  • 항공, 자동차, 로봇 등 안전-필수 분야에서 IT 융합 기술이 널리 사용되고 있다. 이들 분야에서 사용되는 IT 핵심 요소 중의 하나가 컨트롤러이다. 컨트롤러의 오 동작은 안전과 매우 밀접하기 때문에, 개발된 컨트롤러의 기능이 정확하다는 것을 입증해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정형 기법을 이용하여 기능적으로 정확한 컨트롤러 개발 사례를 보인다.

Derivation of Creative SW HRD Policy Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (계층분석을 활용한 창의적 SW인재양성 정책방향 도출)

  • The paradigm of SW industry has been rapidly changing into mobile and cloud technology environment. Research model based on PEST-SWOT analysis was employed to derive internal and external factors connected with PEST factors through analyzing the current status and problems of SW HRD system in Korea. Survey was conducted by 20 experts who are involved in SW companies, university, and R&D research institute using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model. The empirical result showed that SW fusion HRD, creativity-oriented university education in the field of software, global education and exchange, and revitalization of SW venture ecosystem are derived as policy visions of SW HRD for smart industry ecosystem. Another findings are that SW fusion HRD, revitalization of SW venture ecosystem, Job Creation through revitalization of SW start-up, Creation of coexistence between SW large enterprises and SMEs, creativity-oriented university education in the field of software, and global education and exchange are presented in order in terms of the importance of policy priority.

  • 국내 SW산업육성을 위해 SW융합을 통한 신시장 창출 SW산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보를 위한 체계적이고 전략적인 지원의 필요에 따라 본 연구에서는 국내 SW산업육성을 위한 성장유도 방향과 지원 사업분야를 도출하여 SW산업 지역동반 성장을 위한 신규 정책과제 도출에 활용하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내의 SW분야 지원 정책과 사업 현황을 조사, 분석하고 지원사업의 취약점을 분석하였다. 조사 및 분석을 통해 SW산업 육성을 위한 네 가지 측면의 성장 유도 방향과 10가지 지원 사업 분야를 도출하였으며 도출된 성장 유도방향 등에 대한 중요도 평가를 AHP 분석을 통해 실시하였다. 분석 결과 국가 SW정책의 상대적 중요도 평가 결과에서는 '지속적 추진체계확보'를 가장 중요한 것으로 평가되었고 10가지 사업분야에 대한 중요도 평가 결과에서는 '제품, 기술 개발 지원사업'이 가장 중요한 것으로 평가 되었으며 네 가지 성장유도방향의 중요도 평가결과에서는 '기술경쟁력 확보' 측면의 유도 방향이 가장 중요한 것으로 평가 되었다.

A Study on the Advancement of IT project Order System in Public sector - Focused on the SW partitioning order institution - (공공부문 IT프로젝트 발주시스템 선진화에 관한 연구 - SW분할발주 제도를 중심으로-)

  • Despite rapid growth of the global SW market, the Korean market still has a long way to go to impact global power nations. What is the reason that holds back of the No. 1 high-speed Internet country in terms of SW development? It is lack of the foundation for development of the Korean SW industry. In this context, the Korean government declared SW-oriented society and developed polices for each sector; Regarding movement that tries to apply the SW partitioning order institution in public sector to IT projects, this research aims to study SI project problems expected when conducting the SW partitioning order institution and improvements focusing on the public sector that accounts for about 30% of the entire SW industry. SW partitioning order institution is divided into planning-design and development-realization stages, which may cause problems when it is applied to SI projects. As such, the study analyzed SI projects and separate and partitioning order, exemplary cases and examples of industrial projects related to partitioning order, and drew improvement measures from institutional, technological and managerial viewpoints. The research aims to help people involved in IT projects sell SW at proper prices and improve the environment, and presents directions to create a system that strengthens competitiveness of the SW industry and SI projects by providing solutions to problems that suppliers and demanders should recognize before implementing the SW partitioning order institution.

A Study on the Problems and Policy Implementation for Open-Source Software Industry in Korea: Soft System Methodology Approach (소프트시스템 모델 방법론을 통해 진단한 국내 공개 SW 산업의 문제점과 정책전략 연구)

  • In knowledge based society, information technology (IT) has been playing a key role in economic growth. In recent years, it is surprisingly notable that the source of value creation moved from hardware to software in IT industry. Especially, among many kinds of software products, the economic potential of open source was realized by many government agencies. Open source means software codes made by voluntary and open participation of worldwide IT developers, and many policies to promote open source activities were implemented for the purpose of fast growth in IT industry. But in many cases, especially in Korea, the policies promoting open source industry and its ecosystem were not considered successful. Therefore, this study provides the practical reasons for the low performance of Korean open source industry and suggests the pragmatic requisites for effective open source policy. For this purpose, this study applies soft system model (SSM) which is frequently used in academy and industry as a methodology for problem-solving and we link the problems with corresponding policy solutions based on SSM. Given concerns which Korean open source faces now, this study suggests needs for the three different kinds of government policies promoting multiple dimensions of industry: research and development (R&D)-side, supply-side, and computing environment-side. The implications suggested by this research will contribute to implement the practical policy solutions to boost open source industry in Korea.

Effect of Internal Fibrillation on the Paper Properties (내부소섬유화가 종이 물성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of internal fibrillation on the pulp and paper properties. The internal fibrillation was introduced into the SwBKP and recycled SwBKP by the mechanical treatment with Hobart mixer. WRV and physical properties of SwBKP were improved by the internal fibrillation. However the mechanical treatment of recycled SwBKP resulted in the decrease of strength properties of paper except for the tear index, although it was observed that WRV was somewhat increased by the mechanical treatment. The decrease of strength properties of recycled SwBKP might be caused by the hornification of fiber and the decrease of fiber strength.

  • Construction industry recognizes the necessity to manage is business from viewpoint of processes, and consider developing, evaluating and improving standard processes as important managerial target. SW-CMM provides basic framework for this process management. However, appropriate tailoring and adjustment are essential for SW-CMM concept to be applied to construction business. SW-CMM makes construction manager understand the capability of business process, based on which the priority of process improvement is judged. The capability is prescribed by common features. This paper introduces the basic frame for diagnosing construction business processes with SW-CMM, and presents the case study of analysing processes focusing on communication management.

  • 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선모델인 CMMI에 기반한 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질인증 모델을 적용하여 중소기업 SW개발 프로세스의 개선성과를 보인다. 프로세스 개선영역은 프로젝트 관리, 개발, 지원 영역이며 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질인증 모델 대비 프로세스 이행수준 및 개선영역을 식별하고, SW개발 프로세스를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 SW개발 프로세스를 개선하여 프로세스 체계 수립, 요구사항과 산출물간의 추적성 관리체계 정립, 형상변경 통제체계 성립 등의 성과를 보인다.

ADONIS: A Service Design and Certification Management Tool for Certification of Software Development Process in International Standard Organization (국제표준기국의 SW 개발 공정 인증을 위한 서비스 설계 및 인증 관리 도구: ADONIS)

  • In the perspective of service, it is important to institute certification process required by International Standard Organization (ISO) for software (SW) development process, since Information and Communication Technology (ICT) takes high portion of the Korean industry and its certification for SW is essential internationally for trade. In addition, the certification service provided by BPMN tools like ADONIS is absolutely necessary. In that perspective, this paper proposes a new approach to satisfy this kind of necessity. This approach provides the certification service for the safety of SW required at the international level in Korean industry. Furthermore, the approach can be applied to other domains beside the SW. In order to demonstrate the approach, this paper shows how to guarantee service design for certification of ECSS-E-40 of European Space Agency (ESA) with ADONIS. This paper focuses on specification and verification of SW in E-40, and the main requirement for the verification will be safety of the SW.

Java programming lecture design considering NCS-based SW Qualification Design (NCS 기반 SW 신자격 설계를 고려한 자바프로그래밍 강의 설계)

  • As the NCS(National Competency Standards) classification system continued to be developed and supplemented, NCS became widespread. Qualifications were redesigned to actively reflect industry demands, reduce the burden of redundant acquisition of unnecessary qualifications, and to evaluate objective capacities of the workforce. In addition to the learning modules to be developed in the future, previously developed NCS-based learning modules and lectures should be reorganized based on the new qualification design. In this paper, the Java programming subject designed based on NCS was redesigned according to SW new qualification design. Since the redesigned Java programming subjects consider the qualification design direction or qualification roadmap, not only can they be recognized as a test subject in qualification assessment through course evaluation, but also can be used as individual qualification data.
