Spring-Mass 모델을 이용한 차대차 부분정면충돌 모델링 (Car-to-Car Offset Frontal Impact Modeling using Spring-Mass Model)

  • The objective of this study was to construct the spring-mass models for the car-to-car offset frontal impact crash. The SISAME software was utilized to extract the spring-mass models using the data from the offset frontal crash test. The spring-mass model of the passenger car could effectively approximate the crash characteristics for the offset frontal barrier impact and the car-to-car offset frontal impact scenarios.

제주도내 서귀포시 해안가 저지대용천수의 미생물학적 오염도 조사 (Microbiological Pollution Investigation of Spring water in Seogwipo city of Jeju Island)

  • The bacteriological examination of spring water in Seogwipo-city was conducted. A total 11 spring water samples were performed from January to April, 2010. During the study period, the range of temperature was from 0.7 to $15.4^{\circ}C$, and result of the analyses showed that hydrogen ion concentrations (pH) for spring water was 0.33 to 7.8. salinity levels for sample average of 0.5 to 1.04‰, as the result of measuring dissolved oxygen (DO) for spring water showed that water dissolved oxygen were 1.02 to 7.14 mg/${\ell}$. The range of total coliform of spring water sample at 11 stations located in the designated spring water were <1.8~>1,600 MPN/100mL. And the range of geometric mean of total coliform were 1.9~117.1 MPN/100mL, The range of fecal coliform of spring water sample at 11 stations located in the designated spring water were <1.8~>1,600 MPN/100mL. And the range of geometric mean of fecal coliform were 1.8~68.1 MPN/100mL, respectively. Level of microbial contamination was examined in 11 samples for indication of bacterial contamination such as heterophic bacteria, EscherichiacoliO157;H7, salmonella spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella spp. Were frequently detected from the spring water. Salmonella spp., S.aureus were detected in the range of $0{\sim}1.0{\times}10^1$, $0{\sim}3.0{\times}10^1$ CFU/ml, respectively. And the Escherichia coli O157;H7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Shigella spp. Were not detected from the examined spring water samples.

거대연구장비 기반 혁신클러스터 건설의 가능성과 한계: 국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 발전을 위한 시사점 (The Opportunities and Limitations of Building an Innovation Cluster Based on Large Scale Research Facilities: Implications for Developing and Advancing the Korean International Science-Business Belt)

  • 본 연구는 거대연구장비(LSRF) 기반 혁신클러스터 조성의 가능성과 한계점을 확인하고, 국제과학비즈니스벨트에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 우선 기존 문헌을 분석하여 혁신클러스터의 성공요인을 도출하였으며, 이들을 지식 및 기술, 거래비용 및 집적경제 등의 주요소, 소프트웨어 하드웨어적 인프라와 정부정책 및 전략 등 보조요소로 구분하였다. 그리고 이를 분석의 틀로 활용하여 CERN과 SPring-8등의 LSRF에 대한 사례연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 우선 지식 및 기술 측면에서 CERN과 SPring-8 공히 다양한 혁신 과정이 존재하여 혁신클러스터화에 유리한 점이 존재하였다. 지식과 기술이 LSRF를 활용한 연구로부터는 물론, 해당 설비의 건설, 운영, 관리 과정에서도 개발되고 파급되었다. 그러나 SPring-8의 경우 장비의 특성으로 인해, 거래비용 및 집적경제 측면에서 기업들에게 불리한 곳에 위치하는 문제점이 있었다. 또한 SPring-8은 경우 소프트웨어 하드웨어적 인프라의 미흡으로 인한 한계도 존재하였다. 정부 정책 및 전략과 관련하여, CERN은 다국적 기관이라는 특성상 정책적으로 특정지역의 클러스터화를 추진하지 않았으며, SPring-8은 다른 요소의 불리함에도 불구하고 정부의 지원에 따라 어느 정도나마 클러스터 구축이 촉진될 수 있었다. 종합하면, LSRF는 기술 및 지식 차원에서 다양한 기회 제공이 가능하였으나, 장비의 특성상 거래비용 및 집적경제 측면의 불리함이 존재하였다. 소프트웨어 하드웨어적 인프라와 정부 정책 및 전략은 주요인의 장점과 단점을 보완하는 요소로 작용하였다. 이러한 결과를 반영하여 본 연구는 과학벨트를 위한 시사점으로 전주기 관점에서의 참여자 그룹 발굴, 산업 인프라 및 정주환경 관점에서의 인센티브, 인근지역의 산업적 특징을 고려한 입주유치 전략 마련, 지식 인센티브 강화 전략 등을 제시한다.

Temperature Dependent Octahedral Tilting Behaviors of Monoclinic and Tetragonal SrRuO3 Thin Films

  • We used in-situ synchrotron X-ray scattering to investigate phase transformations of octahedral tilted monoclinic $SrRuO_3$ (MSRO) and tetragonal SRO (TSRO) thin films on $SrTiO_3$ (STO) substrates. The octahedral tilted MSRO thin films were highly crystalline and the monoclinic distortion angle was $0.45^{\circ}$. The phase transition temperature from the MSRO to TSRO phase occurred at approximately $200^{\circ}C$ as a second order transition. Conversely, no phase transformations of the TSRO thin film occurred within the range from RT to $250^{\circ}C$. The octahedral $RuO_6$ rotation was strongly affected by the phase transformation in the SRO thin films.

솔리드 타이어 제조를 위한 스프링 벤트 시스템의 적용 (Application of Spring Vent System for the Manufacturing of Solid Tire)

  • Manufacturing processes of industrial tire are composed of mixing, extrusion, curing, trimming and inspecting. Among them curing is the most important process in the production of industrial tire. In this study the newly developed spring vent system was designed in order to solve rubber intrusion problem inside spring vent system in the curing process. After the experiment it is concluded that rubber intrusion was caused by angled stem head part. New spring vent system was manufactured and new design of spring vent system is proper to use for industrial tire curing process.

비탄성 지반 스프링을 이용한 지하 구조물의 해석 (Analysis of Underground Box Structures with Inelastic Soil Spring)

  • There are many methods for analyzing underground box structures. One is the method of Iterative removal of tensional spring. The other is the method of modeling of ground to 8-node elastic-plastic planar element. In this study, We use inelastic soil spring element for analyzing underground box structures. First, if N-value is over 50, the results of inelastic soil spring method is the same as the method of 8-node planar element in last stage. Second, as N is increasing, element forces in two methods are generally decreasing. Third, as N-value is increasing, element forces in two method are generally decreasing and displacement has decreasing incline. This is the same as the force-displacement curve of general underground structures.

공간곡선 벡터에 의한 원통 코일 스프링의 동적 거동 해석 (Dynamic Behavior Analysis of a Helical Coil Spring Using Space Curve Vector)

  • This paper addresses the results of an experimental and analytical research of a helical coil spring subjected to dynamic behavior using space curve vector after considering elongation rate. Vibrations in helical coil spring can be divided into 3 modes such as vibrations of coil spring center axis' vertical direction. axis' horizontal direction, direction about center axis. However. these 3 modes are dependent one another and are characterized as coupled. The dependency was proved through both theoretically and experimentally analyzing the results of dynamic characteristics of coil spring center axis' vertical direction vibration by transfer matrix method using the governing equation of static equilibrium. Also this paper shows that pitch angle and active coils in coil spring affect the dynamic spring characteristics of the above 3 modes and are especially sensitive to the mode for vibration of axis' horizontal direction which most affects especially on dynamo stability of helical coil spring.

제주도 내 제주시 해안가 저지대용천수의 미생물학적 오염도 조사 (Microbiological Pollution Investigation of Lowland Spring Water at the Jeju City Waterfront, Jeju Island)

  • 본 연구는 2010년 1월부터 4월까지 제주도 제주시 해안가에 위치한 21곳의 용천수를 대상으로 하여 미생물학적 오염도를 조사하였다. 용천수의 이화학적 분석 및 수질환경기준에 포함되는 병원성 미생물외에 식중독 유발 및 인체에 유해한 식품병원성 미생물 중 총대장균군수, 분원성대장균, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus를 조사하였다. 이화학적 검사 결과 용천수의 평균 수온 값은 $15.4{\pm}0.63^{\circ}C$를 나타냈으며, 염분농도의 평균값은 $1.6{\pm}3.01$‰, pH 조사결과 $7.86{\pm}0.43$로 전반적으로 pH 7~8 범위안의 조사결과를 얻었으며, 용존산소량(DO)은 조사결과 $6.06{\pm}1.86$ mg/l로 대부분의 지점에서 평균 6~7 mg/ml의 용존산소량을 보였다. 용천수의 미생물학적 검사 결과 전체 정점별로 총대장균군 범위는 <1.8->1,600 MPN/100 ml로 조사되었으며, 분변계대장균의 경우 <1.8->1,600 MPN/100 ml를 나타냈다. 분변계대장균수의 범위를 정점별 평균값을 살펴보면 용천수 정점 1번, 2번, 10번, 11번을 제외한 모든 정점에서 기하평균치가 14 MPN/100 ml 이상의 평균값을 나타냈으며, 그중 3번, 16번 정점에서 기하평균치값 100 MPN/100 ml 이상의 높은 값을 나타내었으며, 조사한 21곳의 용천수에서 E. coli O157:H7은 검출되지 않았다.

광주지역 먹는물 공동시설의 미생물 특성 및 분포조사 (Evaluation of Characteristics of Microorganisms Isolated from Public Drinking Water Facilities in Gwangju City)

  • Objective: This study was performed to detect indicator bacteria in drinking spring water samples in Gwangju City and to identify their genus using the VITEK-II system. Methods: The subjects were ten drinking spring water sites in Gwangju. Samples of spring water were taken every month from September 2019 to August 2020. We analyzed for the indicator bacteria Yersinia and microorganisms isolated from the spring water. Result: According to the research results on indicator bacteria, general bacteria in st1-st7 with sterilization facilities in the spring and summer were investigated in the range of 0-2 CFU/mL and 0-12 CFU/mL. In st9, where a sterilization facility was not installed, the most general bacteria were detected (160 CFU/mL). Total coliform and fecal coliform showed unsatisfied rates of 16.7 and 11.1% in spring and 14.7 and 11.8% in summer, respectively. The unsatisfied rates of total coliform for the designated and non-designated spring water facilities were 3.8 and 47.1%, respectively, and for the fecal coliform group they were 2.5 and 35.3%. The difference was confirmed according to the presence of a sterilization facility. Yersinia spp. was not detected in all drinking spring water. Forty-one strains in 25 species were isolated from ten sites. The results classified as major dominant species are Pseudomonas spp. 14.6%, Pantoea spp. 9.8%, Serratia spp. 9.8%, Acinetobacter spp. 9.8%, Citrobacter spp. 7.3%, Bordetella spp. 7.3%, Delftia spp. 4.9%, and Enterobacter spp. 4.9%. Conclusions: Based on the result that various species derived from fecal pollution and artificial pollutants were detected in the non-specified public spring water facilities that many people use, the facilities need institutional complements such as continuous management or complete shutdowns.

인체의 생리적 반응과 의복 기후, 주관적 감각에 미친 계절의 영향 (The Effects of Season on Physiological Responses of Human Body, Clothing Microclimate, and Subjective Sensations)

  • To investigate the seasonal effects on physiological responses of human body, clothing micro-climate, and subjective sensation, selected the cloths the most frequently dressed by men in spring and fall, and completed wearing trials in the climatic chamber. The results are as follows: 1. Rectal temp. ranged 36.8-37.1$^{\circ}C$ in either spring or fall, and no seasonal effect was found. 2. In skin temp., there was no seasonal effect in forehead, abdomen, and forearm. Skin temp. of chest was higher in spring than in fall. On the contrary, reverse was true in high and leg. Average skin temp. ranged 32.2-33.2$^{\circ}C$ in spring and 32.9-34.$0^{\circ}C$ in fall. 3. Average total sweat rate of spring, 79.4g/hr, was smaller than that of fall, 110.9g/hr. 4. Clothing temp. ranged 28.1-32.8$^{\circ}C$ in spring and 27.6-31.$0^{\circ}C$ in fall. Clothing humidity ranged 36.9-48.9% in spring and 38.2-51.1% in fall. Therefore, clothing microclimate was higher during fall than during spring. As results, skin temp. of the body core except chest did not show seasonal variation, but there was obvious seasonal variation in skin temp. of the extremities. Therefore, seasonal variation should be take into consideration in the experiments related to the cloth. In addition, standard for each season and the degree of work performance should be re-established in clothing micro-climate.
