Sterically stabilized liposomes (SSL) composed of distearoylphosphatidylcholine, cholesterol, dicetylphosphate and distearoylphosphatiodylethanolamine-N-poly(ethyleneglycol) 2000 (DSPE-PEG 2000) were made by reverse phase evaporation method to prolong biological half-life and decrease toxic side effect of drug. Streptozocin (572), a water-soluble antitumor agent with short half-life, was selected as a model drug. The size of SSL was controlled by polycarbonate extrusion to 100 nm which is adequate size for long circulation in plasma. The release rate of drugs from SSL in PBS was evaluated. And the stability of STZ-containing liposomes against drug leakage into rat plasma was evaluated in order to investigate the interaction of liposome and plasma protein. Incorporation of DSPE-PEG 2000 into conventional liposomes significantly decreased the drug leakage into rat plasma.

클라이언트용 메일 프로그램에 비해 웹 메일 시스템은 일반 사용자에게 인터페이스와 기능적인 면에서 편리함을 제공한다. 그러나 메일 메시지를 전송하고 관리하는 측면에서는 보안상의 취약점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 메일 메시지를 안전하게 전송하고 편리하게 관리하기 위한 웹 기반의 메일 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템에서는 일반적인 메일 기능과 PGP(Pretty Good Privacy)를 이용한 메시지 암호화 기능, SSL(Secure Socket Layer) protocol을 이용하여 웹 메일 시스템과 웹 브라우저 사이의 메시지 보호 기능 등을 이용하여 클라이언트용 메일 프로그램을 이용하기 위한 설정이 필요 없이 웹 브라우저만을 가지고 안전한 메시지 전송과 관리를 할 수 있도록 하였다.

Pasting characteristics and amylose-surfactant complex forming ability of sweet potato starch were investigated after defatting and the addition of surfactants, such as SSL (sodium steamyl-2-lactylate) Dimodan (mono/di glyceride) and SE (sucrose ester) with different concentrations. All starch granules were smooth and round, there were no damages to starch granules after defatting and surfactant addition. amylose content of surfactant added stach decreased and me order of decrease was SSL, SE and Dimodan. The cornplex forming ability of SE added starch increased according to increasing HLB value. As surfactants concentration increased, amylose complex formig ability increased. In case of gelatinization patterns by amylograph, the initial pasting temperature of surfactant added starches was higher than mat of untreated or defatted starches, but viscosity at each temperature were all decreased. Soluble carbohydrate and leached amylose of starches increased at increasing temperature, those of surfactant added starches decreased at each temperature in the order of SSL, SE and Dimodan.

SET는 인터넷과 같은 개방형 통신망에서 안전하고 효율적인 신용카드 기반의 전자결제를 수행하기 위해 개발된 전자지불 프로토콜이다. 하지만 SET를 이용한 신용카드 기반 전자지불시스템은 사용상의 불편함과 구현의 복잡성, 서버에 대한 과중한 부하 등의 이유로 상업화에는 실패하여 SSL/TLS 프로토콜 방식이 주로 사용되고 있다. 최근에는 SSL/TLS와 SET의 장점을 모두 만족시키는 새로운 모델인 3D SET와 3-D Secure가 제시되었다. 본 고에서는 전반적인 SET 프로토콜의 개요와 SET에 사용된 보안 기술에 대해서 살펴보고, SSL/TLS 프로토콜과의 장$\cdot$단점을 비교/분석한다. 그리고, SET 이후에 등장한 3D SET와 3-D Secure에 대한 동향을 분석하고, 모바일 전자상거래를 위한 Wireless SET에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

인터넷의 사용이 활발해지면서 이동 중에도 인터넷을 이용 정보를 얻거나 쇼핑을 하려는 사람들이 늘어남에 따라 Mobile Network이나 Mobile 환경에서의 보안이 요구되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 Architecture for Location Independent CORBA Environment (ALICE)구조에 기반을 둔 Mobile CORBA 환경에서 Mobile Host(MH)와 Mobile Gateway(MG)간의 통신 시 전파 특성상 보안에 취약하여 정보유출의 우려가 있다. 그래서 현재 공개키 방식으로 널리 쓰이는 SSL(Secure Socket Layer)을 이용 무선에서의 보안을 제안한다.

월드 와이드 웹(WWW)의 발달로 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce) 이용 등 전세계적으로 네트워크의 사용이 늘어나게 되었고, 더불어 네트워크에 대한 보안과 암호화의 문제가 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만 신뢰감 부족으로 인하여 인터넷을 통한 제품 구매를 선호하지 않는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 웹서버와 클라이언트사이에 SSL(Secure Socket Layer)을 사용하는 전자상거래 시스템을 구현하여 보았다. 이것은 전자화폐의 지불과정이나, 거래자의 인증과정에 앞서서 수행되므로, 아직 보안상 불완전한 거래에 사용자들로 하여금 신뢰를 줄 수 있다.

We propose a HTTP cookie-based identification of the public keys of Web sites for the case of failure to validate certificates. The proposed scheme effectively protects users from the phishing attacks of inducing them to access bogus sites. It incurs little performance overhead on the browser and the server of Web sites. It requires to implement the input processing of user credentials and the encryption and verification of cookie values, though.

전자상거래에서 신용카드를 이용하여 물품 대금을 지급하는 대표적인 방식으로 SSL과 SET을 사용하고 있다. 그러나, SSL은 시장의 폭넓은 지지를 받고 있지만, 카드소유자 본인 확인 기능이 없어서 카드소유자의 지불거부 뿐만 아니라, 부정거래가 발생할 수 있는 단점이 있다. 또한, SET도 카드소유자 본인 확인 기능이 없고 기술적으로 복잡해 시장의 큰 호응을 받지 못하는 단점이 있다. 이러한 SSL과 SET의 단점을 극복하기 위해서 최근 3D-SET, 3-D Secure가 개발되었으며, 3-D Secure 향후 신용카드 기반 전자지불시스템에서 주로 사용될 것으로 기대된다 이에 본 논문에서는 3D-SET, 3-D Secure의 개요, 객체별 역할과 책임, 장점/단점 등을 비교 분석하고자 한다.

정보기술의 발전은 디지털 혁명의 근간이 되고 있는 반면, 정보유출ㆍ파괴ㆍ변조 등의 역기능 또한 내포하기 때문에 이러한 정보화의 역기능에 대한 신속한 탐지 및 능동적인 대응이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 기존의 시스템은 침입에 대한 차단을 중심으로 운영되어 왔고, 침입탐지 시스템이라 할지라도 불법 침입에 대한 대응이 단지 경고나 보고 수준에 머물고 있어 능동적인 대응이 없다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 리눅스 시스템에서 실시간 침입탐지 시스템인 NIDS를 설계 구현하고, 동일 네트워크 망에서의 여러 호스트들을 통합적으로 관리하기 위하여 M/A 시스템을 설계ㆍ구현하였다. 여기서 NIDS와 M/A 시스템간의 통신은 SSL/TLS 프로토콜을 기반으로 이루어진다. NIDS에서는 Detection Module과 Response Module을 분리하여 구현하였고, 커널 레벨에서 PCAP 라이브러리를 통해 캡쳐된 패킷이 Detection Module에 의해 침입이라 판단되면 Response Module에서 일정 수준의 대응이 가능하도록 구현하였다.

오늘날 도메인 네임 시스템(DNS) 서비스는 단순히 IP 주소를 .com, .net 등의 도메인으로 변환해주는 기능을 넘어 컨텐츠 가속(CDN) 서비스, 고가용성(HA) 서비스, 분산 서비스 거부공격(DDoS) 방어 서비스, 통신 구간 암호화 서비스로서 그 용도를 넓혀가고 있다. 이용자들은 이러한 업체가 외부 기관에 정보를 넘기지 않고, 모든 통신 구간은 서비스 업체도 그 내용을 들여다보지 못할 정도로 철저히 암호화한다는 도덕적인 영업과 운영을 할 것으로 기대하지만, 실제 사례를 살펴보면 그렇지 못하다는 점이 드러난다. 본 논문에서는 2021년 기준으로 최소 7년간 이어져온 것으로 추정되는 유명 DNS 서비스 업체의 보안접속 악용 사례를 중심으로 이러한 악용이 어떻게 이루어지고 이것에 대응하기 위해 사용할 수 있는 표준화 기술은 이 문제에 효용성이 있는지를 DNS 업체와 동일한 실제 환경 구성을 통해 검증하였다.
