In this study the main elements which can be commonly adopted to every kind of business are selected through the research, case-study, benchmarking common items of a direct or indirect loss cost. As a result of the development of a program for evaluating loss cost a case or accumulated data can be easily managed through estimating the direct and indirect loss cost as tell as the ratio between directs and indirect cost. The program is fit to case-study and we are compared direct cost with indirect cost. Automatically, this program showed ratio between directs and indirect cost for style, scale of accident The person in charge of safety and hygiene can have better chances to get into management also the owner or the CEO can recognize the importance of management of safety and hygiene. So this can guide the company to invest in a prevention of disaster and to adopt a safety and hygiene management promote the prevention activity of a company, and finally decrease the accident rate in the country.

The objective of this study was to conduct research and analysis using Group Focus Interview to survey the between construction site workers and managers implementing for the Severe Accident Punishment Act. Focused on measures to improve safety management effectiveness for the effectiveness of establishing a safety management system. A plan to improve the efficient safety management system was presented to 50 construction industrial managers and workers. In order to ensure the industrial accident prevention policies appropriately, it is necessary to be aware of safety obligations for workers as well as business operators. In addition, despite the existence of a commentary on the Serious Accident Punishment Act, confusion in the field still persists, so in the event of a major accidents, the obligation to take safety and health education is strengthened, and effective case education is proposed by teaching actual accident cases suitable for actual working sites. It is necessary to make all training mandatory, and it is necessary to reconsider awareness through writing a daily safety log, awareness of risk factors, etc., and writing down risk information. Above all, at the construction ordering stage, it is necessary to keep the construction safety, request corrections and supplements for problems issues that arise, and consult between the orderer and the construction company about the problems issues. Rather than having only the construction company correct or supplement the safety management plan, the contents should be shared with supervisors and workers to establish a more practical solution. Results of this study will contribute to improving the effectiveness of the serious accident and construction safety management system.

The goal of this study is to analyze an effect of productivity elevation. For the goal, the various methods of the productivity elevation were suggested and the system improvements were conducted. The S company was established in Ban-Wol Industrial Complex, Ansan-City, Kyonggi-Do on 2007. The company was hiring 22 employees. The main manufactures were heavy duty equipment parts and the amount of sale was two billion won on 2008. Problems which the company faced were ambiguous production target management and materials loss. To solve the problems, NCT work improvement and automatic welding were induced. There were steel saving of 3,780,000won/month and man-hour saving of 144,000won/month by redesign of the steel sheet for the NCT steel job. Also, changing from handwork to automatic welding, the man-hour saving for the welding job was 320M/H and saving of 4,225,600won/month. The others of systematic improvement for productivity elevation were usage of jig and daily equipment checklist.

In unlimited competition era changed rapidly, productivity improvement and raw cost reduction by working improvement are very important for the survival of middle and small-sized companies. At this moment, middle and small-sized companies are cleary important in domestic industry. Therefore, this researcher applied TPS(Toyota production system) 7 wastes by experiment planning method for wastes of lots of working processes at the manufacturing site of automobile assembly manufacturing company, D company, analyzed current system of D company applied so as to verify if value creation works and factors were minimized during the production and drew results by analyzing experimental planning for analyzing waste elimination.

This study examines the relationship between safety factors and health management systems based on accident statistics in the construction industry stipulated in the Serious Disaster Punishment Act. To determine the level of safety achieved by companies through their health management system, the top 1000 construction firms in the country were surveyed online. Four hundred sixty companies responded to the survey by providing their statistics on major accidents (mortality, accidental mortality, and injury rates). Statistical tests showed that companies with a team dedicated to the oversight of safety and health management had fewer accidents than those without one. Factor and regression analyses revealed that three factors affected the mortality and accident rates: safety and health plan, safety and health professionals, and safety and health activities. Moreover, two factors significantly influenced the injury rate: safety management supported by a cooperative company and implementation of on-site safety and health activities. The findings of this study can be used as a fundamental reference for further research and consultation on the formulation of safety and health management systems for construction companies.

And that Cheapter IX has been adopted in SOLAS with ISM as its annex gives this code mandatory effect On the eve of the implementation of ISM by IMO. Administrations, classifications, other maritime industry organizations as well as all shipping companies assessmentand evalution have been made inthis paper to thedevelopment of marine safety culture through the discussion of the general recognition of safety culture by IMO and her Contracting States, thenecessity for establishing unity of benefit and safety in a shipping company, the development of scientific safety managment systems and new reflections of safety culture in internation shipping industries.

The PL(Product Liability) Law has been going into effect in Korea since July 2002. Accordingly, a company's responsibility for customers who are damaged by the defect in the product safety has been gradually strict and imposed burden on management. This paper gives suggestions as to PL prevention of manufacturing companies through the case research of PL prevention strategies and the prevention systems of the domestic S-company.

This document analyses the empirical study result of the safety quality management system(SQMS) induction. This analysis is composed as the following. First of all, we take a brief look at (he present Korean situations after the SQMS induction. Next, we analyse the effect of the SQMS induction, then we indicate the conclusion, suggestion, limits and future course of this study. We divided the effect of induction in 21 factors. The result was 3.5 out of 5 perfect Points, which shows the high preference. Higher points were scored with international companies than domestic ones, the companies accepted before 1998 than the ones after 1998, and large enterprises than smaller ones.

Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

Fund-raising is critical to start-up and early stage company. We try to analyse a status of fund-raising in start-up and early stage company, and a correlation between angel investment and start-up. With last 10 years' data sheets, we find that angel investment is not related with start-up fund raising.
