본 연구는 서울지역 주부를 대상으로 쌀 생산과 소비측면에서 새로이 주목받고 있는 기능성 쌀 중 다이어트 쌀에 대한 소비자 지불가치와 구매유형별 소비자 선호분석 및 이에 따른 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 분석 결과 다이어트 쌀에 대한 소비자의 평균지불가격은 최소 1.17배에서 최대 1.52배까지 일반 쌀 보다 높게 지불하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 다이어트 쌀의 선호분석 결과소득이 높을수록 다이어트 쌀에 대한 구입의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 소비자 지불가격 및 선호분석을 토대로 기능성 다이어트 쌀에 대한 마케팅 전략은 고 판매 가격 전략, 명품전략 및 직거래 체제의 확립이 중요하다. 또한 디지털시대를 맞아 전자상거래 쇼핑몰에 의한 판매도 필수적인 마케팅 전략으로 수립되어야 함을 지적할 수 있다.

최근 지식기반경제로의 진입과 함께 인적자본형성으로서의 교육에 관한 문제는 모든 국가들에 있어서 중요한 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 1970년-2008년 기간 동안 비영어권 OECD 10개 국가들을 대상으로 교육투자와 경제성장과의 관계를 단순회귀분석(OLS) 및 표면상무관회귀분석(Seemingly Unrelated Regression Estimation: SURE) 기법을 사용하여 추정하여 상호 비교분석 하였다. 분석 결과 인적자본의 형성과 관련된 변수들의 추정에서는 교육투자를 비롯하여 R&D투자 및 출산율 모두 통계적 유의성이 높게 나왔으며 또한 경제성장에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 중 경제성장에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요소로는 출산율이었으며 다음으로 R&D 투자, 교육투자 순으로 나타났다. 특히 출산율계수의 크기는 R&D 투자의 1.8배, 교육투자의 약 3.5배의 크기로 나타나고 있어 각 국가들의 지속적인 경제성장을 위해서는 R&D투자 및 교육투자뿐만 아니라 출산율 촉진정책도 동시에 고려되어져야 할 것으로 보인다.

In an effort to expand working opportunities for women and encourage childbirth, the government of Korea introduced the free infant care policy in 2013. This policy, however, was controversial with regard to issues, such as budget shortages and dissatisfaction based on socioeconomic status. In addition, the lack of evidence-based data regarding adequate age criteria for the entry of children into childcare facilities was noted as a challenge. As child development professionals who are concerned with mental health issues, we investigated the influence and challenges of the free infant care policy with regard to infant mental health. In this review, we examined the policies enacted by developed countries, such as the United Kingdom (UK), and compared them with those in Korea. The childcare systems in Korea and the UK differ historically and socially, but show some similarities, such as maternal responsibility for parenting and household issues. Like Korea, the need for UK childcare facilities increased in the 1990's in response to market recovery and associated increase in female employment. Among the new policies in the UK, the Sure Start program has begun to provide integrated services for infants, particularly to those 0-4 years of age, who are vulnerable to social exclusion. Similar to the Dream Start program in Korea, it has been successful in providing family-related services, resulting in improvements in problematic behaviors of children, enhanced parenting skills, and decreased rates of severely injured children.

웨이블릿 변환 영역에서 계수 축소 방법의 잡음제거는 알고리즘의 단순함과 잡음제거 효과의 우수함으로 많이 사용되는 방법이다. 계수 축소 방법 중 VisuShrink는 데이터의 수와 잡음편차에 비례하는 universal 경계값을 사용하여 잡음을 제거하는 방법이다. 일반적으로 잡음편차가 알려져 있지 않으므로 universal 경계값 결정을 위해 잡음편차 추정이 필요하다. 그러나 잡음편차 추정 방법은 고주파 대역에서는 알려져 있으나 저주파 대역에 대해서는 알려져 있지 않으므로 기존의 VisuShrink 방법은 저주파 대역의 잡음을 제거할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 단조변환에 의한 각 대역의 잡음편차를 추정하고, 추정된 편차에 가중값을 곱한 가중편차를 universal 경계값에 적용하여 최저주파 대역을 제외한 모든 대역의 잡음을 Soft-Threshold 기법으로 제거하였다. 그리고 잡음제거 특성을 비교하기 위해 기존의 VisuShrink방법 및 SureShrink방법과의 잡음제거 특성을 비교하였다. 비교 결과 본 논문에서 제시된 잡음제거 방법은 가우시안 잡음과 고압축 양자화 잡음에서 좋은 잡음 제거효과를 보였다.

이 연구는 우리 나라에 수입되는 원목의 시장구조를 밝히기 위하여 미국, 뉴질랜드, 칠레로부터 들어오는 온대침엽수원목에 대한 수입수요를 수출국별 원목의 가격과 국내 목재가공업(제재업)의 제품생산량의 함수로 설정하여 수입원목수요함수를 추정하였다. 이 연구는 당해 연도에 수입되는 각 국가별 수입원목량은 당해 연도의 자체원목가격, 대체 원목가격, 그리고 당해 연도의 제품생산량에 의하여 결정된다고 가정하여 모델을 개발하였다. 1981년부터 1997년까지 17년간의 수입원목량과 가격에 관한 통계자료를 이용하여 SURE(Seemingly Unrelated Regression Equations)추정 방법으로 미국산, 뉴질랜드산 및 칠레산 소나무원목의 수입수요함수를 추정하였다. 미송원목수입가격에 대한 우리 나라의 미송원목, 뉴송원목 그리고 칠레송원목의 수입수요 탄력성은 각각 -2.88, 1.36, 3.17로 추정되어, 미송원목가격이 미송뿐만 아니라 칠레송원목의 수입량에도 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 뉴송원목 수입가격에 대한 미송원목, 뉴송원목 그리고 칠레송원목의 수입수요 탄력성은 각각 0.71, -1.65, 1.44로 나타나 뉴송가격은 미송원목수입에 크게 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 칠레송원목수입가격에 대한 미송원목, 뉴송원목 그리고 칠레송원목의 수입수요 탄력성은 각각 1.02, 0.88, -3.41로 나타나 칠레송원목수입량은 자체가격에 민감하나 뉴송원목수입량이 칠레송 가격에 그리 크게 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

A stochastic fundamental duel with continous interfiring times is considered for including the kill effect of multiple hits and fixed duel time. Two alternatives, 'vital hit' and 'damage coefficient' approaches, are developed. Since a large quantity of ammunition is consumed when a sure kill is obtained through repetitive multiple hits, limitation of initial ammunition supply is included in the stochastic duel models with multiple hits and fixed duel time. General solutions are obtained and examples with negative exponential interfiring times and geometric ammunition supply are given.

A critical discussion of our knowledge about extragalactic cosmic rays and magnetic fields is at-tempted. What do we know for sure? What are our prejudices? How do we confront our models with the observations? How can we assess the uncertainties in our modeling and in our observations? Unfortunately, perfect answers to these questions can not be given. Instead, I describe efforts I am involved in to gain reliable information about relativistic particles and magnetic fields in extragalactic space.

This paper proposes a method of fault diagnostics on switching mode power supply. When the error of switching mode power supply cannot be found when the conventional diagnostics is performed, this proposed method first performs diagnosis on the switching mode power supply strictly to judge the operating condition. This method analyzes the PWM wave which depends on the load change, to make sure the feedback control of the power supply to diagnosis the operation of the power supply system.

SFRC(Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete) has advantage of crack resistance and ductility failure behavior. But the study which investigated about effect of steel fiber under bearing stress is not to be enough, and it does not be sure of criterion of SFRC for allowable bearing stress formula in internal specification. The purpose of this study is to clear the influence of SFRC on the bearing capacity and ductility of material through static loading test. additionally, arrive an allowable bearing stress formula for SFRC and examine mechanical behaviro by the 3-D finite element analysis.
