지식기반의 경제사회가 도래하고 있다. 그것은 모든 중요한 과학기술정보를 수집ㆍ배포ㆍ보존하는 인프라, 즉 국가정보시스템의 성능이 그 국가의 존망과 생존을 결정하는 인자로 부상하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 그 구심체로서의 역할이 KISTI에 부여된 이상, 국내외 과학기술정보에 대한 최초의 관문과 최후의 보루로서의 위상을 확보하고 제기능을 수행하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 과학기술정보의 체계적 수집, 완벽한 보존, 그리고 적시적 제공이 국가의 정보경쟁력을 확보하고 궁극적으로 KISTI의 존재이유와 정체성을 결정하는 요체라는 전제 하에 현주소를 SWOT 분석하여 수집규모의 최적화 방안을 모색하였다.

The four wing unmanned aerial vehicle owns the characteristics of small size, light weight, convenient operation and well stability. But it is easily disturbed by external environmental factors during flight with these disadvantages of short endurance and poor attitude solving ability. For solving these problems, a microprocessor based on STM32 chip is designed and the overall development is completed by the resources such as built-in timer and multi-function mode general-purpose input/output provided by the master micro controller unit, together with radio receiver, attitude meter, barometer, electronic speed control and other devices. The unmanned aerial vehicle can be remotely controlled and send radio waves to its corresponding receiver, control the analog level change of its corresponding channel pins. The master control chip can analyze and process the data to send multiple sets pulse signals of pulse width modulation to each electronic speed control. Then the electronic speed control will transform different pulse signals into different sizes of current value to drive the motor located in each direction of the frame to generate different rotational speed and generate lift force. To control the body of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so as to achieve the operator's requirements for attitude control, the PID controller based on Kalman filter is used to achieve quick response time and control accuracy. Test results show that the design is feasible.

본 연구는 '연구인프라(학술연구정보), 연구산출물(논문, 특허 등), 응용연구 기술개발, 제품(서비스)의 생산과 수출(제품 및 지적 재산권), GNP 증가, 국가경쟁력제고'로 이어지는 시계열적 순차성과 인과관계에 주목하여 그 시발점인 해외 학술지의 전략적 개발모형을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지식강국화의 요체로 지목되는 선진국의 학술지를 중심으로 국제적 동향과 후광효과를 논급한 다음에 수집규모의 경제성과 공유기능의 극대화를 위한 다양한 전략(수입국가형 개발모형, 핵심 학술지 전략적 확보모형, 하이브리드형 구축모형, 인터넷 학술지의 개발모형)을 제시하였다.

Pattern-based query processing has not attracted much attention in wireless sensor network though its counterpart has been studied extensively in data stream. The methods used for data stream usually consume large memory and much energy. This conflicts with the fact that wireless sensor networks are heavily constrained by their hardware resources. In this paper, we use piece wise representation to represent sensor nodes' collected data to save sensor nodes' memory and to reduce the energy consumption for query. After getting data stream's and patterns' approximated line segments, we record each line's slope. We do similar matching on slope sequences. We compute the dynamic time warping distance between slope sequences. If the distance is less than user defined threshold, we say that the subsequence is similar to the pattern. We do experiments on STM32W108 processor to evaluate our strategy's performance compared with naive method. The results show that our strategy's matching precision is less than that of naive method, but our method's energy consumption is much better than that of naive approach. The strategy proposed in this paper can be used in wireless sensor network to process pattern-based queries.

사물인터넷이 활성화 되면서 많은 센서 디바이스들이 늘어나고 있다. 센서들은 네트워크 유선망을 설치하여 사용하거나 이동통신망을 사용할 수 있다. 이동통신망은 전송률 관점에서 볼 때 크게 고속 통신과 저속통신 두 가지로 분류 할 수 있다. 이동 통신망에서 수억 개의 센서들의 경우 고속 통신을 사용하기에는 자원 낭비가 심하게 발생하게 된다. 이러한 자원을 낭비하지 않고 전송 속도를 줄이고 자원을 적절히 할당하여 이용할 수 있는 통신이 필요하다. 최근 이동통신에서 저전력 기술 중 하나인 협대역 인터넷(NB-IoT)이 여러 기업에서 각광받고 있다. 현재 NB-IoT 또는 기타 저전력 통신들만이 빠르게 늘어나는 센서 디바이스들을 인터넷에 연결시킬 수 있는 가능성을 가지고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 화웨이 NB-IoT 통신 모듈을 이용한 히터 제어 장치, 제어 장치의 정보를 수집하는 서버, 장치에 기본 설정을 할 수 있는 응용프로그램을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이 시스템의 주요 기능은 온도 및 히터 상태 수집하여 서버에 주기 보고, 서버에서의 히터 제어, 히터가 자동으로 동작하기 위한 파라미터 설정이 있다. 본 시스템은 히터뿐만 아니라 도로 정보, 스마트 농업, 소규모 저수지 등 유선 통신이 구축 되지 않은 곳에 응용할 수 있다.

최근 해외 주요 학술지 출판사들은 특정 정보제공기관의 한정된 자원의 효율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 한 방법으로써 여러 출판사간, 동종 혹은 이종의 학술지에 대한 각종 인용문헌으로의 연계를 지칭하는 참조연계(reference linking)를 시도하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 분산된 학술지 논문의 통합 검색, 원문의 식별 그리고 원문간 참조연계 서비스를 제공하기 위한 중양집중식 모델인 '학술지 논문 연계시스템' (Electronic Research Resources Reference Linking System:E3R/LS)을 설계$.$구현하고 추후 실제 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 국내 학술지 논문 연계서비스의 시스템 구축을 위한 중요한 구성요소로서, 첫째, 인터넷 자원에 대한 연계 기능과 인터넷상에 존재하는 자원의 식별자로서는 IETF URN의 한 종류인 DOI(Digital Object Identifier)를 이용하였고, 기존 연속 간행물 식별자인 SICI(Serial Item Contribution Identifier)를 국내 학술지에 적용하기 위한 한글 문자를 허용하는 확장된 개념의 구문법을 새롭게 정의하여 DOI의 접미부로 활용하였다. 둘째 구성요소로서는 Dublin Core(DC)를 사용하여 통합 데이터베이스 검색에 필요한 메타데이터를 기술하였다. 마지막 구성요소로서 하나의 DOI를 원문의 위치정보인 URL로 변환하는 작업을 가능하게 하는 CNRI 변환기를 활용하였다.
