This study is to suggest legislation and criteria for public service drones for disaster safety in order to enhance the research and development of the drones by helping setting right direction of the R&D. Many foreign governments are now conducting research and development on using drones as public service for disaster safety. Although there are also some efforts to using drones for public service in Korea, domestic laws and performance criteria for the drones for the purpose have not prepared yet. To set a right direction of the R&D, the laws and criteria shall be legislated and established immediately and then we can enhance the efforts to develop related technology for the drone. So this study proposed a performance criteria to fit various circumstances and situations by analyzing the aviation law in overseas. We hope this study can help R&D on the public service drones for disaster safety.

In recent years, research at the Environmental Microbial and Food Safety Laboratory (EMFSL), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has focused on the development of novel image-based sensing technologies to address agro-food safety concerns, and transformation of these novel technologies into practical instrumentation for industrial implementations. The line-scan-based hyperspectral imaging techniques have often served as a research tool to develop rapid multispectral methods based on only a few spectral bands for rapid online applications. We developed a newer line-scan hyperspectral imaging platform for high-speed inspection on high-throughput processing lines, capable of simultaneous multiple inspection algorithms for different agro-food safety problems such as poultry carcass inspection for wholesomeness and apple inspection for fecal contamination and defect detection. In addition, portable imaging devices were developed for in situ identification of contamination sites and for use by agrofood producer and processor operations for cleaning and sanitation inspection of food processing surfaces. The aim of this presentation is to illustrate recent advances in the above agro.food safety sensing technologies.

Purpose: This research evaluated five types of nanoparticles to develop a surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) method for the rapid detection of two Bacillus species (Bacillus cereus and Bacillus thuringiensis) that are commonly found on fresh produce, which can cause food poisoning. Methods: Bacterial concentrations were adjusted to a constant turbidity, and a total of $30{\mu}L$ of each Bacillus cell suspension was prepared for each nanoparticle. A point-scan Raman system with laser light source of wavelength 785 nm was used to obtain SERS data. Results: There was no qualitative difference in the SERS data of B. cereus and B. thuringiensis for any of the five nanoparticles. Three gold nanoparticles, stabilized in either citrate buffer or ethanol, showed subtle differences in Raman intensities of two Bacillus species at $877.7cm^{-1}$. Conclusions: Among the three types of nanoparticles, the gold nanoparticles stabilized in citrate buffer showed the lowest standard deviation, followed by gold nanoparticles stabilized in ethanol. This result supports the potential application of gold nanoparticles for SERS-based detection of B. cereus and B. thuringiensis.

The labor force has moved to services industry. An industrial accidents of service industry is three people on 10 persons in 2013. This research conducted questionnaire surveys of 1:1 directly person interviews with a structured questionnaire intended for 150 service workplaces, in order to improve occupational safety and health in very small service workplace with less than 5 employee. The survey contents is employment type, safety and health management system, safety and health training, activities. In the results, working with non-regular(informal) workers is two people on 10 persons 27.1% and female workers is about five people on 10 persons with 58.1%, and that 67.9% of non-regular workers who are mainly engaged in the production line appeared. And the work-related injury and accident experience was 3.3% and the occupational injury rate was 1.02%, especially occupational injury rate of female workers was 0.88%. Workplace risk assessment carried out in response that it was very low as 10.0% of the total. Also the safety & health education and activities was very low. Thus the safety consciousness and education is urgently required in order to prevent the industrial accidents.

Purpose : This study aimed to examine the effects of the awareness of patient safety culture, emotional labor, and job stress on patient safety nursing activities by comprehensive nursing care medical service ward nurses. Methods : The participants were 112 nurses from the comprehensive nursing care service wards from six hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. Results : The factors that significantly influenced patient safety nursing activities in the comprehensive nursing care medical service ward nurses included job stress (𝛽=-0.18, p<.032) and awareness of patient safety culture (𝛽=0.54, p<.001). The explanatory power of these factors was 31.0% (F=13.43, p<.001). Conclusion : This study showed that the factors that influenced patient safety management activities of comprehensive nursing care medical service ward nurses included job stress and awareness of patient safety culture.

본 연구는 인천국제공항에서 근무하는 항공사 종사자 대상으로 그들이 승객에게 서비스를 제공하는 동안 종사자 사이에 안전문화가 제대로 정착되어 승객들에게 안전에 대한 기본사항이 제대로 전달되고 있는 지 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 항공사 종사자들이 인식하는 안전문화가 그들이 공항이용객에게 제공하는 서비스품질 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 이러한 서비스품질이 궁극적으로 직원의 서비스 제공 행동(서비스 효능감)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 검증하는 연구를 수행하고자 하였다. 연구자는 이상의 연구 목적을 바탕으로 항공사 직원들의 안전업무역량을 통해 궁극적으로 항공서비스의 품질도 향상시키고 항공사의 접점 서비스 직원들을 관리할 수 있는 관리자적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 항공사 종사자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과 안전문화 구성요인들인 보고/학습 문화와 공정문화 중 공정문화는 항공사의 서비스 품질 향상과 항공사 종사자들의 서비스 효용성 증대에 매우 긍정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 보고/학습 문화는 오히려 공항에서 서비스 품질 향상을 저해하고 종사자의 서비스 효용성 의지를 약화시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음이 파악되었다. 비록 현장에서 직원의 서비스 실수가 있더라도 필수적인 안전정보를 제공하는 행위였다면 이를 배려하고 심지어 보상까지 해주는 문화가 정착될 때 서비스 품질향상에 대한 동기부여가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Food labelling is the primary means of communication between the producer and purchaser and plays an important role in consumer's choice of food. Food labelling applying to livestock products, such as meat products (ham, sausage etc.), milk products(milk, fermented milk, butter and cheese etc.) and egg Products is regulated by 'Livestock Products Labelling Standard', National Veterinary Research & Quarantine Service (NVRQS) Notification. This study presents the principles of Korean milk products labelling provision and its recent revision to prevent consumer from misunderstanding and facilitate fair trade practices in market and also keep consistencies with international and relative national regulations. This study also suggests milk products labelling policy direction in the future.

This paper introduce the model of remote monitoring system that combine information technology in electrical safety checks that has been done by professional staff. And for general use, electrical safety Value-Added Service using remote check data were presented. In the near future, If demand and interests of Value-Added Service will be increased, this will be a electrical safety Value-Added Service as an important role in the blind spot of country electricity disaster.

As Korean food service franchise companies sought to advance into around 2,000 new foreign markets, the importance of global management was emphasized. They intensively expanded into Chinese and American markets in 2015 and these two markets account for approximately 40% of total food service franchise companies in foreign countries. Although Japan has huge franchise market, Korean food service franchise companies in Japan only account for 5% of total franchise companies in Asian countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between food service franchise selection factors, brand loyalty, and revisit intention of Japanese consumers using Korean food service franchise companies in Japanese food service market, and based on the analysis results, draw the implications for the expansion of Korean food service franchise companies into the Japanese market. Food service franchise selection factors is defined as service and cleanliness, taste, safety and reliability, cost and convenience, and professionalism. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, analysis was performed to identify the effects of food service franchise selection factors on the brand loyalty, it showed that five food service franchise selection factors including professionalism, service and cleanliness, cost and convenience had positive (+) effects on the brand loyalty. One of the most important factors influencing the brand loyalty is professionalism. In order to raise food service franchise's professionalism, it is necessary for the food service franchise companies to establish stronger strategies containing professional operation systems and services compared to general restaurants. Second, analysis was performed to identify the effects of food service franchise selection factors on revisit intention, five food service franchise selection factors, service and cleanliness, safety and reliability, and cost and convenience had positive (+) effects on revisit intention. One of the most important factors influencing revisit intention is safety and reliability. Thus, in order to raise safety and reliability it is important to form trust with consumers by properly utilizing systems of food hygiene and food safety accreditation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of risk awareness on injury experience in quick delivery service workers. Risk awareness has complicate characteristics such as its level of worker and worker's decision about the level of other's risk perception. Data were collected by interview survey with structured questionnaire about injury experience, risk perception, work characteristics, and socio-demographic characteristics of quick delivery service workers by cross sectional survey design in 2012. The sample size was 120 respondent of quick delivery service workers. Statistical method for this study was hierarchical logistic regression method with 3 different models using socio-demographic characteristics and work characteristics and risk perception, etc. The difference between the level of risk perception of quick delivery service and other's was statistically significant effect on the experience of injury. Especially the higher the level of risk perception of quick delivery service workers is than other's, the lower the injury experience of quick delivery service worker is. The limitation of this study can be found in survey design. The future study for investigation of mechanism of the combined effect of risk perception of quick delivery service workers and others on injury experience.
