒), which is intended to boost the effect of cure, choosing the respondent cure method about various causes. 3. PaI-Gang(八綱) and Pal-Bup(八法) in ${\ulcorner}Euhak-Ipmun\;Sang-Han{\lrcorner}$(${\ulcorner}$醫學入門;傷寒${\lrcorner}$) are improved by Lee-Chun who added Jang-Gi(張機)'s Sang Han theory and new medical thought in the ages of Geum Won. 4. Lee-Chun believed that Neuropsychiatric symptoms which appeared in Sang Hang is caused by the ‘Unbalance(不平)’. So he wanted to reach harmony of ‘Jeong(精), Qi(氣), Shin(神), Hyul(血)’ after improving the status of $‘Unbalance(\;{\ulcorner}不平{\lrcorner})’$ toward the status of ‘Balance(平)’.

For the purpose of developing KOREA herbalogy and prescription therapeutics I study the prescriptions among the DONG-UE-BO-GAM. The conclusions are as fallows; 1. There were total 97 prescriptions contended the Bupleurum as gunyak among the DONG-UE-BO-GAM. 2. The currental prescriptions contended the Bupleurum as gunyak were HAN period :1 disease 1 prescription, SONG period :6 diseases 6 prescriptions, GUEM and WON period: 14 diseases 23 prescriptions, MYONG period: 30 diseases 63 prescriptions. 3. The most high frequency of currental effect of the Bupleurum were HAN period: sang-han(傷寒), GUEM and WON period: hak(?), sang-han(傷寒) and gol-gueng-yel(骨蒸熱), MYONG period: sang-han(傷寒), hak(?), on-yek(溫疫), juek-chui(積聚) and an(眼). 4. The most high frequency effect of the Bupleurum as gunyak were sang-han(傷寒): 15 prescriptions, hak(?): 12 prescriptions, on-yek(溫疫) 7 prescriptions etc.

The SangHanIlJeGeum(傷寒-提金) explain the six channel of disease. The Greater Yang controls the construction and defence, and governs the exterior of the body, which serves as the body's external barrier. Accordingly, many of the signs associated with greater yang appear in the early stages of disease. The essential features of greater yang disease are a pulse that is floating, headache, stiffness and pain of the head and nape, heateffusion, and aversion to cold. The main feature of Yang brightness disease is yang hyperactivity and heat exuberance. An evil can directly enter the yang brightness channel from the exterior, but it usually passes into the channel from the greater yang. Yang brightness disease is generally characterized by generalized heat effusion, spontaneous sweating, aversion not to cold but to heat, and a pulse that is large. Distinction is made between a heat patter and a repletion pattern.

Objective : The following study was undertaken in order to seek the acupuncture operation method of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun(傷寒論)${\gg}$ Liu-Jing-Bian-Zheng(六經辨證). Methods : Based on the documents quoted in ${\ll}$Sang Hang Za Bing Lun Xu Wen(傷寒雜病論)${\gg}$ of "Zhang, Zhong-Jing(張仲景)", the relativity of the theory of Jing-Mai(經脈) and Liu-Jing-Bian-Zheng of convalescence, and from the Liu-Jing-Bing(六經病), the origin and implication that caused Tai-Yang-Bing(太陽病) to form was studied on the basis of acupuncture medicine publications and the commentary writing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$. Results : 1) ${\ll}$Sang Ham Lun${\gg}$ Liu-Jing-Bian-Zheng has succeeded and was developed based on Liu-Jing-Fen-Zheng(六經分證) of ${\ll}$Su Wen Re Lun(素問 熱論)${\gg}$. In addition the summary of Liu-Jing-Bing became the general principle of Fen-Jing(分經) and Ding-Zheng(定證) that may be applicable to Fenghan(風寒), Wenre(溫熱), Lili(疫疾) and Zabing(雜病). 2) Most commentators of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ in the Song, Ming and Ching Dynasties of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ interpreted the Tai-Yang-Bing in physiological and pathological aspects of Rong-Wei(榮衛) as the disease of the bladder meridian that oversees the skin of the human body. 3) From the Liu-Jing-Bing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun)${\gg}$, the region of acupuncture treatment of Tai-Yang-Bing is treated with the needle from the point of view of Bing-Zheng-Lun-Zhi(辨證論治) with the basis of the important region of acupuncture of the small intestine meridian bladder meridian and governor vessel.

In this study, we took a look at Joseon's Korean-Japanese Medical Science Cultural Exchange Context through SangHanUiDam(桑韓醫談). SangHanUiDam(桑韓醫談)'s contents mainly include patient treatment and consultations on medical theory, starting from distinguishing medicine. Like the views many scholars that studied Joseon Diplomatic Missionary hold, even in SangHanUiDam(桑韓醫談)'s Medical Science Cultural Exchange, Japan shows great enthusiasm in taking in Joseon's medical culture.
