Remodeling is a process which creates a new environment based on the formal building. So we should reflect residents' demands faithfully and complement weak points of the formal building throughly, after grasping many problems, when we have a plan to do a remodeling. This paper describes the effective way of finding injurious that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at a semi-finished medical products fabricating company. Analytical method is adopted a questionnaire an ergonomic assessment. The result of this paper is suggested the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit.

This paper was concerned about case study for preventing WMDSs(Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders) by using Thinking Process of TOC(Theory Of Constraints), Unfortunately, the number of WMDSs are rising steadily in auto-part manufacturer. These WMDSs have on worse and worse influence not only on the competition of enterprise but on the life quality of a worker. The research results are helpful to establish the preventing WMDSs and improvement of workplace environments for small-medium sized auto-part company.

Today's manufacturers must respond quickly to customer needs. In particular, make-to-order companies are constantly striving to satisfy customer demand for products in order to secure more favorable conditions in the future through bidding. In this bidding process, quotations play a very important role in providing favorable conditions. And the most important content that companies strive to satisfy their customers is the product's performance. Therefore, a company can attract customers and secure economic profits through good quotations, but it can be said that the first priority is to match the performance of the products requested by the customers. That is, when a company creates a quotation, it is important to structure the quotation according to the performance of the product. Thus, this paper intends to present a quotation management framework and a quotation BOM information model for constructing quotations efficiently in make-to-order manufacturing. And, in order to prove the usefulness of the proposed quotation management framework, we presents an case of the construction of an quotation management system based on the JAVA platform. As a result, the integrated quotation management system based on the proposed quotation management framework and quotation BOM has been successfully operated in a make-to-order company that manufactures marine engines.

Power generation construction projects involving large amounts of capital can affect the survival of a company along with huge economic losses in the event of a business failure. In general, private companies are organizations with challenging risk taking tendencies while public companies have a risk averse tendency to avoid risk, so these differences in organizational tendencies make it difficult to respond to risk. In particular, public companies are more likely to fail than private companies because they choose the contradiction of risk picking to enter overseas markets with high uncertainty despite their tendency to risk averse due to the nature of the organization. Therefore, these organizations need risk management techniques that reflect a risk-averse strategy. Accordingly, this paper analyzes the risk management research papers of the existing overseas development EPC business in order to find the risk management techniques related to the organizational tendencies of public companies and proposes "establishing a performance audit system for risk management of the organizational tendencies of public companies" as a way to extract the risk factors through the examples of overseas development projects of public companies and to manage the organizational tendencies of public companies that affect them.

Importance of the work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs) has been increasing in the manufacturing industry such as the domestic shipbuilding industry and car industry. Recently, companies have implemented the risk factor investigation due to the amendment of the industrial safety and health law in 2003. At the same time, some large companies have introduced and implemented an ergonomics program for WMSDs. Yet, until now a study of the effect and management of the ergonomics program has not been conducted. In 2005, we audited an ergonomics program in a domestic shipbuilding company four times for 9-month period. The company implemented an ergonomics program from 2003 to 2005. From the investigation, this paper reveals the effects and problems of the ergonomics program implemented by the company and presents methods for its improvement. The findings described in this paper will help the companies to implement their ergonomics program for WMSDs in the future.

The purposes of this article is to analyse how market competition of credit card company affect price(interest rate) and survival length of card users. This paper uses individual account data from a large Korean credit card company during the periods from 2002 to 2006. The findings of our study are as follows. First, market competition of credit card company have a negative effect with interest rate of credit card. Second, market competition of credit card company have a affirmative effect with survival length. Finally, The effect of Increasing delinquency rate due to price increase is smaller than decreasing delinquency rate due to extending survival length.

This development has tried to scheme out the convenience for users to use the 3D modeling solution which is developed from the existing programs. The extended 3D modeling solution, to be developed through the use of the API which is provided and Microsoft Access, database is able to reuse the parts, subassemblies of parts, and assemblies. A methodology exhibits the possibility to use a Spinfire Professional Spinfire Reader program. The web evaluation system, which is used to connected with the Internet explorer and to construct a web service, will repeat the evaluations of the company staffs and customers about the new products which the company have designed. The furniture manufacturing company will adopt the 3D modelling solution in modelling the new products and go through the web evaluation system to collect dissatisfied facts of the customers or the company staffs against the new product. Finally, it will contribute to the enormous benefit creation of the enterprise.

The logistics cost in Korea is very higher than that of the other countries. Thus, we propose to the way to reduce company's logistics cost in the paper industry. Each company in the paper industry is having its particular sized pallets and using them to manufactured products, store, deliver, retrieve empty pallet and so on. In this reason, the logistics cost is still increasing. As the common introduction of Pallet Pool System to "Paper Industry", the logistics cost could be reduced up to 24% and 1.8 billion won saved approximately, and it possibly attributes to the increase of company profit and the strength of the company competitiveness.itiveness.
