선박의 해난에 의한 해양오염사고 발생시, 해양경찰은 민관 방제세력의 동원 및 방제조치, 방제지원시스템을 운용 등을 통하여 신속하고 체계적인 방제전략을 수립 시행함으로써, 사고로 인한 해양환경 피해를 최소화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2006년 7월 전북 군산시 새만금방조제 인근 해상에서 침몰한 700톤급 준설선 GA-P1 호에 대한 선체인양 및 해양오염사고 처리 과정에서 방제지원시스템을 이용한 대응 사례이다.

Man-made disasters are disastrous event, which can be reduced the damage through preventive measures and thorough inspections, unlike natural disasters. Thus, safety consciousness of citizens is not only important, but also safety consciousness of security guard who are involved with facility safety management. In other words, safety consciousness and fostering professionalism of security guards could reduce the damage, including human disaster and it enables the effective safety management. Therefore, this study selected the training and the organizational safety as variables with the influencing factors for improving the disaster safety consciousness of facility guard. After the analysis, the following results were confirmed. First, the training content and its environment would have a significant impact on the disaster safety consciousness. Second, organizational safety would have a significant impact on disaster safety consciousness. In other words, the improvement of training program and the formation of safety culture in organizational level will have a positive impact on the disaster safety awareness and enable effective safety management.

This research examined the business system and current status of the safety security manpower managing directly important wooden cultural heritage and grasped on the current situation of arrangement, age, and duties of safety security manpower arranged in 158 important wooden cultural heritages. Also, it intends to highlight the current status and implications of safety security and suggest developmental direction for the establishment of wooden cultural heritages preventive measures in the future.

The prevention of disasters in cultural property is very important management and historical duties. The reason can't be measured values with monetary scale of our contemporary. Therefore, this paper was considered fire-safety as one of terrible threat-disasters about the wooden buildings. This research deal with 47 cases cultural property wooden building by whole investigation(field survey and interview) in Gangnung province. The most buildings have basic fire extinguisher; ABC powder. A few buildings are rarely installed fire extinguishing equipments; outdoor fire hydrant, heat sensor, ground sprinkler, CO2-hose-reel. But these state is very insufficient for the fire-safety in cultural property wooden buildings. Specially as particular attention in province, forest fire of regional characteristic have close relation with cultural property fire. The majority of factor against forest and building fire is to provide monitoring and security system; CCTV, Fence, Sensor, Alarm and paid guard man against incendiary. Ultimately it is necessary to construct comprehensive disaster prevention system with the organic cooperation such as National Emergency Management Agency, Cultural Heritage Administration, Forest Service, local government officials and regional citizen.

One way to shield an atypical structure to secure the occupant safety of an impact vehicle is to stack energy absorbing material modules around the structure. To be applicable to a cushion module, material must have enough energy absorbing capabilities while satisfying the safety requirements of the vehicle occupant. Static compression test of the potential materials gives a good indication which material is good for a slacking module. This paper presents the mechanical properties that a cushion material must have to satisfy the safety requirements. Static tests are performed for Quard-Guard system module, sand bag, recycled tires, Geo-Container, Geo-Cell and Expanded Polystyren (EPS) Blocks. Static test results are discussed and EPS block of $30kg/m^{3}$ density showed good potential for a cushion module. To check the dynamic effect of EPS block, drop tests have been made up to 35.6km/h impact speed. Drop test results are compared with static test results and no appreciable difference was found. To improve the EPS module property, making holes to the block is suggested and drop test are performed for the modified blocks. From the drop test results, design values are suggested.

According to statistics conducted by the Korea Coast Guard, the number of accidents on small boats under 5 tons is increasing every year. This is because only a small number of people are on board. The previously developed maritime distress and safety systems are not well distributed because passengers must be equipped with additional remote equipment. The purpose of this study is to develop a distress awareness system that recognizes man over-board situations in real time. This study aims to present the part of the passenger tracking system among the small ship's distress awareness situational system that can generate passenger's location information in real time using deep learning based object detection and tracking technologies. The system consisted of the following steps. 1) the passenger location information is generated in the form of Bounding box using its detection model (YOLOv3). 2) Based on the Bounding box data, Deep SORT predicts the Bounding box's position in the next frame of the image with Kalman filter. 3) When the actual Bounding Box is created within the range predicted by Kalman-filter, Deep SORT repeats the process of recognizing it as the same object. 4) If the Bounding box deviates the ship's area or an error occurs in the number of tracking occupant, the system is decided the distress situation and issues an alert. This study is expected to complement the problems of existing technologies and ensure the safety of individuals aboard small boats.

This study analyzes the contents of 1,279 articles related to administrative, management, marketing, and service for private clients among the scholarly research results in the field of security and security, and categorizes the main topic security, private security, The results of this study are as follows.
